this white Chakra must be really something special ....I like the ideas ..above ..
The Hatake clan's white Chakra that was briefly mentioned that glowed whenever Sakumo connected it to his tanto and was the reason he earned the title The White Fang which Kishimoto forgot all about it and never mentioned it again.
What if it was something special, a clan trait or a kekkei genkai that only the Hatakes possessed and Kakashi knew nothing about because Sakumo never had the chance to teach Kakashi how to use it because he died before Kakashi was old enough, maybe it was even the reason the Hatake clan was wiped out out of fear of what they were capable of because their intelligence + natural talent and skills + their White Chakra makes them absolutely deadly, like how the Uzumakis were wiped out for the same reason and that's why Sakumo kept it a secret until Kakashi is strong enough to protect himself and access his white Chakra.
And one day it just happens on it's own all of a sudden when Kakashi's students were in danger and were about to die in front of him, like all the loved ones he had to watch dying and it just happened and saved the day, he didn't understand what the hell happened or how did he do it but all he can see is that he was standing on top of a mountain of their enemies shredded bodies and his students staring at him in shock.
I always wished that the White Chakra had been explored more in canon, but that's the price we pay for loving a side character T.T
Anyways,
the thought of Kakashi standing over a field of dead shinobi, eyes finally clearing after a moment of pure rage and fear took over and he sprang into action to protect his team. Kakashi didn't think he would make it out of that fight alive, and he didn't care so long as he protected his students.
But now here he stands, a weapon he stole from one of the first shinobi clutched in his hand burning with white chakra. Something he never got to learn from his father because of how young he was when Sakumo died.
Kakashi has no idea what happened, and even less knowledge about what's going on with his weapon. He recognizes the style of course. His father showed him his signature move a few times. but he never explained it. never taught it to Kakashi.
It leaves Kakashi with so many questions that he desperately wants answers to. What his clan was, what they were known for, why they're gone. Things he has asked himself before but never dared to seek out an answer for.
Now he can't help but want those answers more than ever. To find whatever scraps of information that he can.
Imagin Kakashi taking time off from missions to try and find information on his clan. Searching out old books and finding nothing in Konoha, only to be told by someone who was around during Sakumo's era that Sakumo (and perhaps his father) were actually the only Hatake's to ever live in Konoha. That they moved there after a devistating event.
Kakashi (and maybe team seven with him) going out to find out about his family. About the Hatake, the white chakra blade, and anything else that he can.
Kakashi wanting so desperatly to learn that fighting style his father never taught him, but knowing he probably needs books that are either buried deep somewhere in hiding or gone forever to do so. But being so determined to find them that he'll keep looking even when it seems hopeless

Activated Charcoal 101
Activated charcoal is a form of carbon, processed to have small, low-volume pores that increase the surface area available for adsorption or chemical reactions.
In English, that means it is able to trap toxins and chemicals whether they be internal or external.
Although charcoal has been used since ancient times, activated charcoal has only recently gained popularity, being recorded in use as far back as the 1900s. It also holds a place on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines.
Today I will be going over some awesome benefits of activated charcoal that may have you consider adding activated charcoal into your cosmetic regimen.
1. Whitens Teeth
One of my favorite uses for activated charcoal is for a bright smile. The results are very fast (for me just a couple of weeks), plus its all natural, but science explains how it all works for the naysayers. It whitens teeth by simply adsorbing plaque and microscopic germs that stain teeth. This works best when added to your regular teeth-brushing regimen.
*Try mixing with coconut oil and baking soda for an even deeper cleanse.
2. Emergency Toxin Removal
Aforementioned, activated charcoal works great at removing toxins including a list of organic compounds, pesticides, mercury, fertilizer, bleach, as well as aspirin, opium, cocaine, morphine, acetaminophen, and many pharmaceutical and over-the-counter drugs. Though there are many more toxins that should be added to this list, there are also many that are not affected by activated charcoal. In case of emergency one should always immediately contact 9-11, for there are varying doses that should be taken for different poisons.
3. Prevent or Reduce Hangovers
When taken during the consumption period of alcohol intake, studies have shown activated charcoal reduces the blood alcohol concentrations. Although it does not directly remove the alcohol, it is useful in helping to cleanse the body of other chemicals that might contribute to the hangover. Cheers.
4. Internal Benefits
Besides it's powder form which can be used for many different applications, charcoal also comes in a pill form. Activated charcoal can also be used for a digestive cleansing, reducing cholesterol, and even can be helpful for relief from gas and bloating.
5. External Benefits
For external treatments its uses range from treating body odor, acne, relieving insect bites, snakebites, and even rashes from poison ivy and poison oak.
You can mix and match different ingredients to tailor to your needs while making a mask.
Some of the things I like to use while creating a masks:
honey (moisturizer/texture)
lemon (lightener/toner)
apple cider vinegar (wrinkles/balance)
ground coffee (exfoliating)
dead sea mud (texture/nutrients)
*Keep refrigerated after mixing with organic products with short shelf life
Check out my video to see how easy it is.

After reading all this, I’m sure you’re wondering where you can find some activated charcoal to start some of your own projects with.
It can be found right in your local apothecary, vitamin store, or just go to Amazon.com and please do your research using your best judgment when choosing which brand or product you decide on. I use this product that I found on Amazon, it's made of 100% pure coconut shell. I always say, the simpler the better.

10 Lessons Plants Teach
January 22, 2018
White Chakra
Plants are everywhere, and are commonly overlooked despite living full lives just like we do because of their passive nature. They actually live much more enriching lives than we give them credit for. There are many lessons that we could learn from plants, here are 10 of the lessons they have shared with us.
1. The Importance of Patience
A plant starts off its life as a tiny seed. A seed stored in the right environment can survive for thousands of years without even sprouting. It is not until conditions are made just right that the seed begins to root. Even after the plant grows toward adulthood, they still continue to grow at their own pace. Anyone who has ever tried to cultivate anything will understand that patience is key. Though it can be a bit frustrating at first, you learn that the greatest reward is seeing the beautiful plant that started out as just a tiny seed.
2. The Importance of Space
Without adequate space plants cannot fully grow to their full potential. When they are constricted or overcrowded it is likely that will become stunned and are more likely to catch diseases. The same can be said for us. When your mind or environment is cluttered it makes us feel constricted. Like plants and animals, we are not designed to be contained, so remind yourself to go outside and stretch your body out. Also make sure your personal space is not too cluttered. Leave yourself some room to breathe and grow.
3. The Importance of Water
Like humans, water is vital to the survival of a plant. They use the water to carry nutrients between their roots and leaves. This is why it is important to maintain healthy, moisturized soil for plants. We also must make sure that we are consuming enough water. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so try to remember the 8x8 rule. That’s the recommended eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day.
4. The Importance of Sun
Plants use the energy from the sunlight to undergo photosynthesis, which is how plants make their food. We also need sunlight to maintain out serotonin levels. This is what we associate with boosting our mood and making us feel focused and calm. Just make sure to protect your skin from UV rays and be mindful of over-exposure.
5. The Importance of Adapting
Adaptation is our greatest physiological gift. It’s happening from evolution down to a microscopic scale where our body is constantly adapting without us realizing. Plants also must adapt to survive. A great example of this is the cactus, which has developed many traits to survive in a desert climate; or water lilies, which thrive in aquatic environments.Whatever the case may be, plants have many techniques they use to maintain their survival and reproduction.
6. The Importance of Stillness
Once rooted plants, don’t really move much besides their efforts in seeking sunlight and nutrients. Plants remain in one spot, yet they live full healthy lives. We should also practice stillness, as this is the gateway to attaining peace of mind. This can be achieved in daily meditation, or even a relaxing soak. Try to be mindful of how much you do in a day. Are you consciously here in the present moment fully appreciating each and every breath? Our lives can be so overwhelming that sometimes we forget to stop and smell the flowers.
7. The Importance of Balance
In order to thrive, plants require the balance of nutrients, water, and sunlight. Maintaining a balance is important for plants to staying healthy. Under or overexposure to anything is considered unhealthy. The same relates to us as we tend to indulge or even stifle in many aspects of our lives. Finding a balance in everything is essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
8. The Importance of Giving
It is well known that plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen. This is why it is important to keep lots of foliage around. Plants never take more than they need; they just take enough to maintain their balance, always giving it back in equal return. Even in their deaths, they serve as nutrients for the next generation of plants that will grow in their place. This should be practiced in our lives. If we all gave to those in need, than everyone would always be taken care of.
9. The Importance of Diversity
Diversity is all around us. There are vast cultures and people throughout the world, none of whom completely alike. Even with plants, if you really pay attention, does every rose look completely alike, or every apple? No, yet we group these things all together and pick and choose what we deem as beautiful. The truth is all plants are special and beautiful in their own way. Besides, if all plants looked the same, how would we truly appreciate their beauty? The same can be said for us, your best quality is the uniqueness in what you bring to the world.
10. Everything Has a Purpose
One of the greatest lessons we learn from plants is that we all serve our own unique purpose. Each and every plant has a special attribute about itself, whether it bears a juicy, delicious fruit, emits a flowery aroma, some even being used for modern medicine. We each were put here to be the best version of ourselves as we can. That’s all we should aspire to do. Be our best selves and live.
Now that you have a new perspective on the incredible lives of plants and the lessons that we could learn from them, reflect on how in-tune you really are. Try purchasing your own seeds or plants and watch them grow along with you
