I had an embarrassing encounter with a customer at work. a man arrived at the reception where I greeted him in finnish, and when he looked a bit confused, I switched to english and said hello. he responded with "I can speak finnish" in accented finnish, and then I don't know what happened. I have no memory of what language he spoke to me, but he said that he has come to meet one of our specialists.
