I think it's cute to imagine that Irumyuui one time insisted on spending the night with both Vueko and Belaf (much to the two's hesitance and awkwardness) since she considers them both as parental figures. And as Irumyuui sleeps, Vueko and Belaf get to talk about their role as sages in the Ganja corps, share a bit about their respective traumatic pasts, and swear about watching over Irumyuui, before getting comfortable enough to sleep.

...and in the morning Belaf gets the jitters for assuming this whole setup ruins his and Vueko's images, tries and fails to act cool, gets some assurance from Vueko, before getting distracted/comforted by Irumyuui's own perspective on the situation.

I think what makes Drakenier so effective as tragedies is that despite all that sorrow and rage, despite all that darkness, perverseness, and ugliness, there's still that beautiful raw humanity that evokes much emotion and thought in its players/viewers.
