Once again dealing with my nemesis, pattern drafting ><
#quill's bjd adventures#if i did it more often i would find it easier and possibly less of a nuisance#buuuuut I don't#I'm also trying to accommodate wanting to make this shirt for faolan intentionally oversized#and more historical-fantasy and initially was trying to use the medieval style#big ass rectangle with a neckhole cut out and smaller rectangles for sleeves to avoid having a shoulder seam#but if I want to be able to make the shoulders look wider than they actually are#then i need to be able to sneakily add interfacing of some kind there but not at the neckline per se#so a shoulder seam makes sense#but that also means inset sleeves#which are also better for reducing bulk but are a decidedly modern style#and thus not as fantasy lookong as i might have wanted#which is silly because Vanora wears a halter crop top which is also very modern xD#my brain makes dumb arbitrary rules sometimes that makes projects harder than they have to be
