never going to get over the time i was having pleasant casual conversation meeting a friend's dad (right after D&D) and then looking at my hands and realizing that while we'd been having normal small talk I had torn an empty coke can IN HALF. without noticing. and when I did notice I just went "hahah, yeah sorry I'm thinking about fictional characters" AS IF THAT WAS A NORMAL AVERAGE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE METAL SHREDS THAT NOW LAY IN MY HANDS. AND NOT AN INSANE THING TO JUST .SAY TO SOMEONE. AUHG
