Hnngngngngng woke up and my period started so I've got hella cramps AND it's looking like I'm either gonna be alone or with agency staff for pretty much my whole shift

HEY.#start fixing things NOW or we're giving a full report to the care inspectorate#bc bedrooms with human waste soaked into the floors isnt acceptable. sexyally active 18 year olds sharing a flat with 10 year olds isnt okay#a CHILD being kept in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT for SEVEN MONTHS. is NOT.
