Hnngngngngng woke up and my period started so I've got hella cramps AND it's looking like I'm either gonna be alone or with agency staff for pretty much my whole shift

HEY.#start fixing things NOW or we're giving a full report to the care inspectorate#bc bedrooms with human waste soaked into the floors isnt acceptable. sexyally active 18 year olds sharing a flat with 10 year olds isnt okay#a CHILD being kept in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT for SEVEN MONTHS. is NOT. ACCEPTABLE.#which YEAH. thats a thing thats happening in the flat next door. kid isnt allowed to leave his section and staff go in 3 at a time#a handful of times a day#and then people act SURPRISED that his behaviour becomes more challenging?? that he absconds???#its disgusting and im furious and alfie put it really succintly that we are being forced to contribute to a system of child abuse.
