I went to my local bookstore today thinking I might pick up some Rumi poetry to inspire me. I walked out with "Love is a Dog From Hell" by Charles Bukowski.

This is a great example of how my life has been so far. I think I want one thing and then life presents something else and I'm intrigued. I pick it up, read it for a bit, laugh, think of how awful it is, look around to see if anyone is watching, read some more, laugh again, put it down, tell myself no this isn't for me, walk away, go back, pick it up, read some more, giggle quietly, then bashfully take it to the counter, say I want this and pay for it...

That is my life so far.
