idk who needs to hear this but if you take meds for adhd, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, hell if you have prescribed meds for anything, and you feel that you're faking your disability because your symptoms have improved, you're not faking. your meds are working.

#i have to remind myself this sometimes #its easy to forget especially bc it took me literally almost half my life to find an anxiety med that works for me so #to talk over my symptoms with my psychiatrist and actually agree with her that im at a good stable dose thats actually working as intended.#its. weird. good weird. but still weird #um also i really only reblog here so im nervous to post this rip #also dont really know how to tag it #uhhh #anxiety #generalized anxiety disorder #disability #adhd #also! if u didnt know. adhd anxiety depression etc are disabilities #which can be hard to accept but thats okay #take your time #it took me quite a while #no one ever told me my anxiety was a disability bc they didnt want me to limit myself #but instead i was left wondering why the fuck everything was so much harder for me #where if id known i was disabled it wouldve made sense #anyways. yeah. idk
