We built skyscrapers so high and bridges so wide, and polluted the air with modern machinery for “ease of access,” and all with no thought about how we completely destroyed the homes of nature. No thought to how we have decimated lives and turned them into products. A fox is labeled vermin for foraging for food, a bear is labeled a danger for protecting their cubs, a rhino is labeled a commodity for its horn. We have taken away the individuality from nature and placed monetary value on their being. We have taken and taken and taken from the Earth, until the Earth had nothing left to give.
