I feel like I’m on a cardio high. This has to be the longest I’ve worked out in one session. 45 min on the arc trainer and I wasn’t tired. Hey, what’s another 30 min on the treadmill with some hills tossed in? And I think I could have gone another 30 min doing something else to be honest. But I won’t. Even if my body isn’t showing me signs of fatigue, I know my limits.

But this is still some weird stuff y’all 🤔🤣.
