✔ Visit Hinulugang Taktak 📌 Taktak Road, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City 📆 Feb 2016 . . Wondering how Hinulugang Taktak looks like today? Ganyan may masungit na bantay..haha. Seriously, I don't have any knowledge how Hinulugang Taktak looks way back before the song has become popular during my elementary years. But I guess today was a far cry from how it has been : 1. Cemented pathways and viewing decks 2. The entire property smells like creek water (only tolerable for me but not for long) 3. Water is not good for swimming (above the falls are residential houses, thus water falls includes canal waters) 4. I find it weird to see someone sweeping along the waterfalls banks because there are still visitors (or maybe residents above it) who don't take garbage disposal properly 5. Plenty of picnic tables for free use and it is allowed to bring in food 6. Signal up there is excellent. Yey! Despite my disappointment that we can't fulfill a lifelong dream to bathe in the waterfalls I still salute the local government for doing their best to maintain this park and even built a large swimming pool inside (well maybe to make up for the lost falls). So paano...tayo na sa Antipolo, at duon tumambay tayo sa viewing deck na overlooking ang...Hinulugang Taktak. . .
