#when the various conspiracy theories and -lors and whatnot infiltrate my feed#I remember that I grew up in the figure skating fandom#and how people would make up batshit theories about real people#and I rest easy knowing that the unhinged mess is the same in every fandom in different clothing#meaning like… none of it is real#sorry I just saw a video pop up on my insta feed of Tessa V who is expecting a baby with her husband#and it reminded me of the fans who were convinced she and Scott were having an affair for years and had secret children somewhere#like truly it’s all the same nonsense in different window dressing
