#only a smidge late again#mainly cos (as you may have guessed) ive had a busy day#i finished an art piece and then promptly started a new one (i dont know if ive done a turnaround (at least like this) that quickly before)#and my girlfriend and i bought more magic the gathering stuff today and played some together earlier#as per usual it was all really fun and i loved it#anyway i chose this prompt cos of my girlfriend#when i was spinning for new prompts yesterday this combo came up and my girlfriend happened to see it and they commented that they loved it#so i couldnt not choose this as a prompt#and i chose it for today cos we had such an 'us' day today that it feels rather fitting#for the record i love the prompt too#the two words together just feel very bright and colourful and alive and nature-y#and i absolutely love that#which is probably why my girlfriend loved it so much as well#if you couldnt tell im very excited to write my poem for this prompt#thanks for reading#writing#writer#creative writing#writing prompt#writeblr#trying to be a writeblr at least
