Also read your comment and your right. Tibbs and Rose are just the type of couple who get swept up in each other and ignore everything else around them. Not on purpose it just happens.

Whenever they first told their kids how they met, they loved the story. Lips totally agreed with Rose being mad at Tibbs. Janice and Jamie think its the cutest story ever. After the 100,000 time however it just gets annoying. All three of the kids want to ask their parents to stop, but it's hard to because Tibbs and Rose just look so happy when they reminisce about it.
