a couple weeks ago I started working in the visual department (which deals w/graphics and fixtures etc. it’s much harder than it sounds and I had very little experience and they didn’t even bother to ask me, just stuck me in there right😒) and I’d usually get about four or five hrs working with the lead so she can train me which is fine bc she’s nice but we didn’t get much into it bc she went on vacation for two weeks. but now our new store manager expects me to know everything just like that and I’m like my guy, the most stuff I’ve done is put up price points for her and change mannequins. so ofc I’m gonna screw up a few projects and not get everything right but even knowing I just started working visual, he acts as if I should be a pro at it. like I should know where everything is and what goes where and how something should look like leave me alone I’m not gonna be as good as her. besides you know I have other crap to worry about i know she asked for me to work with her but it’s too much for me sometimes but I don’t want to leave her by herself bc she has no one else to help her I just need them to be more understanding on my end.
