being back here for a week has me once more realising i was half starved as a child. not bc my parents are neglectful or anything but their standard diet is both not enough nutritionally for my body and also largely consists of foods that make me sick. no fucking wonder all my systems are fucked so bad forever

#im like. so fucking hungry all the time but i cant even say anything bc it gets me a lecture #whateverrr ill get a mealkit next week and life will get better #i still cannot believe my parents are seriously like. you feel sick when you eat wheat or rice bc youre being childish and dramatic #if you ate more of it youd be fine #like hi are you fucking morons?
