on the 2nd metal gear solid and already loving it. the ridiculous humor, dramatic characters, and story in the 1st was what kept my interest, despite being beyond awful at actually playing it. The sequel’s controls and simple map are suuuch a step up and easier to use on console. Controls aside, even the characters and story is a little more fun and interesting so far. Switching playable main characters and the small beginning fakeout of jack/raiden being the new “snake” was a great choice. im doing cartwheels everywhere and im unstoppable

#I was also speechless for rose and raidens conversation about women not being strong but 😭 that’s not exactly unexpected in this game #can’t even remember now but there were a handful of moments that made me laugh out loud #the ‘no his name is vamp because he’s bisexual’. otacons affirmations and commentary. slipping on bird shit as raiden #very good stuff #*raiden voice* of course i know how to kill people i play video games #are the developers legally required to put in pinup posters in every room #this isn’t a complaint it’s funny #im kind of crushed that I placed the scandalous adult magazine down and it permanently locked it in place.#what if raiden NEEDS that book for the future 😩
