#piper#currently#we’re up at the cabin. it is surrounded by forest filled with ravens#ravens talking loudly at all hours. ravens flying back and forth all the time. bird drama bird traffic! all of it!#also ravens jumping on the roof and walking or hopping around so it sounds like an actual person is inside in the loft#what else is up here. bald eagles. the cliff swallows nesting in the porch. house sparrows and robins and other of the usual folk#we haven’t seen any foxes this visit but there is still time
