Daisypool Chapter 10: The one in which my dog kept farting and distracting me
Loki gets some answers.

Our morning naked yoga session had gone quickly, much too quickly for my tastes. Loki had been positioned right in front of me, giving me the best view of his perfect ass while he executed each pose perfectly. I wasn't doing any set yoga routine of any kind. This wasn’t for any other reason than to make Loki as uncomfortable as I could, cause he stabbed me and he deserves it. So, no there was no set routine, just me shouting out all the 'sexy' poses I could think of and demonstrating them. I even managed to get a few couples poses in. Loki made a surprisingly good partner despite the promises of a painful death in his eyes.
Afterward the Grandmaster had left in a hurry claiming he had some business to attend to and Loki quickly disappeared into his room while Pazit and I chatted while we got dressed. She had brought along a bag with a few articles of clothing she had chosen for me.
“I do not mean to pry, but I have been curious about the mark on your neck all morning.” She asked handing me a short skirt that would accentuate my long legs.
“I am an open book, Paz.” I told her with a warm smile. “Loki has a thing for daggers and got a little overzealous last night.” I laughed when she leaned forward seeming excited.
“And this is pleasurable?”
“I find it can be with the right person.” I shrugged, slipping on the skirt and a sheer blue top that barely covered my nipples with the swirling design.
“I am actually surprised to hear you and your husband…” Paz blushed and averted her gaze. “I mean, with the way you spoke I was not sure if you and your husband were…”
“Let’s just say, Loki is full of surprises.” I smiled showing her I wasn’t offended in the least. “Now how about we go get our party on!”
Part of me felt kinda bad about ditching Paz, but I wasn’t quite sure how much I could actually trust my friend and I needed to talk to the Hulk to try to pave the way for the eventual escape from Sakaar. Not that I remembered how the hell to get to his room… but that just makes the adventure that much more exciting.
For such an interesting (and psychotic) man, the Grandmasters home was… a bit boring on the decoration front. In fact, it was so boring I felt the need to spice my search up by humming the mission impossible theme as I crept along the walls, ignoring the strange looks I received from passerby. When I had to cross the hallway I didn’t feel like attempting to roll in a skirt so held my fingers up like a gun and twirled like a ballerina to the other side.
A passing alien, who strongly reminded me of a Sontaran from Doctor Who, applauded my maneuver which I thanked them for with a flowy bow and wide smile. Straightening up I noticed a familiar figure turn the corner and gave him an exaggerated wave.
“Loooooooooookiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! Fancy seeing you here puddin’.” I chirped, batting my eyes at the dark look he shot me while he made his way to my side. “You trying to get the lay of the land too? I was just on my way to see the Grandmasters champion again.”
That got his attention. “You’ve met this champion?” I nodded and continued my search for the Hulk’s room. “Tell me about him?”
“Wooooow, presuming much? What if the champion was a woman?!” I gasped, feigning offense.
“Is it?” He sighed. I could feel the desire to choke me rolling off of him in waves. He really must not like not knowing things, or maybe he just didn’t like not knowing as much as I did…. Whoooooo boy would he be excited to know just how much I knew!
“No. He’s a dude… but then again so is everyone. But you know what I mean.” FINALLY! I saw his eye twitch, first time I’d managed to draw that response from him. “By the way, I was thinking earlier, and I know you were really uncomfortable this morning. That wasn’t fair of me to shove you into that situation, ya know, the naked yoga thing. It’s happened to me before so I should have known better.”
I wanted to make sure I was in charge of the conversation for as long as possible, besides I really did owe him an apology. I wasn’t lying when I said I’d been forced into awkward situations that involved me taking my clothes off against my will and it really is never cool to do, even if you’re friends.
Loki lowered his chin and cleared his throat awkwardly. “Yes- well… it was also not a first for me, so-“
“I mean… if I was a terrible-er person I’d do it more often. You’ve got a really nice body.” I admitted, giggling at his startled look. “Your butt looks especially biteable.” I winked.
He choked out a laugh and shook his head at me. “You are by far the strangest creature I have met. And do not forget you owe me some explanations.”
I waved off his stern words and look. “Yeah, I was planning on telling you everything eventually. Honestly!” I insisted at his incredulous look. “Thing is, it’s kinda hard to believe. My brother is the only one who knows… not even his girlfriend knows the whole truth.” I admitted.
“And yet you would trust me with the truth?” His raised brow spoke volumes. He didn’t believe me, not that I could blame him. Trust was hard to come by no matter what world you were in.
“Yes. You’ll understand when I tell you the whole story, but you’ll have to be patient. Wade knowing was a special case, and I don’t even fucking know where to start here.” I sighed running my hands through my hair. “It’d be a lot easier if you were TVA Loki.” I mumbled. “But first, do you have any magic powers that help you determine the truth? Kinda like how since Thor is god of thunder, he can put on light shows?”
“I will be able to tell if you are lying to me, yes.” He affirmed.
“Cool… I’m not from this reality.” I told him flat out, stopping in the middle of the hall to gauge his reaction. Unfortunately, his poker face was impeccable… ass. “I’m from Earth, but from one where all of this is just a story that got turned into a movie. So, I wasn’t lying when I said I knew what happened on Jotunheim because of Hollywood magic.”
Maybe it wasn’t a poker face, maybe he just didn’t have a clue on how to react to my words. I know I wouldn’t know how the fuck to respond to this crazy shit. “I am guessing the protagonist of this movie was my dear brother?”
“The movie was called Thor, so yeah. He had three movies, of which this is the third… I’m sorry I wasn’t put into this world sooner. I would have tried to do something about the events of the second part.” I told him softly, flinching at the pained look that he wasn’t able to hold back when he realized what I was talking about. “But I can do something now, and I completely intend to do so. How do you feel about killing your old boss?”
