People are finding out I’m the fakest Pokemon fan ever /hj
#me when I tell people I only started playing X the last few months despite the hyperfixation starting (technically) last year#also when I tell them that this is my first playthrough of it#me when I tell people SWSH was my first Pokemon game 🤯#in my defense I never had a 3DS when I was younger#my sis had a ds but we never got any Pokemon games#I have completed ScarVio and need to finish Platinum#WORKING MY WAY BACKWARDS 💪💪💪#I take my ‘fake’ pokemon fan-ness with PRIDE#I CANT TELL U SHIT ABOUT A POKEBATTLE#BUT OH BOY CAN I TELL U LORE#also like I have a few of the mangas and have seen a good amount of the anime#so I’m mostly kidding when I call myself a fake pokemon fan#also don’t underestimate my neurodivergent-ness when it comes to finding out lore#(also cause there’s so many ways to be a pokemon fan)#LIKE I WILL RESEARCH LORE IF IM INTERESTED IN IT#so I like to think I have a general-ish understanding of the goobers even if I haven’t played against them#what being neurodivergent does to a mf 😪#rainbowpufflez rambles
