In the Fields of the West A story as old as time Strictly alive but vaguely speaking From mosquito to elephant Every day a drama gossip "What will the neighbours say?" Shouting behind the ball Shouting at the bike Talking at the bar "Don't do this, Dont think like that."

Honderd mensen

Werken hard

Klein van ziel

Ze volgen onzichtbare regels Vast in een verborgen cirkel

"Wat gaan de mensen wel niet denken?"

In de Velden van het Westen

Een verhaal zo oud als tijd

Strikt levend maar vaag sprekend

Van mug naar olifant

Elke dag een drama roddel

"Wat gaan de buren zeggen?" Roepen achter de bal

Schreeuwen naar de fiets Praten aan de toog

"Denk zo niet, Doe dat niet."

"Neen, daar is geen antwoord op."

In de Velden van het Westen Daar leven Honderd Mensen

Een verhaal zo Oud als Tijd

Regenbooghuis Kortrijk

Wij willen graag een Regenbooghuis oprichten in Kortrijk

Een plaats voor LGBTQI+ medemensen, voor iedereen die zichzelf wil zijn. De plek waar iedereen welkom is.

Het regenbooghuis zou een soort cafeetje zijn, met indien mogelijk kamers boven voor verschillende LGBTQI+ organisaties. Er zullen gezelschapsspellen en boeken aanwezig zijn.

Het zou een plaats zijn voor verschillende praatavonden met verschillende thema's; een avond voor: Lesbiennes, Aseksuelen, Transgenders, etc.

Activiteiten kunnen er ook plaats vinden, zoals; drag show's, tentoonstellingen, enz. Ook buiten de locatie kunnen activiteiten georganiseerd worden: naar de film gaan, naar een voorstelling gaan, etc.

De Haan is a beach resort on the Belgian sea coast in West Flanders. Thanks to a clever and strict real estate policy, De Haan has kept the charm of the 1930s, with a lot of white villas and compared to the other Belgian seaside resorts a very limited number of postwar apartment blocks. It is forbidden to build buildings higher than 5 floors there. The central portion of the town is about a kilometre long and just over half as wide, so you can get around easily on foot. Between De Haan and Wenduine you can very easily take the Kusttram.
