KNB X Shadowhunterverse: Headcanon
A/N: I was hit with this thought ages ago, considering KNB and Shadowhunters are the fandoms I am writing long fics for, that I wanted to create some crossover content. I will hereby start with what kind of species and role each KNB character would have if they were part of the Shadowhunterverse!
-Kuroko would be certainly be a vampire. Because vampires don't make any sound when they move and Kuroko has his habit of being so unnoticed even whilst he should be making noises like footsteps, Kuroko being a vampire would be a perfect match up. He wouldn't be a clan leader, but would be the clan leader's advisor and right hand man. -Riko would be a battle instructor at the Shadowhunter Academy once she grows up. Her skills at determining a person's physical abilities would make for a great instructor especially if in this universe she also learnt about different weapons and their respective techniques which I could see Riko do. -Momoi is a battle instructor at an Institute. Considering Momoi has some similar skills to Riko in terms of assesment but her character revolves around her loyalty to others, I think she'd be sticking close to her friends and training their kids. -Aomine is also a Shadowhunter and Momoi's parabatai. You Aomomoi shippers cannot convince me otherwise. They've been best friends almost since their diapers, they are just like Simon and Clary to me. -Akashi is vampire clan leader, there is no doubt about it. Thanks to his human life of having been the richest of nobles that even the King owned his father money, Akashi naturally adapted to being a vampire. He is an ancient one like Camille, but unlike her he doesn't dabble in foolish deals that could get him in trouble with the Shadowhunters and stopped speaking with her long before her death. -Hanamiya is a corrupt Shadowhunter and I see him being in charge of an Institute. Being the head of authority in his region, he can do whatever he wants in the shadows with only his fellow corrupt Shadowhunters knowing what his plans are. Considering he didn't even care if Kiyoshi could get fatally hurt in a basketball game, I think in a worl like the Shadowhunterverse he would have anyone killed that could lead him to riches and treasures. -Kise is the child of a woman from the long lost Herondale bloodline and a Japanese man. Look at him and tell me he wouldn't be related to Jace in this AU. I DARE YOU. -Midorima is a warlock. Perhaps its the green and his crankiness, but he gives me Ragnor vibes sometimes. Plus, needing his Lucky item or else he gets into fatal situations could easily be the result of a curse cast on him by another warlock he couldn't get along with. -Nebuya would be a werewolf. I mean, what other species would the guy who's the Hercules of basketball be? He's by no means the alpha of the pack, he doesn't has enough brains for it but he's well beloved by his pack for being the dark mirror of a himbo. -Speaking of his mirror himbo, Kiyoshi is arguably the biggest himbo of the Clave. Remember the match against Hanamiya and tell me that he's not a Shadowhunter on the side of justice in this AU. He's the one of the best local fighters of his Institute, make no mistake about that! -Kotaro is part of the Wild Hunt. Now here my reasoning out: 1. His nickname is the Lightning Beast and in folklore the Wild Hunt used to ride thunderstorms. 2. Considering he is one of the most athletic KNB characters I think he would be a great fighter in the Shadowhunterverse. 3. he has WILD instincts. 4. Imagine Kotaro with Fey speech, now wouldn't that be an extremely fun character?

I have a werewolf idea! Akashi is the werewolf. But Kuroko is very good with dogs and tames his werewolf side making him not dangerous. (As well as giving Kuroko one hell of a bodyguard during the full moon!)
this became quite a bit of kuroko interacting with doggos LMAOcross-posted to AO3
Tetsuya shelved another book, sighing. He had moved into the small wooden cottage on the edge of town two weeks ago, but he still wasn’t finished unpacking. He bent down, lifting another couple of books out of the cardboard box. The locals seemed nice enough so far, but he was used to the big city life. He still didn’t have any internet - but working at the elite local university would be worth it. Tetsuya had applied to Hacanci University way back when he was an undergraduate. It was honor to be accepted now, even if it meant giving up the culture of Tokyo. Tetsuya shelved the last book, and started folding up the cardboard box. In the distance, a wolf howled, the eerie note sending a chill through Tetsuya. He remembered Kagami, a fellow graduate student, spinning a tale about the town’s wolves. Apparently they’d appeared a few years back, and they were vicious. Everyone claimed a body had been found, though no one could give a name as to who was killed, or even agree how many casualties there had been. Tetsuya thought it was all a bit rich. It was probably all an excuse for police to break up any keg parties that might form in the woods at night beforehand.
Stuffing the cardboard box into his closet, Tetsuya surveyed his living room with some discontent. He had a single chair. There was a fireplace, but it wasn’t cold enough yet to warrant it, still being late summer. A single light fixture lit up the room: not quite enough lighting to comfortably read a book. Tetsuya cursed himself for not bringing light fixtures with him when he moved. There wasn’t a furniture store within walking distance, and he hadn’t had time yet to hunt down any local thrift shops, so he was stuck for now with the sparse furnishings the last tenant left.
With one last look and a sigh, Tetsuya headed back to his room to pick up a slim hardcover book from his bed stand. He’d been trying to teach himself how to stargaze, since the stars were actually visible out here in the country. He grabbed a flashlight and stepped outside the front door, swinging the door shut behind himself. Glancing up, he was pleased to see the sky was mostly clear, the occasional cloud drifting past lazily in a purple haze. It was a full moon, but a full moon in the country was still better than any day in the city for star gazing. Behind it, the sky sparkled with more delicate beauty than a rack of diamonds. It stole Tetsuya’s breath whenever he saw it. He started trying to orient himself, locating the North star. He spent a difficult half an hour surveying his book and squinting up at the sky before spotting Orion, and moving onto the next one. His goal was to find Aquarius - his own zodiac sign. It wasn’t long until he realized, however, that the constellations dipped below an outcropping in the forest - large hill that rose up, not too far in. If Tetsuya could climb to the top…
He hadn’t heard the wolf expect for that one time. And didn’t wolves avoid humans normally, anyways? Especially if there was just one or two…
The forest was dark and confusing, but Tetsuya thought he was doing relatively well for the uncoordinated duck he’d always been. He hadn’t landed on his face yet, at least, though he had gotten a couple of scratches from branches he hadn’t spotted in time, thwacking his face or pulling at his sleeves. Still, when he got to the top of the hill, he didn’t regret the climb. There was a bare spot on the north end of it, and the whole night sky could be seen, a spread of glitter across the sky but warm, live, and twinkling. Tetsuya soon lost himself in the stargazing book again, barely noticing the soft crunch of something approaching. A flash of movement in the corner of his eye jerked him to awareness, a jolt of fear rushing through him. He stared into the shadows of the trees, heart thumping. He began to be aware that this might have been a terrible idea after all. From the pitch black under the trees, a soft rustle came over, sending a chill down Tetsuya’s spine. Two phosphorescent yellow eyes flickered to life, staring Tetsuya down without emotion.
Tetsuya held still, slowly stepping backwards. The wolf stepped forward, and immediately Tetsuya’s eyes registered something wrong. For half of an insane second, Tetsuya thought the wolf was drenched in blood - its fur was a deep red. He stared, confused. The wolf was holding still and watching him intently. Tetsuya was tempted to think it was an incredibly large fox - but no, that couldn’t be right. Perhaps it was a dog. As soon as the thought occurred to Tetsuya, several things clicked into place. No wonder the wolf was acting so strangely - it was just like a stray dog, tentatively approaching a human for treats. And it would be just like some callous college student to beg their daddy for an exotic pet and then just dump it off when their four years were done. Tetsuya crouched a bit, holding out his hand. It was shaking.
“Here, doggie,” he said, feeling stupid. His voice broke. Still, it had worked with Nigou, and it could work with this one too.
The - dog? - approached slowly. Tetsuya braced himself for impact as it neared. It really didn’t look like a dog. It looked like a wolf. Still, it sniffed at his hand tentatively, and Tetsuya took that as a good sign. He reached out slowly, running his hand along its rough fur. Its eyes closed slightly in pleasure. Tetsuya rubbed its head more confidently, feeling himself calm down a bit. Once he got over its intimidating appearance, it was rather nice. Tetsuya had always liked dogs. Still, it was getting late, and he straightened up slowly, backing away. Even dogs could react badly. Tetsuya barely got 5 feet before the dog stepped forward. Uh oh.
Of course, the dog followed him home. It was unnerving to hear it weaving along behind him in the dark, but he wasn’t sure if it was right to leave it out here anyways. He wondered if he should take it to a shelter - it was unlikely he’d be able to take care of such a large dog himself. By the time he arrived home, he was getting worried. The dog now knew where he lived - and in the glow of his porch light, it was extremely clear this was no normal dog. It was massive. Tetsuya dithered on his front step, unsure of what to do. He couldn’t let it inside - it could eat Nigou whole. If he fed it, it would almost certainly come back. Tetsuya lived on the edge of town, which meant it was technically zoned to another city council than the wealthy college town built around the densely packed dorms on campus. He wasn’t even sure if there was an animal shelter where he lived - the dog might just get put down if he called it in. Tetsuya sent it a longing glance. It was a beautiful animal, muscled and almost glowing with color. In the light, he could see its heterochromatic eyes, one red and one yellow. After a bit of deliberation, Tetsuya slipped in his front door, carefully shutting it behind himself. Visions of the red dog’s jaws closing around Nigou’s neck played behind his eyelids. He picked up the small dog, depositing him in his bedroom and shutting the door behind him. He poured out some dog food into a bowl, returning outside. The red dog was sitting expectantly, its tail twitching interestedly as Tetsuya laid down the plate. It sniffed at the food, and lifted its head again, clearly uninterested.
“Don’t like it?” Tetsuya asked, picking the plate up again. The dog settled down, laying its head on its paws. He went back inside, rummaging in his fridge until he found some leftover meat. When he placed that plate out, the dog lunged forward and scarfed down the meat. Tetsuya reached down to take the empty plate, stilling when a low growl vibrated low in the dog’s chest. Tetsuya backed away. He’d almost forgotten it was a wild animal. Tetsuya backed towards the door, leaving the plate, opened the door behind him and slipped in. He couldn’t take in a wild animal.
The next night, the dog was back. Tetsuya could hear it snuffling around his porch. He toyed with the idea of leaving it, but a low whine came from under the door. Tetsuya sighed, and put some food in a plate before setting it out. Watching the dog snort its food down, he considered his options. When he got up to go back inside, the dog nosed at his legs, its nose brushing the backs of his knees. It managed to wedge its head in the doorway before Tetsuya could shut the door. He heard an “arf!” behind him and cursed his luck. He’d forgotten to put Nigou away. The small Shiba ran up to the door, tail wagging. The red dog’s ears perked up straight, its eyes focusing on the small doggie. Tetsuya wedged his leg in front of the wolf.
“Nigou, no,” he said warningly. The doggie slowed, staring up at the wolf-like dog looming over it. Tetsuya watched, tense, as they sniffed at each other. To Tetsuya’s relief, they didn’t snap at each other. Nigou’s tail started wagging, and the wolfy dog jumped back, ears pricked up. Tetsuya quickly scooped up Nigou before he could get out the door.
“No playing today,” he said. He supposed that was a good beginning, if he wanted to take in the red dog. Its head was straining up to look at Nigou, tail still wagging. Tetsuya was half-afraid it was going to jump on him to get to Nigou, so he set Nigou down but kept a hold on his collar until they both calmed down a bit, and then picked him up again.
After a bit of deliberation, Tetsuya let the front door swing open. To his surprise, the red dog walked right in, sniffing around before leaping onto his recliner.
“Ah,” Tetsuya said, half-heartedly pushing at the dog. Nigou wriggled a little in his other arm. “Not there.”
Thankfully, it quickly moved on, sniffing around his bedroom door.
“What are you, anyways?” Tetsuya said thoughtfully, rubbing the dog’s back. “A Husky? You’re very wolfy.” The dog looked up at him, tail wagging happily. Deciding to try something, Tetsuya readjusted his grip on Nigou and went to the door, slowly shutting it. The dog came over immediately, nosing at the door and giving him quizzical looks.
“I can’t keep my door open all night,” Tetsuya said. “If you’re not staying, then go.” He pointed outside. The dog sat down. Tetsuya groaned.
“Come on Nigou,” he said, walking back to his room and releasing Nigou inside. he ignored a disgruntled “arf!” before turnnig back to the red dog. He pushed at it, trying to get it to go outside, but the dog ignored him, staring at his bedroom door instead. It padded over, scrabbling at the door before barking. Soon, it was making a racket with Nigou as they barked at each other through the door.
“Alright, alright!” Tetsuya said, opening the door. Nigou and the dog started sniffing at each other unhappily. “I give up,” he said. It was a tiny town, after all, and he had a huge dog for protection. He’d be fine. Tetsuya left the door open and went about brushing his teeth and getting ready for bed. As he started to drift off, the last thing he remembered was the dog jumping onto the bed, ignoring his groan of protest.
When Tetsuya woke to morning light streaming through the window, he felt a warm body still lying to himself. Blindly groping, his hand landed on bare skin - his eyes flew open. There was a boy in his bed, and he was completely naked. Tetsuya sat up, jostling the boy until his eyes cracked open - a deep red, to match his hair. A bizarre suspicion lodged itself in Tetsuya’s mind. It couldn’t be.
“Who are you?” Tetsuya asked, voice high with anxiety. He scooted back for good measure. The boy blinked, his eyes opening more widely. He yawned.
“Where is this place?” he asked, propping himself up on his elbows. Tetsuya fixed his eyes on the boy’s face, ignoring the shiny white moon of his butt that kept trying to catch his eye.
“This is my bedroom.” Tetsuya pulled up his covers defensively. “Who are- How did you- Where is the-” Tetsuya’s eyes narrowed. “Are you a werewolf?”
The boy’s eyes snapped open fully. He rolled onto his side, assessing Tetsuya.
“So you kn-”
“Please. Cover yourself,” Tetsuya said, embarrassed.
“Ah.” The boy tugged the covers over his junk, his cheeks pinking. He tried again, clearing his throat. “So you know.”
Tetsuya stared at him, turning his head to the side as if looking at him sideways would dispell the illusion of a naked boy in his bed.
“This must be a trick.”
“Were you bitten?” The boy’s eyes drifted down, checking for injuries.
“No,” Tetsuya said. His head felt like it was spinning.
“Good. Don’t get bitten.” The boy tugged the covers a bit more. “Do you have any clothes I could borrow?”
“Uhhhhhh.”
Tetsuya did manage to pull himself together to get the boy some clothes. His name was Akashi Seijuro - he was a student at the university. Tetsuya made them both coffee, slowly adjusting to the new situation.
“You must not tell anyone,” Akashi said, staring him in the eyes with an intense look on his face.
“Alright,” Tetsuya said.
“Do you swear?” Akashi didn’t even blink.
“I swear.”
Akashi relaxed in his seat.
“I don’t think anyone would believe me, anyways,” Tetsuya said.
“Probably not,” Akashi said wryly.
“I still barely believe it myself.” Tetsuya stared into his coffee. The suspicion that this was some elaborate prank wouldn’t leave him.
“How did you manage to catch me?”
Tetsuya looked up, startled. “What?”
“I was turned years ago. It’s the first time I’ve woken up with anyone.”
“I don’t know. You just seemed to like me.”
Akashi brought his mug to his lips, studying Tetsuya intently.
“I have to say, it was nice to wake up in a warm bed instead of the cold forest floor.”
Tetsuya looked over, eyes narrowing at the mischievous smile Akashi was poorly hiding behind his mug.
“Oh no,” he said. The last thing he needed was some inter-office romance at his new position. Akashi’s smile widened behind his mug, but he stayed silent, taking a sip instead. When he was done with his coffee, Tetsuya sent him off, saying he could keep the clothes.
“Don’t worry,” Akashi said, eyes crinkling. “I’ll be sure to return them.” Tetsuya couldn’t help but feel like a rabbit who’d landed in the crosshairs of a hunter. He watched the boy walk away, glancing over his shoulder to give a olfish grin, and sighed. He had the feeling he’d bit off more than he could chew. And come next full moon, he wasn’t sorry to have a companion snuffling beside him as he deciphered the stars, warm fur bumping against his leg.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! 🥰🥰‼️‼️I DREW THESE CUTIES DURING MY COMP SCI CLASS IN PAINT3D BECAUSE I WAS BORED :( THIS IS SO CUTE THO😨💯💯I drew this (on the computer, with a mouse) using the pencil brush because it was easier (that’s why the lines are kinda sus) and unfortunately there was no way for me to access layers so a lot of pixels were left uncoloured 😰😰
anyway i think that vampire akashi and werewolf furihata is one of their best looks 🥺 if this were a costume contest, they would definitely win first place with their amazing fits and unrivalled cuteness🤧💞💞💘

Lazy Lesbian Review : Still Sick by AKASHI
So while in hospital I finally got around to reading this series ! And honestly guys it’s so cute. If you are into fandom culture or someone who partakes in a creative field (for either work or hobbies) and has experienced burnout for something you used to enjoy I would HIGHLY recommend this series. But also because I’m still a bit out of it I’ve made a new review category - Lazy Lesbian.
This is the heartwarming and romcom manga series between Makoto and Akane. Two women who work at the same office. Akane discovers one day that Makoto is doujinshi artist of lesbian ships. Cue the hijinks.
Though the first volume actually has a little twist and Akane isn’t entirely who she says she is. Honestly the main plot of this story is just how fandom and love for a creative field seems to bring these two women together to a place where they finally have someone they share their true selves and thoughts and passions with.
It’s a very quick and fun read. If you are looking for something to breeze through and have a bit of fun, I would recommend this.
(Also Makoto is my wife. I adore her so much 🥺✨)

Rating: Explicit overall, Mature for this chapter for violence both implied and shown

Word Count: 10,800 (this chapter)

Dark blue ocean, a silvery moon hanging above, reflecting on the surface. The sky alit with stars against a white sand beach.
It hangs above the mantle in an empty house, covered in dust.
"What is it?"
"The last painting I ever made," Takashi says, touching his prosthetic arm unconsciously. "I gave it as a gift to Issa. She saw me sketching it, and asked if she could have a copy. I told her I'd paint it during the full moon. So she'd be able to see one whenever she wanted."
"It's beautiful," Adam says, taking his left arm, pulling him in close. "You should try painting again. These colors, they're so nice."
Takashi smiles, leaning his head against Adam's shoulder. "Maybe."

HI!!! so I have been reading your akashi FF!! i love all of them makes me burst with so much more love for him!! I am asking for something i have not read yet of akashi ff and hoping you could do it for me!! I am a major akashi ff finder and still have not find this kinda of theme! So i really want an akashi werewolf x human reader or maybe hybrid akashi x reader!! I know im asking a hard one but i really really wish to read akashi being different LOVE you so much thank you ten!!!
Let me start by saying how much this request challenged my imaginations because I find it a fresh and exciting concept to write! It fits Akashi so well. I had so many ideas on how to write this. I even had thoughts of changing the setting to an 18th century scenario. But enough blabber for now. I’ll write the rest of my ramble at the end of this post. Thank you so much for reading my Akashi fics! I appreciate you so much!!! Your words mean so much to me. Hope you enjoy this ride! ^^
Enigma
Scenario: You always knew something horrifying hid beyond the polished exterior he always had.
Pairing: Hybrid/Werewolf!Akashi Seijuro x reader
You’ve known Akashi Seijuro since you were old enough to read.
He was an enigma, like an untouchable being who seemed to have been created with different materials that usually made man. Even as a child, he was pristine. His face was always sculpted to perfect expressions, his speech always playing along pleasant ribbons that slides into your senses.
You, as a child, were enamoured.
It was no lie that you’ve fallen for him. You didn’t know when it started, but you thought what matters is what you realized in the process of developing these feelings.
Your heart sputters and coughs when he smiles. Your skin tingles with his touch, innocent as they are always. When you hear his voice, you hear only music. You want to wrap yourself around the fullness of his kindness like a cloak.
However, you knew you'd have fallen for him for entirely different reasons. Reasons that are unknown to you, especially.
In all these musings, you hadn’t thought he’d also eventually fall in love with you.
Suddenly, you hear your name being called.
Before you can turn, you feel an arm snake around your waist. Akashi Seijuro kisses like someone who’s after your very soul, beyond the beating muscle in your chest. It always starts out soft, like a caress of a feather. Then, it deepens. He sucks you dry and desperately craving for more. He kisses with adoration, intermingled with hunger, enmeshed with respect for you as a person and as his lover.
You loved that about him. Dignified. Compassionate.
“Did the soup I cooked for you make you hungry?” you laugh once he releases you.
He pretends to think about it as you step sideways so that you’re now walking beside him. You link arms just as he replies, "I'd say it was rather salty this time."
You gasp, shocked he'd say something offensive about your craft. You were groomed by your father to be the next main chef of the Akashi household. Least to say, your skills in cooking are second to none. Even his own father says so.
"You should know, Seijuro-san, that I made your favorite soup precisely the same way I usually do, down to the finest grain of salt.”
He shrugs from your arm and pulls you closer instead.
"I'm joking," he whispers to your mouth. Akashi guides you into his room, footsteps hurried yet measured until you're swallowed by the darkness.
He doesn't bother to turn the lamp on. But none of you need a shred of light when you both knew his room by heart—the curtains that flutter as the doors close, the corners of the maple coffee table you could bump to on your way to the bed, the velvety texture of the carpets as you kick off your shoes.
Akashi's bed always smelled of fresh linen. Sometimes you wished your co-workers hadn't changed it that often. You want to savor his scent, even though you revel in it every time he holds you close like this.
"You're busy today," you comment with a sigh as he kisses your collarbone.
He smiles, his hand slivering under your shirt to your spine, arching your back. "I'm sorry. There are deadlines coming. Even Father is getting restless nowadays."
"I miss it when we used to just spend the whole day making cookies," you say. "You've always been a busy bee even when you were in middle school. But at least we're able to hang out more often than before."
Akashi senses the shift in your tone, the longing turning down its inflections, the unsaid words he can find in the way you stare into his eyes. His smile drops a little. It becomes solemn. You lean forward to kiss the growing frown away.
Akashi Seijuro is perfect. A gem you could find no flaws in, smooth and brilliant. And most people, if not all, would've been drawn by this to him; after all, you've witnessed throughout the years how he's naturally able to draw them to him because of the qualities he possesses.
You're different.
Maybe it's because you practically grew up in the Akashi Manor, watched him turn from a boy to a man and tasted the delicacy reserved in his lips for you.
You knew him intimately, but you knew he had something else hidden in the layers of corrugated paint coating him. You knew that whatever it is, it's the very thing you fell for.
"I wish you could stay here tonight," he murmurs once your mouths part, you still on top of him, his arms caged around you as they always are by the end of each make out session.
"Why can't I?" you try, more of out curiosity rather than dismay. "If you tell me to stay, I'll stay."
He places his hands on your cheeks and prompts you to lift your chin up. You regret it. The crimson of his eyes immediately drowns you in flames.
Mesmerized, you unconsciously reach out to his face to thumb his bottom lip.
"If you stay, I won't be able to keep myself from taking you here." The bared desire in his low voice send chils to crawl under your skin, through your sinews into your bones.
There.
Right there, you knew you were right. And you made it a point to find out what it is no matter how monstrous or horrid it could be. The unbridled need to know wrings your neck.
You studied his actions, his nonverbal cues, mannerisms, rise and fall of his voice, his expressions. You searched him between the lines. You drank in every new detail about Akashi Seijuro in mad obsession. It doesn't come across as odd to anyone else in the mansion. They knew you shared a close relationship with the young master.
But after the gruelling months of searching, you come out with nothing.
One afternoon, you flicker your gaze to Akashi, the warm sun tinting his red hair a deep shade of amber.
Akashi notices your stare and flashes you a smile.
You start to wonder, as you interlock your fingers together, what exactly are you looking for? What is he hiding?
A weakness no one knows? Cowardice he keeps away? A hidden scar no one's seen? A deep desire? Or maybe, a family secret?
Akashi misinterprets your silence. His hold on your hand tightens, prompting you to snap out of the trance you're in. The concern in his eyes is unmistakable.
"How are you this beautiful?" you ask to derail him, a wry smile on your lips.
"I can ask you the same thing," he shoots back.
Laughter bubbles in your gut as you shake your head and pry your hand from his. "This is why I don't believe it when your friends say you don't have a sense of humor. You're hilarious."
Akashi obviously finds that amusing because he lets out a rare laughter as well. So pure. Too pure. Your heart pricks and shrivels.
That night, you decide not to go into his room. You tell him you are going somewhere tomorrow so you want to rest earlier. Akashi doesn't mind, of course. Your nightly bonds are always interrupted with your own personal affairs. It isn’t unusual.
The sound of grass crunching under your bare feet fills your ears. The night sky is overcast with clouds, covering the only sources of light in a thick blanket. The garden behind the manor is riddled with all sorts of plants, unkempt and flourishing in their own habitat. It's the only part of the Akashi residence that looks untamed—a stark contrast to the opalescent immaculateness of the rest of the mansion.
You loved gathering your thoughts in quiet places, but the garden has always unnerved you. You steered clear of it, until tonight that is.
You couldn't have gotten the most perfect timing.
That's when you see it, or rather him. He's enveloped in the darkness that engulfs his entirety. A hulking figure completely merged within the shadows of the night and the tendrils of the wild plants.
You gasp, not able to keep the excitement and dread from filling your throat. The sound catches his attention. He snaps and lunges after your frozen form.
Your body hits the soil. Looking up in a mad frenzy, you finally see the creature pinning you to the ground.
A strangled noise garbles your voice.
Face perfectly sculpted. Expressions sharp as a knife. Hair blood-red in the night. Eyes flashing cold, gleaming gold looking down upon you with repugnance and animalistic desire.
Who is this?
You're paralyzed in unadulterated fear.
"Se-Seijuro-san—," you begin to beg but you're interrupted when he presses his lips to yours hard enough to bruise. A kiss. Liberated from reason, spiteful and also lust-driven.
So unlike the one’s you’ve always received.
Your stomach churn as he swipes his tongue over your lips, heartbeat quickening when he nibbles at the skin over your pulse.
"Afraid now, are we?" he hums, tone taking a deranged ebb.
You want to scream, to let out the bile building up in your throat, to claw at the hand now wrapped around your throat. You found what you were looking for—the beast that mercilessly shatters through the glass-like mask Akashi had always worn.
You raise a hand to shove him, but he catches your wrist and pins it above your head. When you meet his uncompromising stare once more, you see him for who he is, unearthed, unshackled.
"Will you stay with me tonight?" he whispers.
Every muscle, every fiber of your body goes fraught at his voice as a whimper tears out from your throat. Genuine thrill, however, tingles your spine and tangles them into knots. You need to know more about him.
With a nod, you concede. Akashi nips at your jawline before carrying you in his arms.
The last thing you remember about that night was his smile, one that you didn't know to whom it belonged to anymore.

So… I feel like this has been cut short. Yes, there might be a part 2 *hides in the back*. This was actually inspired by the novel “Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde” where in Hyde the repressed id counterpart of the ‘original’ identity, Jekyll. Is Akashi here a werewolf? Or is he something else? For now, I’d like to leave it to the readers to imagine. The other Akashi reader met in the end hasn’t revealed anything yet after all. Please share me your thoughts! Thank you for making it this far! ^^
Another sidenote: I love dark, gothic themes. I feel a bit rusty after not having written much in my element for a while, but I hope I was able to deliver ^^

english isn’t my native language
✿✿✿✿
Far away deep into the lush woods, there was a little cottage surrounded by blooming flowers and magical herbs.
Rumors said that inside that cottage there was a kind and gentle witch, who would grant you every wish you had. She was also an expert doctor and knew every little secret that herbs, and flowers had.
Everyone loved her, she was so kind with everyone and always ready to help every single helpless soul.
✿ ✿ ✿
Said witch, (y/n) (l/n), was trying new potions with a few herbs she found in the woods, with the help of her fellow wizard Matsuno Chifuyu.
“(y/n) are you sure that the potions should look...like this?” asked a worried Chifuyu, eyeing the suspicious violet liquid, not only its appearance wasn’t comforting, even its smell was terrible.
“Fuyu, you don’t have to worry, I know what I’m doing” the (h/c)-haired witch assured him.
“Ohh yes, now I can sleep peacefully, knowing that miss witchy has everything under control” sarcastically said Hanemiya Kazutora, a demon friend of (y/n), receiving from said witch a glare.
“That thing looks like shit, it’s like that time Takemicchi cooked for us” exclaimed Baji Keisuke, a werewolf also friend of the witch, pointing disgustedly at the cauldron.
“Kei watch your mouth, or I will transform you into a dog.” calmly said the girl.
Keisuke ignored her “threat” and began to wander around his friend’s cottage, glacing all the books laying on the floor. Most of them were old and the language used was from at least from two or three centuries before.
“(y/n) why are you preparing this?” asked Kazutora while he was playing with (y/n)’s familiar, a black cat named Salem.
“Senju-chan asked me.” responded the witch while adding herbs in the cauldron, the liquid was changing color from violet to a dark green.
Hearing the girl’s name, all three males exchanged a glare and Kazutora smirked playfully.
“Your dear friend, Akashi Senju, right?” said the demon with a taunting tone.
(y/n) stopped her tracks and she could feel her embarrassment all over her face, what Kazutora was implying?
“W-Why you said that!” she shouted embarrassed.
“Kazu said nothing, (y/n) why are you so worked up?” Keisuke answered without hiding his smirk.
“Akashi Senju? Isn’t she that vampire that won against Terano South, the alpha of the pack Rokuhara Tandai?” questioned Chifuyu, he can’t believe that (y/n) a pacifist could be friends with someone known for their strength.
(y/n) nodded and poured the potion in a glass bottle under the watchful eyes of her friends.
“Are you trying to poison her? That thing could kill at least six people” asked Keisuke while Kazutora and Chifyu silently agreed with him.
The girl pouted and said “Senju-chan wanted something to improve her resistance against the sun, you idiots!! So, I asked Sensei if she knew something, and she suggested this potion.”
“So (y/n)-chan when will you confess your feelings for Senju?” maliciously asked Kazutora, he seemed delighted when he saw her embarrassment.
“S-S-Shut up!! You demon!!” the witch responded.
Keisuke was laughing seeing (y/n) running after Kazutora with her broom in her hands, while the demon was still teasing her. Chifuyu sighed and began asking the werewolf how the girls met.
✿ ✿ ✿
Akashi Senju sighed for the nth time all day, she rolled over and over on her bed trying to distract herself from her thoughts.
Seated on her bed there was Imaushi Wakasa, a friend of Senju and a vampire, who was carefully looking at the girl trying to understand what was in her mind.
“Little princess what’s on your mind? Ya know that I can’t read minds, right?” teased Wakasa playing with a strand of Senju’s white hair.
“You can’t understand Waka, it’s too complex, even Omi can’t understand it.” pouted Senju, her blue eyes becoming glossy like she was going to cry.
The bi-colored man sighed and patted her hair. “I will always help you, little princess. Besides, Omi is a grandpa and that’s why he can’t understand” Wakasa replied, smirking.
The white-haired girl smiled a little after hearing Wakasa, maybe he would really help her.
“There is this friend of mine, she’s a witch...and I think I have a crush on her” she muttered while her cheeks were burning.
“She’s really a marvelous person, she helps everyone who needs help. Whenever she smiles, I feel my heart burning, like it’s the sun itself that is burning my skin turning me into ashes. When she pays attention to me, even a glance, in my stomach there are thousands of butterflies. Whenever I’m with her my soul is blessed with peace and tranquility.” finished Senju with red cheeks and glossy eyes.
The man was surprised, this was his first time seeing Senju so open about her feelings towards a stranger, he smiled and hugged her.
“Senju tell her everything” he only said.
“Eh? Waka are you crazy!? I-I can’t tell her. W-What if she doesn’t like me? I don’t want to end our friendship because of my stupid feeling” she responded panicked at the idea of (y/n) turning down her, even worse if she didn’t like her in that way.
Wakasa flicked her forehead, hearing from the white-haired girl a cry.
“Little princess don’t be such a coward, I can’t believe you fear rejection more than fighting with a werewolf like South. And I thought that Omi was the dumbest in love.” laughed Wakasa “Be honest with her, just like you were with me and don’t be afraid.” he finished smiling.
The white-haired girl nodded “Thank you Waka, your words made me reflect. I will tell her everything! Bye!” exclaimed happily and ran off.
✿ ✿ ✿
“(y/n) I didn’t know you were dumber than Baji-san regarding feelings.” exclaimed Chifuyu after hearing the girl’s story.
“What does that mean Chifuyu” Keisuke questioned
“Well, let’s say that I don’t want to ruin my friendship with Senju-chan” meekly respond (y/n).
Kazutora looked at her and then he faced Chifuyu saying “It’s even dumber than Baji”.
“(y/n) don’t be a weakling, man up and confess!” ordered Keisuke, proud of his advice.
“Baji-san, you shouldn’t talk about confessions. It took you at least four years to confess to both Kazutora and me” Chifuyu teased him while Kazutora snickered.
“I will kill both you two!!” Keisuke shouted embarrassed.
The other two both laughed while Keisuke’s cheeks were red, even (y/n) laughed a little.
(y/n) wasn’t sure how things would turn out if she revealed her feelings to Senju, she couldn't forgive herself if she destroyed their beautiful bond.
“I will try guys” she half-promised.
After an hour the trio left her claiming that they needed to do some commissions, but she knew that they left her so she could reflect by herself.
The witch was lost in her thoughts when she heard the voice of the last person she wanted to meet.
“(y/n)-chan!!”
✿ ✿ ✿
“(y/n)-chan!!” shouted an extremely happy Senju.
“Senju-chan, why are you running? Are you okay? Do you need any kind of help?” the (h/c)-haired witch bombarded her with questions.
She seems more like her mom rather than a friend, Senju laughed at the thought and then hugged her.
(y/n) didn’t respond to the hug since she was confused by the white-haired girl’s behavior, she was acting strange. Senju was always a touchy person but today was extremely touchy, something was wrong.
“Okay Senju-chan what’s wrong? Did you take Takeomi’s black card without his permission?” (y/n) asked without breaking the hug.
“Not yet, but I have something to tell you.” Senju replied.
(y/n) was confused but let the other girl prepare her speech.
“(y/n)-chan we have known each other for years, right? It all started when I rescued you from some werewolves' attack and since then I started feeling strange whenever I’m with you. It felt like I’m sick, but my body was healthy, at that time I didn’t understand.
Then I started feeling butterflies in my stomach, every time you looked at me or touched me.
When you touch me, I feel like my body is burning, because you’re warmer than the Sun itself and I really don’t care if my body turns into ashes, if that means that you will hold me in your arms.
I love you so much that this heart, that hasn't beat for centuries, almost explodes at the thought of kissing you.
(y/n)-chan I love every part of you, from your shiny eyes that can’t wait to explore the world, to your lips moving so fast whenever you explain your new researchers, to your delicate hands that touch me like I’m your precious porcelain doll, to your warm hugs always smelling like home and that give me a sense of tranquility.
Can we love each other eternally, basking in each other's presence and without any care of the outside world?
I love you (y/n)-chan” concluded Senju, eyes glossy and body trembling.
Warm tears were running over the witch’s face, (y/n) couldn’t believe what the vampire told her, at first, she thought that her ears were playing a prank. What a cruel joke that would be.
However, Senju’s face was serious even if her whole body was trembling and was almost crying.
(y/n) realized that her friend couldn’t joke on something so important and delicate and hugged her while kissing over her face, then she took Senju’s face between her hands placing a chaste kiss on her lips.
Senju was at first shocked but then reciprocated the kiss, hugging her with more force.
“Senju-chan I love you too” smiled (y/n).
The two girls continued to kiss, they were ready to be happy and together forever.
✿ ✿ ✿
bonus:
“She looks plain.” rudely said Haruchiyo, questioning his sister's poor taste in women.
“At least my boyfriend doesn’t look like a jellyfish.” Senju responded smugly.
“Take that back you idiot!” Haruchiyo could feel his patience running out, and he knew his sister loved tasting his temper.
“Ah, like hell I would do that!” Senju couldn’t stand her girlfriend being disrespected by her brother.
The tension could be easily cut with a knife, then both siblings looked at each other and Senju threw herself to her brother, attacking him while the pink-haired man was trying to pick his katana.
“Mh...Shouldn’t we stop them?” (y/n) asked at Haruchiyo’s boyfriend, Haitani Rindou, she was worried for Senju’s safety.
“Nah they always do that” responded bored Rindou.
“Omi will resolve the fight, (y/n)-chan do you want tea? And you Rindou?” questioned Wakasa looking quite used to Akashi siblings’ behavior.
Both nodded and headed with Wakasa towards the kitchen, leaving their significant other fighting with each other.

When Teiko Discovers The Werewolves Of Millers Hollow Part 2
PART 1 Aomine pointed to Kise, who looked insulted and decided to cast his vote on Aomine. Rolling his eyes, Midorima said, "You two are childish. I vote on the mayor, Kuroko shouldn't be underestimated." Momoi, being both herself and a werewolf, decided to quickly cast her vote on Aomine whose mouth dropped at the betrayal. "Satsuki!" Because he had two votes already, Kuroko decided to cast his vote on Aomine too. As the mayor, his vote counted twice; a rule that was implemented to prevent the voting in resulting into a tie. With 4 votes, Aomine automatically lost. "It appears the first to be burnt at the stake is Aomine! Will the devil inside of him reveal itself or did the townsfolk get the wrong guy?" Aomine revealed his card with a sour face, showing he was a regular villager. "Another innocent has been murdered! Will the townsfolk be slaughtered in a panic, or will tomorrow morning be a succesful endeavor? Night has struck once more! With your Seer having been killed, only the werewolves get to open their eyes!" Momoi, Nijimura and Kuroko opened their eyes again, the 'dead' looking on this time. Aomine shook his head, now knowing why Momoi had killed him off. Nijimura voted on Midorima, but Kuroko shook his head in silence and pointed at Kise. Momoi bit her lip before doing the same. Akashi could see where this was going. Kuroko's skills really shouldn't be underestimated indeed, just as Midorima said. He understood people. The coach once more did the trick of distracting everyone before revealing Kise's card. Another normal villager. Kise had definitely been pouting over not having a special role earlier. As the coach retreated he spoke again. "Upon the morning, people found Kise's headless body in his vandalized home. The clock begins to tick! Is this town doomed for failure?" Before everyone could even 'wake up' Kise cried out. "No, this isn't fair! Why did you kill me Midorimacchi?!" Midorima looked at him. "Why are you assuming I killed you, nanodayo?" "I KNOW it was you! Look at my headless corpse! I know you just couldn't stand my handsome face!" Kise cried out dramatically, already losing himself in the role of a ghost. Midorima groaned with annoyance, as Kise fake-bawled on the floor which the former ignored. He pointed his finger at Kuroko again. "I still find you highly suspicious. You did vote for an innocent person to be burnt." He looked at Murasakibara, as if he was trying to convince him of his argument but he only stared at the table in thought. Momoi voted on Midorima. "And I find it suspicious you keep trying to kill our mayor. You're a werewolf trying to create chaos and take the power for yourself!" "What are you saying, nanodayo." Mursakibara looked at the exchange this time, and pointed at Midorima. "Mido-chin's suspicious." Kuroko and Nijimura nodded and pointed their own fingers at Midorima, who once more groaned. "The town's folk have gathered around to burn young Midorima, but is the boy innocent or will the devil be burnt out of him indeed?" Midorima revealed his card and everyone was stunned for a second. The peeking little girl, which allows the player to peek between their fingers and spy. Midorima was the only player who had known who the werewolves were from the very beginning. Kise's eyes widened in realization. "Kurokochii, tell me you didn't kill me!" "As Kise's ghost realizes he was betrayed by the one he trusted most, night struck and the final human was brutally murdered." The coach said, considering Murasakibara stood no chance to survive as the only human left. Murasakibara looked up, blinking. "So I'm dead?" "Obviously, considering Momoi, Kuroko and Nijimura were the werewolves." Aomine grumbled. Kise pouted to the coach. "I need another round! My spirit has to avenge himself!" The group laughed, and the second round began. This time, Kise felt pretty great. As Cupid, he couldn't wait to pair up Kuroko and Midorima. He was looking forward to see them struggle to keep their each other alive, because if one died, the other would die of a broken heart. Hehe.

Untethered: Werewolf!Sanzu Haruchiyo x Fem!Reader
synopsis: Sanzu doesn't know what he'd do without you. Thankfully, tonight he doesn't have to know.
wc: 813
tw: angst
2K Event Masterlist: Monster Mash
Haruchiyo smells the rose soap right before it hits your skin and is lathered up to create endless suds. It washes away the scent of the kids who saddled up to you day in and day out, their little booger-picking fingers tugging on your skirts or around wax crayons that send him to the other side of the room, nose crinkled in disgust.
The mask doesn't help block the smells - that's not what it's for anyways - but it does help him seem normal.
To every kid in your kindergarten class, he's Mr. Sanzu, a man who just so happened to be madly in love with their teacher. He's not one of the Akashi siblings. He's not a beast to be feared. He's not even Haruchiyo. He's just... meester sanzoo.
But the smell of the rose petals drives him deeper into his memory, the magazine in his lap dropping in favor of the show behind his eyelids as they close. If he thinks hard enough, he's back at his childhood home - before the attack, before the drama, before the despair that sent him into the streets.
He's five, sitting in the bedroom with his mother and playing with toys. He's six, crawling into her lap and smelling her soap - rose, just like yours. He's seven. clinging to her because he's still shy and not ready to face the world yet as an Akashi - a born-killer of men.
But when you emerge from the bathroom, face wet and body covered in a towel, Sanzu opens his eyes, and the spell over his senses is broken.
"Haru," you call from the bedroom. "Have you seen my chapstick?"
Instantly, the gossip rag is discarded, and Sanzu sniffs the air for a hint of mint. He sniffs and sniffs and sniffs until he locates it under the bed, right where you'd dropped it when you pulled off your jeans.
"Right here," he announces proudly, holding up the item.
"Thank you," you purr, leaning over to plant a kiss on his cheek. "You're always so helpful."
Helpful.
Sanzu feels the word sink into his gut with a thud and he tries not to reel backward from the foreign sounds clashing in your mouth. You called him 'helpful'. That's not new from you, but hearing your praises always makes him feel a little insecure.
He thinks it's because he wasn't praised enough as a kid. The only person who ever really gave him that positive attention before you was Mikey, the leader of his pack. Perhaps that's why he follows him so blindly, so naively.
Maybe that's why he loves you. Impulsively. No questions asked.
Haruchiyo doesn't even realize he's lost in thought until you lace your arms around his neck.
"What're you thinking about?" you whisper, lips touching his neck as the towel slides from your figure and onto the floor.
"You," he replies, smiling down at you. Your eyelashes flutter a few times, then you grin cheekily.
"You're so charming, Haru." You tease him softly as if he was a kid on the playground and you were his crush. "So eloquent."
"Hey, I'm a brute, remember? Werewolves don't need a big vocabulary, missy."
"Oh, I know," you chuckle. "All you need is a big, fat, veiny di--"
_____________________________________________________________
Thoughts swirl around in Sanzu's mind all night. You're sleeping next to him, tucked in his arms while your lips are parted as you snore.
He strokes the tender skin of your shoulder, rubbing the teeth marks he made there with care.
When Haruchiyo told you he was an Akashi - part of a werewolf family that's notorious for being violent and dominant - you hadn't blinked an eye.
"Okay, but..." You looked at the plate in a slow realization. "Does that mean you don't want spaghetti tonight?"
And he just leaned back and howled with laughter, even though you were serious. It was the first time he'd laughed in a long time. Haruchiyo knows that you're fine with his ways, but he knows that everything comes with a price.
To him, it was giving that side of himself up. Haru would never become a werewolf in your presence, nor would he force the life upon you. And even though you preach "acceptance", how much acceptance would you have had if he hadn't warned you about the midnight urges, the torn clothing, the massive knot swelling in your cunt? It's not like there's any rational reason for it besides his lack of pure humanity.
You shift in his arms, bringing him back to the present, tucking your head into his neck with a soft exhale before you start your snores again.
"Love you," Sanzu whispers into your hair.
"Mmmmm..." you reply, which is good enough for him. It's more than enough to keep him tethered to the ground and not high up in the sky.
