i will say i think the movie was a lot more feminist like. fhan the musical
#like i thjkk yhe musical focuses a lot more on the like. romance stuff with elle and emmett where as that is t even mentioned in the movie#rly until the end.. and i think it does a lot more stuff with the elle and vivian relationship#+ emmett being way more present throughout the whole thing w helping her and stuff#whereas in the movie she does all of it Herself w/o like needing a man to encourage her if that makes sense#i do loves the musical buti think rewatching the movie now i may prefer it actually.#to be honestly#were watching the nusical now smile#+ the musical makes a lot more weird jokes abt enid being a lesbian sjw or whatever#also its so funny that the ireland thing was just made up for the musical. what
