I play the piano. We’ve had an ongoing love affair for several years. The piano adopted me at an early age. It began teaching me about life, love and the power of music. The piano has taught me that the beauty of its sound is when diverse keys (black and white), are brought together to create perfect harmony. The piano has taught me that life is like music just waiting to be brought out. Yet the greatest lesson the piano has taught me is that even with broken keys, I still have music inside of me. In fact, it is out of the broken keys that beauty will rise. So the piano reminds us that even in our brokenness, we have to keep scaling the keys. It can very well be that our best music will come out of the broken keys.

Good times at Berwyn Art Festival. It was great connecting with local artist and being inspired by their craft. All that you do is a masterpiece! Shout out to @aaronmitchellcreates and @outtaspacearts for putting together this event.
