i have to be merchant today and saturday but dont have a mending day or voyageur day between then and now and my silk stockings look like they're about to go....
#trying to move the worn parts to places they wont get worn down as easily#ie not putting them directly under my heel but i neeeeeed to sit down and fix them#idk if we have silk thread anywhere though and idk if i can/should fix it with linen thread#im fine using linen on my cotton stockings but i feel i should give the time to my silk stockings to patch them with silk#well they also need washing i can toss them in the tote tmrw and wash them#i can do cotton stockings tmrw and wash them before lighthouse day#hmm hmm. well hopefully it'll work out. if the holes are too big i might just see about tossing these and getting a new pair of silk stocki#gs#shay speaks
