today again i ponder. my beautiful modern au where the events of the game did happen but wayy into the past & theyre both reincarnated or some shit. & hilde gets very vivid dreams of these past life events which he would tell hades all about because hes a chatterbox & likes sharing things with him. right. & its always like, this was really weirdly realistic & they kinda all fit together, such interesting dreams! they dont usually do that i dont think maybe its just another way my brain is weird lol. but then he gets to the shb shit. & past a certain point hes a lot less willing to talk. because if these arent just dreams. he would have to tell hades what he did to him in what might just be their actual past lives. he would never want to hurt him with that kind of information

& i mean hades def notices something is off & probably prods him about it but it doesnt really amount to much until hildes gotten to experience elpis in dream again which. Well.. guy who wakes up crying of course. & they have to talk about it now.

#ffposting #hildemet #& i mean it was bad enough w the end of shb he def woke up in a panic to make sure hades was still alive & fine #but the everything about elpis. his reaction to hearing what hed end up getting up to... yknow. & then the memory wipe #i bet hed get some memories from *lachesis* at this point too. since thats a point in time where canon events hilde got them #he is cursed to remember eventually always. hades gets to live blissfully (until hes told anyway) but hilde has to remember #as fragmented & miserable as it all is. he will remember. yes that they once lived i fucking guess idk thst line didnt hit ME as much #i was too busy getting real fucked up abt what amaurot represents for hades & the dawning realisation of why hes like this #& also the fact he didnt need to die. IN MY OPINION! but i think this of many an antagonist so obviously im not gonna get what i want...#me at the end of every expansion: & so we can find a solution together right? the expansion: No. me: ah! cool!#well ok not fully accurate so ill trade thordans position in this w yotsuyu. i did not want thordan to live. ever #but yea i think a lot of character death isnt entirely necessary & were preventable. sorry..
