just saw a tiktok of an american saying it's weird how in germany a double bed has two separate mattresses and duvets to which I would like to counter: what kind of fucked in the head lunatic WANTS to share ONE MASSIVE DUVET with a SECOND LIVE PERSON ?

#i will concede on the mattress thing because like The Crack is lowkey annoying but only if you're sleeping alone #in which case you can get whatever mattress you desire that fits into your frame #what if you're a couple and one of you wants a firm mattress and the other a soft one???? do you just fucking die?#well in mother germany we just EACH BUY OUR OWN DESIRED MATTRESSES LIKE CIVILISED PEOPLE #and don't get me started on sharing ONE BIG DUVET. i would immediately kill the other person just to prevail over it #i'm not sharing s fucking blanket with you i need to wrap my whole body up until no air touches me anywhere #and if you disturb me i am sleeping on the fucking couch #horrible idea!!!!#rayrambles
