We live in a stress-inducing culture be it work from home or pre-pandemic times, it is up to us how we can find ways to reduce tension, restore feelings of well-being and take care of us💟 🎨Colouring books are a simple activity that takes us outside ourselves, like going for a drive or cooking. It relaxes your mind, takes your attention away from yourselves, letting go of all unnecessary thoughts and it's simple, just stay with those lines and colour, not too demanding on our abilities. ..
