Hill Farmstead Excursions #4

Hill Farmstead Excursions #4 is billed as an “Experimental hop IPA brewed with four varieties of New Zealand hops.” Most people tend to either love or hate New Zealand hops and this beer has a ton of them - I love New Zealand hops and ended up having ten or so pints of this over the few nights it was on at The Ruck!

Speaking of which, more cheers to The Ruck. There was a time I never imagined seeing Hill Farmstead there. Then, when they first started getting kegs, they kicked them very quickly, typically in under 20 minutes. Then they started getting crazy stuff like Double Citra, Society & Solitude #5, Double Galaxy, and this, to name just a few. Then they started getting so much that they have had one Hill Farmstead on tap for over a week, with word on the street suggesting that (at least) one should be on tap from now on. Damn that’s awesome. Again and again, cheers to The Ruck!
