Forever Fit workout CRUSHED! I honestly love mornings so much. I’m not a night owl at all, I go to bed at like 7:30 😅 I also try for a mid morning nap with Melody as she still wakes during the night. Adequate rest is just as important as the healthy foods and the exercise. 4:30am wake-up’s aren’t what you need to do to choose health but for me they are perfect. Mornings are my jam 🙏 Don’t look at your health as a chore. Look at your day, write it out down to the hour, and then workout where in there you can fit in time to prep your meals for the day, and fit in a workout. You don’t have to go to the gym. Forever fit workouts can be done at work or the gym. You don’t even need a lot of time! So I want to tell a story about how I am rediscovering myself. (Pictures are: my heaviest, my smallest, this past year before plexus, and now.) When I was 19 I faced some difficult life events and I quickly gained weight and ended up tipping the scales at 425. I was miserable and knew I had to make a change. Slowly but surely I started to lose but the doctors told me I needed to lose at least 100 more pounds or I would lose my vision. I had a gastric bypass in December of 2013. I managed to lose and maintain an additional 140 pound loss, but got complacent. I stopped exercising, I started to ignore the meal plan and I gained back 53 pounds overall. Enter this past year. I was tired, achy, heavy, and frustrated. I was drinking 4-6 cups of coffee a day to keep going, I was constantly tired and overwhelmed. My doctors diagnosed me with celiacs disease and severe anemia and I was given an ultimatum. No gluten. No caffeine. I didn’t see how I was going to manage without either. Then my friend introduced me to Plexus. She suggested I try a 3-day trial pack and if it didn’t work for me I could get my money back. I took it and felt on top of the world. By the end of my third day I signed up as an ambassador with plexus (mainly so I could get the 25% discount) and haven’t looked back since. Since I started plexus, I have lost 13 pounds and 5.25 inches. I have my life back. I’m not falling asleep, I don’t have sugar and snack cravings, my hemoglobin is up nearly 2 full points and I feel like I have purpose and vitality back in my life.
