💪As I continued to lose weight quickly, all of my thoughts were erased, the kitchen was no longer a place to go and eat everything, it was just a place to go and prepare my portion when the meal came (even if there were pastries, pastries) I went through the first six months like this. paying attention, I had the potential to eat anything from avoiding acidic and alcoholic beverages. And of course I was weak now. But I did not make this mistake because I had -9 kg more. I wanted to be 55 kg, and I said, "Stop it, eat flour, sugary, fatty foods, eat packaged products, hang on." So it happened. 1. I did not eat until the year, but I YEDİRD 😂 I entered the kitchen, do not ask, the whole neighborhood is full yapıyor I was making pies in the morning, distributing hot tea, and cake for five tea. It was winter from the seasons. Will it be halva without winter nights? Every night flour halva to all neighbors 😅 Kandilse bagel, Pazarsa bagel account I hit myself in the kitchen 😀 I did not even taste any of them, but all the storage containers in the house were filled with pastry and pies. Furya lasted about 6 months, then my first year came, I reached my goal and I started eating in a controlled way. For example, I made dessert yesterday, I ate a serving, and I say I will not eat anything else containing white sugar for these four days. And either I made a donut, I ate one, and I say that I will not buy any other carbohydrates this week. It is most important to balance like this ❗️Remember, we are doomed to regain the weight we lost unless we pay attention. I love you ♥
