Warmup doodle, wanted to try drawing @weevmo 's silly little guy Nimrod!!! Not sure I did him the right justice but he was fun to try and figure out shape wise!!

Love the character designs for their upcoming project Corduroy Stew so so much! Silly puppet guys! Nimrod is my favorite of the bunch by far. He's just so!!! *squishing him

Jenny's Signature

"Jenny! Ma petit songbird! I have a new scent I would like you to share with you today!" Corey Cologne said, sounding excited to share his latest perfume with his favorite customer.

"Oh? I wonder what lovely scent you have created today, Corey." Jenny Jamboree said with curiosity in her voice.

Corey held out his perfume bottle near her face. Not too close, but just enough for the scented mist to hit her button nose.

"Close your eyes and mouth as well. You're about to smell, oh, so swell!" Corey chimed as he spritzed Jenny.

The mist tickled her nose and face as she sniffed the air around her.

"Well, Jenny? What do you think?" Corey asked, anticipated to hear what his neighbor thinks about it.

The scent smelled very familiar to her. It was almost as if the scent that reminded her favorite things. The scent of the rainbow trees after an early morning rain shower, the scent of the wildflowers in full bloom on a sunny afternoon, and the smell of her favorite treat to eat. A hint of pomegranate.

"Oh, Corey! This is your absolute best scent yet! It makes me want to sing and dance about how much of a rocking jam it is!" Jenny said, followed by her singing a little ditty about the perfume.

"What do you call it?" Jenny said with wonder in her voice.

"I call it, "Jenny des Bois."That's is French for, "Jenny from the Woods." Corey said, followed by a wink from the charismatic gentle giant.

Jenny couldn't help but let out a small giggle at the perfume being named after her.

"Teehehehe! Oh, Corey... That Sounds like a Jam!"

G N and O for the writing ask! I'm trying to do more writing and I'm curious about your process!

Hey, I'm happy to help out in any way I can!

G: Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?

Definitely start to finish. I'm constantly 'day dreaming' of the scenes that I want to see in my stories. I think my scenes out of order, like what I would want to possibly write in my stories, at the very least.

I actually give myself an outline of events that I want to write before I fully commit. That way I can work in the scenes that I want and store away those that don't fit. So I do a lot of planning before I officially start. That way I can just fully write out my story and not panic about trying to put everything together.

N: Is there a fic you wish someone else would write (or finish) for you?

Honestly, no. I've sort of worked into my head that if I have an idea that I want to seen written out, then I'm going to do it.

However, with that being said, I'm more than happy to read stories if someone's been inspired by what I've written. I really do feel that the core of writing fanfiction is creating a different take on something. If my stories inspire someone else to try the idea differently, I'm super happy to read it!

But if anyone's curious about preferences... I'm a sucker for Hurt/Comfort with a good happy ending. That is my bread and butter.

O: How do you begin a story–with the plot, or the characters?

Oooo, I've never thought about that before.

I would personally say that I start more with plot than with characters. I think the reason why is two part:

I really like to establish sort of what's going on first. Sort of setting the scene with something major happening to keep people interested.

I read somewhere once (or was told it in school, I can't remember anymore) that you always need to hook people in with that first sentence. I've sort of developed that into 'if the opening scene isn't compelling, no one's gonna read it.'

I feel that I tend to start my stories, especially with my chapter ones, with giving a heavy but not fully given away whiff of what the overall plot is. Which is then followed up with giving more time for characters to be explored and developed.

ANYWAY I JUST!!! AUGH! ALL OF THEM MAKE ME SO HAPPY!!! The fact I get to see Dandy in art styles I love and adore around the fandom fills me with a joy I cannot even DESCRIBE to you!! OOH I JUST!!!
