TACO TUESDAY!!! Weeepppaaaa!!! From front to back. Adobó grilled chicken with a spicey peach salsa. Three mushroom quesadilla.Shiitake, Oyster and Portobello with white wine caramelized red onions and melted Swiss and Oaxaca garnishes with a cilantro , tajin creama. Last but not least Pineapple grilled and braised marinated pork tender loin with sweet chunks of pineapple garnished with scallions. Al Pastor! This is why I can’t go out to eat tacos.
