Pairing: Wednesday Addams x Fem!Reader
Warnings: Wednesday-level threats, that’s about it
A/N: hello! this is bad but it was fun to write. as always, not proofread cause i’m lazy. happy reading <3
anon requested: Reader and Wednesday are dating and reader is super affectionate; always kissing Wednesday’s cheeks, holding her hands, and just generally being physical like that. Reader doesn’t really think much about it until Enid mentions one day how surprised she is Wednesday let’s reader perform so much pda. Which makes reader suddenly stop. (Wednesday notices this ofc and is like “wtf???? Why did you stop?”)
Summary: Things aren’t as obvious as they seem, for both you and your girlfriend, Wednesday Addams.
Word Count: 2.1K words | wednesday masterlist
please do not repost or try and take ownership of my work. reblogs, likes, and comments are always welcome. <3
The entire student body was shocked when word of your relationship with Wednesday Addams spread across Nevermore.
You were outgoing and friendly while the Addams was intimidating and unapproachable. The two of you were an unlikely duo, the epitome of opposites attract.
It was remarkable to those around you, how the goth girl who hated being touched would let you hug her and live to see the next day.
The sight of Wednesday visibly relaxing in your hold was a stark contrast to the tenseness that permeated throughout her body whenever someone brushed their shoulder against hers in passing.
Although the affectionate gestures were offputting to others, it was second nature for you.
Not once had you considered the fact that Wednesday loved to keep people at arms-length and then some.
In your mind, she was just your other half, and with touch being your love language, it only made sense.
That was until Enid brought it to your attention.
───────── · 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ──────────
It was an average day in the quad, your boisterous classmates scattered throughout the open area when you walked up to the table that you always sat at.
Wednesday’s back was toward you, so you took the opportunity to sneak up on her.
Wrapping your arms around her waist, you kissed her cheek quickly before settling in the seat beside her, as your backpack hit the floor.
The Addams turned her head toward you, staring at you impassively. You failed to notice the tiniest hint of a blush that graced her cheeks. Wednesday was grateful for your obliviousness.
“Do you have a death wish?” She questioned monotonously as you gave her a wide smile.
“Yeah, only by your hands though,” you responded easily, sending her a wink before turning your attention to the bubbly blonde sitting across from you.
“Hey Y/N, how’s your day been so far?” Enid smiled at you widely as she awaited your response, taking a bite of her sandwich which she chewed lazily.
“It’s been alright, but it's even better now that I’m here with my favorite girl… and Wednesday,” you laughed with Enid at your own joke before cringing as the girl beside you jabbed her elbow into your side.
The werewolf found the action even more amusing, her giggles increasing tenfold.
Your eyes met Wednesday’s as she glared at you, silently warning you to retract your statement.
“Aw Wens, you know I’m kidding. You’re my favorite person in the whole world,” you interlocked your fingers with hers under the table, bringing your conjoined hands up to your lips, placing gentle kisses on each of her pale knuckles.
Her eyes raked over your features in thought, before abruptly standing up.
“Where are you going? Did I upset you?” You worriedly looked up at her as she let go of your hand, scared that you offended her.
“It’s foolish of you to think inane words would disrupt my psyche. I have a Hummer meeting to attend,” Wednesday said, shrugging her backpack on.
“Come to my dorm tonight,” the raven-haired girl stared down at you, adjusting her blazer that crinkled slightly from her movements.
“Okay, but why?” You asked curiously, head tilting to the side. The action made Wednesday’s heart flutter, but she would never say that out loud.
“Enid needs help with her psychology homework,” she nonchalantly replied, so caught up in observing you that she forgot the werewolf was even present.
Wednesday was quickly reminded when you turned your attention to the blonde.
“You do? I thought you said the class was easy,” your eyebrows furrowed together, further evidence of your cluelessness.
You missed the threatening glare your partner sent Enid’s way.
“Uh… yeah I lied. I’m actually really struggling and need your help, pretty please,” Enid’s eyes fluttered back and forth between you and Wednesday, a nervous smile on her lips.
Luckily, you didn’t question it and agreed to assist her.
And with that, Wednesday left without another word, your eyes glued to her retreating form with a small smile on your face.
God, you loved her.
“You two are so cute it’s actually disgusting,” Enid dramatically grimaced at the lovestruck look on your face. You smirked at her, a teasing glint in your eyes.
“Please, like you and Ajax don’t act all lovey-dovey when you’re together,” you wiggled your eyebrows at the wolf, taking the tray of food Wednesday had left on the table and eating it yourself.
“Yeah, but with Ajax and I, it’s not unusual for us to show some PDA. You and my roomie on the other hand, it’s shocking but in a good way,” she clarified before taking another bite of her sandwich as you processed what she said.
“Why is our PDA shocking?” Confusion was plastered across your features, Enid staring at you like you’d asked the stupidest question to ever be spoken.
“Wednesday hates being touched. It took me forever to get a hug from her, and I live with her! It’s a miracle she lets you touch her at all, let alone in public.”
Silence took over as you sat in thought, mindlessly picking at the food you no longer had an interest in eating. Enid was right.
Wednesday always made it clear that affection was something she despised. Perhaps you got excited by the euphoria of being with the girl you love, letting it cloud your judgment.
Surely your girlfriend would have mentioned if your advances made her uncomfortable, right?
Your mind was swimming as the bell rang, indicating the end of the lunch period.
In a trance, you stood up, said goodbye to Enid, and walked to class. Before you even made it through the door to botany, you’d come to your conclusion.
You’ll give Wednesday the space she didn’t ask for.
───────── · 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ──────────
Wednesday was completely and utterly flabbergasted. For the past week, you’ve been different. Your personality around her was intact, but there was something severely lacking; physical contact.
For the first time in her life, Wednesday was at a loss.
The goth girl recalled every interaction she had with you prior to the sudden change, but her efforts to rationalize your behavior were fruitless.
Wednesday detested how the circumstance got under her skin like parasites.
Her thoughts were plagued with you, even more so than usual. Writing became an insurmountable feat that she failed to overcome.
She felt pathetic, not finishing the chapter of her novel that she was so close to completing.
The raven-haired girl cursed her father in these fleeting moments. She simply must have inherited this pitiful need for her lover from the man. It was his fault that now, she resembled a lovesick buffoon.
It was agonizing to be so close to you, but feel so far.
Wednesday normally found your obliviousness endearing, but now she wants to commit every single degree of murder because of it.
Each lunch period, she would sit beside you, hoping for some semblance of comfort she so desperately craved, but to no avail. Even when she put her pride aside, she was literally left empty-handed.
How did you not notice her hand resting on her thigh, wide open for the taking? How did you not notice the astronomical distance between your bodies?
How could you ignore her ice-cold cheeks, desperate for the warmth of your lips to paint them with color?
The old Wednesday would ridicule this newfound version of herself. However, you changed her.
Whether it was for better or for worse, well that was a debate the goth girl had during times like this.
She shamefully reduced herself to obvious pining for the sake of having you close.
So… why weren’t you taking any of her hints?
───────── · 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ──────────
It was obvious Wednesday didn’t want you near her.
Ever since you decided to give your girlfriend space, all she has done is look at you. She made no moves to initiate contact, just staring at you with emotions you couldn’t quite decipher.
Admittedly, your mission was not an easy one. It took every fiber of your being to keep from holding your girlfriend’s hand or brushing away strands of hair that managed to escape her tight braids.
You felt as though you were punishing yourself, positive that you were the only one suffering.
However, your outlook changed the day Wednesday came knocking at your door.
───────── · 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ──────────
You were sat at your desk, back hunched over as you scribbled some notes down. You’d been in your dorm all day, declining the offers of your friends to head into Jericho.
It was a Saturday and while everyone was hoping the day would never end, you wanted it to end faster.
Your study session came to a halt when three resounding knocks came from your door.
You smiled to yourself, knowing who was on the other side waiting for you. You stood up from your chair, groaning as you stretched your arms out.
When you swung the door open, you were met with Wednesday glaring daggers at you.
The Addams pushed her way into your room, not giving you the chance to greet her.
Bewildered, you shut the door and turned to face your storm-cloud of a girlfriend.
She was standing in the middle of your room, dawning her checkered sweater that was slightly oversized and some black sweatpants.
She was so adorable even though she looked like she was gonna kill you right now.
“Well, hello to you too Wens,” you said sarcastically, accompanied by a playful roll of your eyes.
“What is wrong with you?” Wednesday probed, blunt and to the point as always.
If looks could kill, you would be decomposed.
“The real question is; what isn’t wrong with me? Yanno what I mean?” you rubbed the back of your neck, giggling out of fear for your well-being.
“Did I do something to offend you?” The raven-haired girl’s tone was firm, a trace of concern mixed in.
“Of course, not. You did nothing wrong. Why would you think that?” You took a few steps closer to the girl but made sure to leave room between the two of you.
Wednesday’s eyes focused on everything but you as she let out a deep sigh. Despite being a writer, she struggled to put her thoughts into words.
Oh, the irony.
“You have not been close to me all week. I demand to know why,” the Addams tried to keep her composure, but the little shake in her voice was a dead giveaway to her nervousness.
You were taken aback by her words, shock evident on your face before it was quickly replaced by a look of utter confusion.
Honestly, when were you not confused?
“I know you don’t like to be touched, so I thought space was what you wanted,” you said, sincerity dripping from your tone like honey.
Wednesday blankly stared as you shuffled in place, an indication of your anxiousness.
“You’re correct. I hate being touched by other people, but you’re not other people, mon cher,” her gaze softened, taking two steps closer to you.
Her hand cupped your cheek and your eyes fluttered shut, the coolness of her skin sending electricity throughout your body.
”You’re the exception,” Wednesday whispered quietly, like she didn’t want anyone but you to hear. She was so close you could feel her breath on your lips.
There was no time for you to respond before the girl pressed her lips to your own.
You reveled in the feeling of her soft lips, your breath taken away at the tenderness of it all. Your arms wrapped around her waist, pulling her as close as you possibly could.
When air became an issue, you reluctantly pulled away.
Your forehead connected to hers, basking in the silence and Wednesday’s presence. A beat passed before you opened your eyes, reluctantly pulling back to stare at the girl.
“I’m sorry, Wens. I won’t distance myself ever again,” you mumbled, head still in the clouds from the most passionate kiss you and the Addams ever shared.
“It was idiotic of you to do so in the first place,” she tucked a strand of hair behind your ear, the ghost of a smile on her lips.
“Yeah… well, Enid reminded me you aren’t the affectionate type. So, I-,” your sentence was cut short as your girlfriend interrupted you.
“She will die a slow and painful death,” Wednesday spoke apathetically, pecking your cheek before moving out of your grasp, much to your dismay.
“Where are you going?” You whined, already missing your girlfriend’s touch.
“To kill Enid,” she responded casually, twisting the doorknob and walking out.
You laughed to yourself, knowing her threat was an empty one.
The werewolf was one of the few people your girlfriend tolerated. Wednesday would never hurt Enid…right?
Your eyes widened, bolting out of your dorm to save your best friend from your murderous other half.

Pairing: Wednesday Addams x Reader
Summary: Sometimes, you questioned your relationship with Wednesday. Sometimes, it felt like she was the only one allowed to hurt.
At times, you found yourself questioning your relationship with Wednesday. On such days, you couldn't help but wonder if it was worth it at all.
The raven hair girl currently sat facing away, her back serving as the physical barrier between the two of you. She had been upset for quite some time, now; not a word of acknowledgment having been casted over to you for the better part of two hours.
A small part of you was tempted to break the silence, to reach out and ease the tension that seemed to have grown with each passing moment; the more stubborn part of you refused. And perhaps the proudest part of you, buried deep within all the affection and love you had for Wednesday, wonder if it was even your responsibility to do so.
Because sometimes, it felt like the only one who was allowed to hurt was Wednesday.
It had been sudden.
One second you were fine, the next you were suffocating. An invisible string wrapped itself around your chest, making it hard to breath as the air staled around you. The smog threatened your sanity, and your heart began to race.
It was happening again - the panic, the dread - creeping up on you, unwelcomed and unannounced. Your body tensed, muscle losing their strength as you felt the urge to curl into a ball. Things had been like this for you - ever since the Hyde attacked. Thoughts scatter like debris in your mind, leaving you disoriented and lost.
The pencil in your hand started shaking, your grip on it loosening with every scrap of breath you took, even as you fought for control of your actions. The words that you managed to write came out sloppy, an incomprehensible mess that even you could not make out.
Memories of what had happened the night the Hyde found you played through in your mind. How easily he had overtaken you. How bitter your blood had tasted when you thought you were done for. But what you remembered most clearly was the fear and hopelessness you had felt.
As as you struggled to compose yourself in the face of your own memories, frustration bubbled within and you didn't know if you'd rather laugh or cry at your own helplessness.
Through the haziness, you just barely registered the creak of your bedroom door opening before Wednesday entered your vision. There was concern on her face, an emotion so vividly different from the usual nothingness that she showed. In that fleeting moment of weakness, relief washed over you, chasing away the fog in your mind. You found yourself instinctively reaching for the girl, yearning for the comfort of her touch. But as your eyes locked with hers, you saw urgency mixed with her concern, and you froze. The realization that she, too, was currently going through something replaced your breath of relief with despair.
"There you are!" You heard her exclaim, though her tone was far from one of excitement. Instead, it dripped with frustration, as if you had already offended her with your absence. The way she spoke hit you like slap to the face, making you flinch in shock. Any hope of comfort that had momentarily arisen in your heart withered away in shame.
"My father," She was saying, her words blending together and feeling distant, "Somethings happened."
Even in your state, it was clear that she needed you. Gathering your strength, you willed your panic back, determined to conceal the turmoil until Wednesday left. The last thing you wanted was to add to her burden. Your trembling hands found refuge in your lap, hidden from her view, as if they were the physical manifestations of the mess you were within.
Not that Wednesday seemed noticed either way.
Oblivious to it all, she began speaking and her words pour forth, a torrential downpour to your already muddle mind. Each sentence crashed against your ears, reverberating like thunder through your skull. You tried to listen, to understand - straining to comprehend the urgency in her voice as you puzzled through the pieces of words that managed to break through to you.
Your silence, however, only seemed to only annoy her further, impatience etching itself onto Wednesday's face. And as the weight of her frustration collected into the air, you felt yourself begin to crumble under the pressure of her obvious disappointment. Her reaction proved the helplessness you had been feeling. Inwardly, you berated yourself for not having the strength to face your problems alone and failing to support her in that moment.
Wetting your lips, you attempted a response, only to find your voice stolen away by panic. The invisible string in your chest tightened, and your nails dug into your palms with a dull pain that would surely burn later.
Wednesday only continued, her words drowning out your thoughts and spiraling you deeper into your own abyss. The desperation to understand, to be useful to her, clung to you like a lifeline. Even as the task buried you deeper and deeper within your own mental grave, the words themselves slipping through your grasp.
The knowledge that your silence only increased Wednesday's irritation added another layer of suffocation. It felt as if the ground beneath you was suddenly crumbling along with you.
It was a pathetic sight, you were sure. Your normally sharp and capable mind now struggling, desperately clawing for any semblance of clarity and control. The way Wednesday seemed to glare at you only intensified those thoughts as the atmosphere hung with the unspoken words and expectations.
A small part of you wanted to yell, to tell her that you were trying your best, and that you needed her support, not her frustrations. But like everything else, it got lost in your thoughts.
Eventually, it seemed she gave up, fed up with your uselessness at last. Huffing out the room, she hadn't spared you another glance, only leaving you alone with your thoughts.
You gave in to the panic not long after, the sobs that followed swallowing the first and last of your voice.
When Wednesday had finally returned that night, she had ignored you. As if you were nothing to her. As if you were nothing.
Listening to the clicks of her angry typewriter, now, you bristled at the notion that it would be you who would be forced to apologize. Yet, you also knew that she would never be the one to do it.
Because when it came to Wednesday Addams, she was always right, and if you wanted her to stay, you had to be wrong.

in for the long haul
xavier x fem!addams!reader
summary: you’re the daughter of fester and attend nevermore. xavier tries to fight for your heart no matter how long it may take.
warnings: kinda angsty, fluff ending, reader is goth (just like me fr), swear words, xavier is such a simp
works for both blood related or adopted daughter (whatever your imagination desires) as there’s no physical descriptions
IM SO PROUD OF THIS PLS
ever since your father had been keeping a low profile, you had been staying with your aunt morticia and uncle gomez.
your father knew it would be the best option for you. hanging out with your cousins, pugsley and wednesday, should be fun, right?
but after too many troubles with wednesday, morticia decided to send you both to nevermore academy.
wednesday had taken a strong hatred for the place from the beginning. you, however, were beginning to warm up to it. you would never admit it, but you secretly liked your black and white uniform you and wednesday received.
you began to except friendships (unlike your cousin). a vampire named hera was your roommate and probably your closest friend, other than wednesday’s roommate, enid.
but out of everyone in the school, one person specifically stood out to you. xavier thorpe.
you didn’t know why he had taken such a strong liking to you. he made efforts to be around you, make you feel included, and try to see you smile.
so, as you sat in thornhill’s class, you tried to keep your eyes open as she taught on and on and on about specific types of plants.
xavier could feel your boredom from his desk a few seats away. he grabbed a sheet of paper and pencil and began doodling on the white sheet.
you were so zoned out you almost didn’t feel the little tap on your ankle. you looked down the table to find a black rabbit that appeared to be alive, straight out of a drawing.
you looked up at xavier threw your eyelashes. your cold, empty, dead stare was enough to almost make him feel scared.
you were about to reach down to the rabbit when thing crawled down your leg, squishing the rabbit out of existence by accident.
you watched thing’s embarrassment as he crawled into your backpack and zipped it up after him.
you couldn’t help but feel the end of your lips twist into a grin as you looked away. it wasn’t that you didn’t like xavier, you just believed you can spend your time elsewhere instead of taking the risk of heartbreak.
you watched your father’s sanity slowly decrease after the loss of your mother. maybe that’s a reason for his quirky behavior, but the concept of being so in love that it makes you lose all sense of your mind was something you couldn’t comprehend.
why risk everything for one person?
sure, you had your uncle gomez and aunt morticia as an example of sickening love. the way your uncle admired your aunt in such a way, it made you question love.
why is love so good to others, but can be so cruel at the same time?
➽─────────────────❥
after class, you began to walk down to the courtyard when you heard someone jogging behind you. rain was pouring from the sky.
“y/n,” xavier called out.
you stopped dead in your tracks, looking up at him through your wet eyelashes. what?”
“where are you going?” he questioned as you continued to move.
“dunno. maybe i’ll go find something interesting to distract me from the world.”
“are you excited for outreach day?”
“excited for extended labor during a saturday in a little town that doesn’t like us? not exactly how i like to spend my weekends.”
xavier stared at you. sometimes he couldn’t figure out why you were so closed off, so private, so distant.
but he couldn’t lie and say it didn’t intrigue him. when xavier first saw you on campus, he was immediately interested. your beautiful looks (and the fact you and wednesday had little to no color on) captivated him. he needed to know you.
“well, i’m going to the library if you want to come with.”
you watched as xavier licked his lips. you pondered for a moment.
“fine.”
his lips curled into a grin.
the two of you walked to the library. a comfortable silence was between you too, and you could tell he was nervous.
xavier held the door open for you as you entered the library. you immediately walked over to the giant window that overlooked the rain and the small town of jericho.
xavier pulled out a chair across from you. he noticed you watching the rain.
“i like this weather. rain makes me feel good.”
“it’s so… gloomy.” xavier argued.
“look at who you’re talking to,” you joked.
xavier laughed. it was very rare you showed your sense of humor.
“there’s just something about clouds and rain to me. something very… gloomy.”
you referred to xavier’s previous statement. you could see his blush and you couldn’t help but smile at him.
and xavier swore he fell harder.
➽─────────────────❥
you and wednesday stood side by side as principal weems went around with a hat. outreach day had finally arrived.
wednesday reached in and you followed. “what’d you get?” she questioned.
“the weathervane. you?”
“i don’t know what shop this is. but i need to get into pilgrim world.”
wednesday had briefly explained to you about the case she’s trying to solve as well as her novel. you chose to try to ignore her antics because you knew how hyper-fixed she gets on things.
but if she needed you, you would be there in a heartbeat.
“tyler works at the weathervane.” wednesday added.
“the boy who’s in love with you?” you questioned your cousin. wednesday stared at you as you both began to walk to the bus.
“unfortunately. it’s quite frightening how much he likes me. same with xavier for you.”
“understood. i just hope today goes by very quickly.”
➽─────────────────❥
when you entered the weathervane, tyler was there happily to introduce you to his work. “wow, you are very similar to wednesday.” he commented.
“we’re cousins. why are we waiting?” you asked, noticing he hadn’t made any move to start.
“waiting on one more person to show up- there he is.”
you turned your head to see xavier walking in. great.
“y/n?” he stared at you.
“unfortunately.”
“alright, let’s get started.”
tyler gave you guys aprons and then walked you through drinks, taking orders, and normal café stuff.
“y/n, go take your first order.” tyler instructed as he handed you a notepad and pen.
you walked over to an old married couple. when they saw your cold face and dead-looking eyes they jumped.
“what do you want?” you asked.
“actually, i think we’re going to head out.” the old woman motioned for her husband to exit the booth.
xavier couldn’t help but start laughing as you walked back over to them. tyler was shaking his head.
“that’s the opposite of what we want to do, y/n. xavier, you try.”
you both watched as xavier walked over to a group of girls. you didn’t hear what they said, but the way they were giggling as he spoke made you feel sick to your stomach.
you rolled your eyes as you walked over to the pastry case and took a bite of a cookie.
“y/n- you know what, never mind. just try to be nicer to the customers.”
when xavier walked back over with a notepad filled with orders, he immediately noticed your cold and blank stature.
“are you done flirting with those barbies?”
xavier smirked as he leaned against the counter, eyes locked directly on yours. it made you feel nervous.
“why? are you jealous, y/n?” he asked.
“you wish.” you rolled your eyes.
“don’t worry y/n, you’re the only one i have my heart set out for.” he mumbled, now standing extremely close to you. you couldn’t help but shiver.
you were about to speak once more when tyler walked back over. “start getting to work, guys.”
xavier watched as you quickly walked away from him. fucking tyler.
after an hour you, tyler, and xavier decided it would be best for you to make the drinks rather than take orders. you were absolutely miserable seeing the way xavier made every customer laugh and smile. it was like torture, and not the good kind. the worst part was, you didn’t even know where this feeling was coming from.
it wasn’t until wednesday walked in when you felt like you could finally breathe. “how are you, cousin?” she asked.
“i feel like crawling into a deep, dark hole until i shrivel up and die. you?”
“lovely. i feel the same. is tyler here?”
tyler came walking around the corner. wednesday and him walked away from you as you noticed thing crawling towards you.
“finally, a real person.” you whispered to thing as he signed what’s wrong? on the counter.
“i wish to go into darkness and never come back out.” you explained to him.
xavier walked over to the counter and noticed your whispering. he furrowed his brows, looking over to see thing quickly signing to you.
“how did thing get in here?” xavier asked suddenly.
both you and thing jumped. thing went to handshake xavier and you swore you felt betrayal.
➽─────────────────❥
you opted to walk back to nevermore after the incident in the town center, regarding thing and wednesday blowing up the statue of joseph crackstone.
mostly, you needed to clear your head. what was it about xavier and those girls that made you so angry today?
unfortunately, you didn’t get too much time to think. xavier had began chasing after you, calling out your name.
“you okay?” he asked when he finally caught up.
“i’m wonderful.” you answered shortly as you kept walking.
“why are you so closed off?” xavier finally asked.
“why are you so open?” you shot back.
“i’m trying so hard, y/n. trying so hard to be your friend, maybe even get you to be my girlfriend. but you just keep pushing away.”
“i don’t see a point in dating. love is pointless to me. in 300 years, you wouldn’t be able to remember me. my soul, my existence, my face.”
“so that’s the reason? you’re scared of love?” xavier’s voice got softer as he walked closer to you. you didn’t move away (despite your shaking hands and pounding heart).
“love can be a really good thing in life, y/n.”
“then why can it also be so cruel?”
“you have to take risks. in order to want, to get, to have something, you have to take a risk.”
he was standing dangerously close to you know.
“you’ve made me feel something so different these past few months. just please, let me show you how good love can be.”
your breathing was staggered as xavier leaned in, lips barely touching. “can i kiss you, y/n?”
fuck it.
you connected your lips to his as your hands came up to hold his jaw. he immediately placed his hands on your hips, pulling your body even closer to his. he was so desperate for you.
and maybe you just now realized how desperate you were for him.
after a couple moments, you pulled away slightly.
“i can take a risk.” you mumbled against his lips.
you felt him smile against your mouth as he kissed you once again.

let me do this (w.a)
a/n: short little wednesday drabble that i quickly wrote on my flight back. this one’s for emma cause she asked nicely.
pairing: wednesday addams x female reader
—
you knew she was busy with the investigation, and you were fine with it.
it was definitely hard though. you weren’t safe from her suspect list, but despite her brutal interrogation tactics, you stayed.
you had no intention of wanting to end the relationship, you knew she was just trying to be cautious. you couldn’t blame her for that.
some days hurt more than others, when she was particularly suspicious of you. you were just as much of an outcast as everyone else. sometimes your name would come up with leads and when she knocked at your door, you expected affectionate company rather than her prying questions.
but then again, you loved her. and you stayed.
you were curled up in her bed, she had gone out to follow a lead. but you wanted pieces of her, you wanted to feel her presence.
you stirred at the sound of the door opening, her boots lightly thumping against the ground.
“wednesday?” you muttered as you pushed yourself up, trying to get a glimpse of her. you managed to sit yourself up at the edge of the bed, the light from the hallway grazing your skin.
she dropped her bag on the ground and beelined for the bed like a zombie that has recently sound her footing.
your gaze softened, she looked exhausted. it must have been a bad turnout, you could see the energy leaving her body.
“mm…” she grumbled, plopping down on the bed. you watched her as she just sat there, there was nothing behind her eyes except tiredness.
you had to do something.
you stood up from the bed and got on your knees in front of her, your fingers undoing the laces of her shoes.
“you don’t have to…” she forced out, her voice hoarse.
“zip it.” you commanded. you knew she would be against this. wednesday hated being the one taken cared of. she hated how vulnerable she must look in front of you. but you didn’t care, she needed this. so you cut off any chance she had to protest.
she remained silent.
she knew that once you put your mind to something, there was no going back. you two were alike in that way, except you led with your heart more than she did. she admired you for it even if she never says it.
you tugged her boots off her feet. first the left foot, then the right. she sighed in relief as her feet were freed from the constraints of her shoes. you saw her stretch her legs slightly as you put her shoes by her closet.
while you were there, you pulled the doors to the closet open. you carefully selected her sleeping clothes, you knew she liked specific ones the most. you walked back over to her, setting them down on the bed.
she reached over to them but you inched them away.
“wednesday. please, just let me.” you said, firmly but pleading with her. she retracted her hand.
your fingers gripped the hem of her shirt, lifting it above her head. you paused before undoing her bra, making eye contact with her. she nodded and gave you permission. you unclasped her bra and let it fall onto the floor. you slipped the pajama shirt over her head, watching it fall over her body.
you repeated the process with her pants, leaving a soft kiss on her stomach as you raised her sleeping shorts. that sent goosebumps up her neck. she didn’t expect it but she wasn’t disappointed. in fact, she found herself wanting more.
you sat her back down on the bed, walking to her dresser and grabbing her black brush. you hesitated at first, she had stopped you twice now, but you had to try. your fingers held onto her braids, carefully undoing the bands that held them together. you untangled them gently. her soft, sily hair threading through your fingers with ease. you knew she maintained her hair well, but feeling it— really feeling it, it felt angelic.
you turned her to her side and sat behind her. pulling her let-down hair towards yourself, letting the strands rest on her back. you held her brush and combed it through her raven locks. she ‘mm’ed in approval, her eyes fluttering shut at the wave of relaxation she felt.
“feels good.” she said, almost a whisper.
“i’m glad.” you responded in the same tone of voice, parting her hair into sections that you could brush through. the initially separation partitions started to come together. you brushed her hair away from her neck, leaning in and planting a soft kiss there. you ditched the brush and snaked your hands around her waist, continuing your soft kisses.
god, she looked beautiful like this. her hair down, her face bare, and her body covered in soft cotton. you wanted to savour this moment for as long as she would let you.
“better?”
“much.”
“lay on your stomach.” you told her, she followed your request and situated herself on the mattress. her eyes were closing, her body ready to drift off to slumber. she released a soft moan at the feeling of her pillow. you straddled her back, one knee on each of her sides. you planted your palms against her back, applying pressure. she groaned as a response, this felt way too good.
you pushed your thumbs against her shoulder blades, watching as the tension in her shoulder started to fizzle. soft hums escaped her lips as you pushed against her muscles, unraveling the knots that had formed under her skin.
“where’d you learn this?” she asked, wanting to converse with you a bit more. she knew she had been neglecting you recently, her mind failing to stop running with thoughts of her investigation.
“uh…” you paused for a second, pressing down on the small of her back. “youtube.” you chuckled softly.
“oh, this must’ve been a really good video then.” she stretched slightly as you dismounted her back.
“it was! i don’t actually remember how i stumbled upon it though.” you plopped yourself down on the opposite side of the bed, keeping a reasonable distance. “it was one of those videos that randomly pop up out of nowhere!”
wednesday had never been the cuddling type. she often slept with her hands crossed her chest like a corpse inside a sarcophagus.
but tonight— tonight was different.
she couldn’t get enough of you, and the guilt was eating away at her. she missed you. she couldn’t say it outloud but she missed you terribly.
how could you sit through all this neglect and still be so good to her?
your head was turned away, your arm resting under it. your other arm was draped across your stomach. her tired eyes eyed your chest.
she shifted towards you and slowly planted her head on your chest. you looked like you could have gotten whiplash with how fast you turned to look at her.
“sorry.” she mumbled, “didn’t mean to startle you.” she said through a yawn. you shook your head.
“you didn’t startle me.” you said. “we just… we never… we don’t…”
“i know. and i’m sorry about that too.” her hand wrapped around yours, followed by a soft kiss pressed to your knuckles.
she was sorry? for not cuddling with you?
“you don’t have to be sorry. i know you’re not into this.”
“i want to be… i mean… with you. i’d like to be like this with you.” her eyelids were starting to close again but she wasn’t done yet.
“i’d like that.” you nodded, pressing a kiss to the top of her head.
but that just wasn’t enough.
with her last remaining strength, she hoisted herself up a bit more and captured your lips in a passionate kiss. there was some form of fire behind that lip-lock, restarting the oxygen-choked flame that your relationship had suffered over the past few days.
you needed her. but you tried to pull away, concerned at her tired state.
“no…” she pulled you closer again. she kissed you again and again and again until her body gave out. and yet, she craved more.
“wednesday.” you uttered. she tutted her lips at you.
“let me do this.”

Operation Oreo
Wrote this cause @ortegalvr and @cobaltperun inspired me a little. Never thought I would write fluff.
Summary: A jealous Wednesday buys you Oreos...
It had taken an hour of pleading, sweet-talking, and even a few light-hearted bribes, but you’d finally managed to get Wednesday to agree to go with you to the carnival. She was by your side now, looking as out of place as ever in her all-black attire, her expression one of deep displeasure.
Wednesday scanned the surroundings with a sharp gaze, her mind undoubtedly filled with thoughts of a million better things she could be doing. The only reason she hadn't slipped away into the shadows was because of you. Her loyalty, or perhaps something more, kept her grounded. Still, she was just about ready to tell you that she was leaving when a lanky boy from Ajax’s group approached.
"Hey, I got these for you," the boy said, holding out a open packet of Oreos. "I remember you mentioned these were your favorite."
You blinked in pleasant surprise, smiling as you accepted one from the packet. "Thank you! That's really thoughtful."
You laughed at something he said, and Wednesday's eyes narrowed. She wasn’t entirely sure if Oreos were your favorite, though she was mildly annoyed at herself for not knowing. But any regret she felt was quickly overshadowed by a surge of jealousy as she watched the boy inch closer to you, clearly enjoying your attention a bit too much for her liking.
Without a word, Wednesday turned on her heel and strode through the crowd, her eyes locking onto Enid, who was in line for food. The werewolf was balancing a tray of snacks when Wednesday grabbed her arm and yanked her out of the line.
“Wednesday! What gives? I’m going to lose my spot!” Enid complained, nearly dropping everything as she was dragged along.
“Where can I find a carton of Oreos?” Wednesday asked, her tone flat but her eyes flashing with an emotion Enid struggled to decipher.
Enid’s confusion only lasted a moment before she spotted the boy sharing his Oreos with you and your smile. A grin spread across her face as she pieced it together. “Ohhh, I see what this is about. Wednesday Addams, jealous? I never thought I’d see the day!”
“Enid.” Wednesday’s voice was a warning, cold enough to shut Enid up, but not before she couldn’t resist teasing her one last time.
"Don't worry, Ajax and I will help you with Operation Oreo."
The next thing you knew, you and Wednesday were sitting in the backseat of Ajax’s car as he drove, Enid beside him literally choking because it was too hard to hold the laughter inside.
Enid had practically shoved you inside. The car was crammed with packs of Oreos, a ridiculous amount, so many that there was barely any room for the two of you to sit. The sight was so absurd that it took everything you had not to burst out laughing.
Wednesday, on the other hand, was staring intently out the window, refusing to meet your gaze. Her shoulders were tense, and you could see the faintest hint of pink on her pale cheeks.
You knew this gesture, this utterly nonsensical yet endearing over-the-top display, had been her way of staking a claim, of showing that she cared in her own peculiar way.
You reached over and gently touched her hand. “Wednesday…”
She turned to you, her eyes softening just a fraction. “He shouldn’t have given you those Oreos. It should've been me. I should have known they were your favorite.”
You finally let the giggle escape, your heart swelling with affection. “It’s okay. You know now, and you didn’t have to do all this.”
Wednesday frowned, glancing around at the mountains of cookies surrounding you both. “Perhaps it was… excessive.”
“Maybe a little,” you teased lightly. “But it’s the thought that counts. I love that you’d do something like this for me, Wednesday. It means a lot.”
“Let’s never speak of this again,” she said, though the corner of her mouth twitched upward.
You nodded, still holding back your laughter. “Agreed.”
Some Oreos between you two crumbled in their packets as you moved closer to her to put your head on her shoulder, who cares about broken Oreos? You like KitKats more anyway.
[ Author's note: Its been exactly one year since Celine left. Its been a rough year old friend, I miss exploring the lands between with you.]

Defending. (x.t)
PART ONE OF TWO
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x Girlfriend!Reader
Summary: wednesday tells you about her suspicions about xavier but you come to his defense and are determined to find proof to prove her wrong
Warnings: mentions of making a small cut, very little like a drop of blood, hydes? (those ugly mfs) NOT PROOFREAD
a/n: this is going to be in two parts, but part two will be posted late 12/1 or early 12/2 depending on when i finish writing it! it's basically a smut fic for part two which is why i decided to split it up in case people are not comfortable with it!
masterlist - part two
“Now, this is too far,” you said to Wednesday as she told you about her suspicions about Xavier being the monster.
“All the evidence points to him.”
“Wednesday, it’s not him.”
“You’re only saying that because you’re in a relationship with him,” the girl argued back with her.
“No shit, Wednesday. I know him enough to know he’s not. You think I wouldn’t notice by now if he were going around town killing people?”
“You’re letting this blind your judgment,” Wednesday stated.
“NEWS FLASH WEDNESDAY HE’S NOT THE HYDE! WOULD IT KILL YOU THINK FOR ANYONE BUT YOURSELF?!” you yelled at the girl who just raised her eyebrows back at you.
“What are you going to do when you find out he is?”
“Nothing,” you answered softly you could feel a headache coming from yelling, “There’s nothing to find out.” You walked back inside from the balcony and exited the room before you felt like destroying anything, and Enid would get mad at the mess later.
You wandered around the school before you came upon the statute of Edgar Allen Poe. You sat down near the statute wanting to clear your mind for a second before you looked up and realized the mark beneath the book he was holding. You tried to recall what your mom would always tell you as a kid about the Nightshade Society.
“He was notorious for his riddles. For it was not one alone, but each line was individual. One to remember is, ‘The answer will give a sharp cracking sound,’ that will help you once you find it,” was something she always mentioned when she talked about Nevermore.
“A sharp cracking sound,” you repeated as you stood from your spot and it clicked, or more so snapped into place. You raised your right arm and snapped two times. “Thank you, Nightshade Society.”
You walked down the staircase into the dimly lit library. The portraits that hung on the wall of old members caught your eye as you looked about the room. At the end of the portraits you find your parents, they tell you to make a name for yourself, but how could you live up to them?
“You put that bag over my head, I will choke you with that very rope in your hands,” you warned the people who stood behind you as you looked for your mom’s diary knowing that would be the only thing you could find answers in. “You should know to not mess with a witch with heightened senses.”
“Oh, come on, Y/n, we were just trying to have fun,” Kent joked causing the other to mutter in agreement.
“I WASN’T GOING TO DO ANYTHING I SWEAR,” Xavier yelped once he notice it was you and threw the bag in his hands to Ajax.
“Someone’s in the dog house tonight…” Yoko teased. Kent and a couple of the others gave a couple howls joining in the joke.
“You know Xavier you could’ve told me about this,” you said as you finally found your mother’s diary.
“Babe, if I could, I would’ve-”
“He’s sworn to secrecy,” Bianca pointed out as she gave you a dirty look when you walked to a desk with the diary in your arms.
You pulled it out to see she sealed it with magic though not any kind of magic, blood magic. “My family was a part of the Nightshades long before you, although I thought it to be disbanded.”
“Yeah, the group kind of lost its charter 30 years ago after some normie kid died,” Xavier explained which answered your thoughts as he walked up to you noticing that you were looking for something.
“But we have a lot of wealthy alumni, so Weems looks the other way as long as nobody makes any waves,” Yoko added on.
“What are you looking for anyways?” Xavier questioned you.
“If you’re trying to open your mom’s diary, you can’t,” Bianca told you cockingly.
“Maybe you can’t,” you retorted just when you noticed a letter opener sitting at the corner of the table.
You reached over and grabbed it seeing that it had a sharp edge. You noticed from your peripheral vision that the group was crowding around you to see what you were doing. Xavier was right next to you with his attention on the knife you held in your hand. You lifted your right hand over the book and took the knife to your palm just before it touched your skin you heard shouts from around the room.
“Y/N!”
“Woah, girl, no need to prove a point.”
“No need for bloodshed-”
“What are you doing?!”
“No, no, no, no, absolutely not,” you heard Xavier say as he tried to grab for the knife, but it was too late. “Oh my god, only you. Literally, you’re the only one who would do this.”
You sliced the inside of your palm and allowed for the knife to drop down onto the table as you felt the sting in your palm. You closed your fist and put it directly above the lock on the book. You felt the blood sweep down near the bottom of your fist before it dropped down into the lock.
“Blood magic?” Yoko asked in amazement when she saw the lock unlatch and you opened to the front page that held your mom’s portrait along with her signature.
“Only the very best for mother dearest,” you remark sarcastically.
“That explains a lot!” Kent said from behind as Xavier looked around for a first aid kit. “Bianca was trying to open that months ago and nothing would work!” right as the words left his mouth, Bianca smacked him in the back of the head causing him to groan in pain, “Well, ow.”
When Xavier finally found a first aid kit that looked like it could be decades old, he went back to your side and held out his palm to you. Putting your sliced palm in his hand without him even having to ask you.
“I couldn’t find any actual alcohol to disinfect it, so vodka will have to do,” he unscrewed the bottle with one hand and looked back into your eyes before you gave him a slight nod telling him it was okay for him to do it. “This might sting.”
“Oh shit, I can’t watch,” Ajax gagged as the vodka was poured onto your palm and the blood washed away with it.
“Makes the both of us,” another member said.
“Stop being babies, people would think you’re the one with the cut palm,” you told them off as taking in the pain with no reaction. “At least I have a hot doctor patching me up,” you smirked.
“Only for you,” Xavier muttered as he focused on wrapping the bandage around your hand. At this point, almost all the members already left not wanting to see what you and Xavier get up to.
“Thanks, babe,” giving him a kiss on the cheek before returning your attention back to your mother’s diary.
“What was so important that you have to look into your mom’s diary?” he asked you. “You’re looking for answers, but for what?”
“Any information about hydes.”
“That’s the monster, Wednesday was talking about right?”
“The same one she believes you to be, yes.” you look up from the diary to see his confused expression.
“Wait, me?” he wondered aloud.
“I told her it wasn’t you though, but that girl is the most stubborn person I have ever met,” you informed him taking one of his hands in your non-injured one to give it a tight squeeze in reassurance. “You have to be careful, I know you’re not the Hyde, but she is going to do everything she can to prove her point.”
“I love you.” he blurted out to you. “You could’ve easily believed her, but you didn’t.”
“I know you, Xavier. There’s no damn way in hell, I’m going to let you be falsely accused for something you so obviously are not,” you stated. “And, I love you, that’s why I’m trying to see if my mother knew anything about Hydes during her time here,” you smiled at him.
You turned to put the diary back onto the desk as you hurriedly flipped through the pages scanning for any kind of information on the damn monster. You were about to turn to another page just before you noticed a name you’ve heard of before. Francois Sylvanne. Xavier moved to stand behind you leaning over your shoulder to read the diary as well. He placed his hands on your hips to steady himself causing you to lean back into him.
“Seems like Wednesday’s little boy toy just got way more interesting,” you pointed to the name on the page for Xavier to read.
“Who is she?”
“His mother. The same one he goes to therapy for, I heard she died a while back, and apparently the sheriff isn’t only bad at his job but bad at parenting too,” you explained as you read more of your mom’s writing.
There’s something about this girl. She keeps to herself. Quiet. Distance. Truly an Outcast. I have a feeling something is going on with her or at least something will. I’m going to keep a close eye on her, but she is graduating this year.
“Weird, your mom always has good intuition, I wonder if she’s right about this one too,” Xavier said after he read your mother’s entry.
You flipped through more pages of the book and found nothing. You looked at every line on the pages, and your mother never mentioned her once again. It wasn’t until you got to the last page of the diary to see a quite messier version of your mother’s writing.
THAT GIRL IS A HYDE. FRANCOIS IS A HYDE. HIDDEN AWAY WITH A NORMIE IN THE TOWN.
“No,” you gaped as you turned to see nothing more and reached the end of the book.
“Do you think Tyler’s the Hyde?” he whispered into your ear.
“It’s the only way. It makes sense too,” you claimed, “But the question is why?”

Wednesday x female reader
reader if from a different school yet they're highschool sweethearts!
slightly out of character Wednesday, I believe she would take after her father in the romance department after she opens up and relaxes
Wednesday was a stoic girl. she was never brought to tears after her scorpion was brutally killed in front of her. She never let her emotions show on her face. she always kept her cards close to her chest. that also included you.
you had been dating Wednesday for a few years, 4 to be exact. you met at the same middle school when she suddenly transferred in the last year when you both were 12, you treated her like everyone else but you always laughed or more or so snorted when she threw back some common sense back at some strict teachers.
when people were being mean to her, the next day; suddenly there were tacks on their seats, Gorilla glue all of their books together, and bleach on their gym uniforms. but Wednesday wasn't the one who did this, she would have been more violent, more torturous and gruesome.
because of their misfortune, Wednesday let out small smiles at this announcement when they were looking for the cause of this, the bullies seemed to be more troubled with this than physical torture and the result had a long-lasting effect with not only more irritation but everyone around them was giving them the same treatment they were giving Wednesday. huh, so subtle torture can be effective. noted.
by some unjust feeling, she knew it was you that gave her that hand; no not thing. from then on, you noticed she lingered wherever you did, it was her kind of stalking you in a way. but you weren't scared, flattered actually.
walking up to her that day was a bit hectic as she was resilient to acknowledge you, let alone respond to your question of, "hey, Wednesday. right?"
after a few minutes of talking about what else you did to those bullies for Wednesday's sake made her talk. rookie mistake because not even a few months later, she realised she was head over heels for you. it's like a recessive gene being such a hopeless romantic. just like her mother and father, she was hesitant to show affection at first when you started dating in high school, two years before she got transferred, but she became as sweet as candy when you were alone, her knowledge of anatomy came in handy when she wanted to give you a massage, you never asked for them but it was more to make her feel content and feel like she was doing something that aided you than anything else.
this was one of the reasons she was so against going to nevermore academy, not just because it was a school of freaks and she was going to hate the scheme her parents had to make her the spitting images of them, but the fact she was leaving you.
granted she screwed up by getting moved because she dropped piranhas into the school's pool all for her brother's revenge. if she could go back in time she would have done something non-expelling worthy... like what you did to those bullies all those years ago for her.
a few months go by at Nevermore and she settled uncomfortably while having Weems breathing down her neck in the unpleasant creepy way. she made her impression on all students, she solved the riddle of the murderer's she's now free from hell. education now.
however, Weems always has to drop a bombshell on the students at the last minute, how kind of her to suddenly announce that there are a handful of students who will be visiting to take part in some of the unique exam topics that only occur at Nevermore. Botanical sciences and fencing are taught here which are uncommon among schools minus Nevermore.
this was an unpleasant surprise for students as they would now not only have to share dorms but get to know normies. deal with normies somehow bullying them in a school full of outcasts and having to deal with all the insults and slurs.
the only one who had a positive reaction was shockingly Wednesday, Enid was the only one who only slightly even noticed this because the girl in the black uniform sat up straighter and had her lips pressed into a thin line, unusual for her but it was sort of easy to brush off.
see, Wednesday had received a letter prior from you that you would be going to another school to take and revise for your fencing and Botanical sciences exam, you were unsure which school but there was a high chance it was her lovely girlfriend's maze of an education sancta.
all she had to do was wait for the clock to tick and you'd be in her arms once more- wait. she's built up this reputation of being a heartless girl, why should she shatter that? she wouldn't dare.
she took a mental note to remind herself to write a letter to you later about why she won't be smothering you in affection as soon as you're in her line of sight to make sure you do not feel saddened or hurt by her lack of attentiveness and eagerness to see you.
as she happily typed during her writing time, put into a better mood knowing you'd be residing in her school for a few months and she's be able to shower you with the love she wanted to for the entirety of while she's been attending nevermore.
Enid was humming to her K-pop that was playing a few decibels too loud for Wednesday's liking but wasn't saying anything for the sake of friendship but for their civil "peace" to be interrupted by some knocking at the door, Enid was the one to shout come in as Wednesday kept typing and the werewolf paused her music with a hop skip and a jump.
the door gently opened revealing the blonde Weems with a smile on her face, gesturing to a girl behind her to go inside the room before she did.
"Miss Sinclair, Miss Addams, this is ______ from ________ High School. she'll be taking both the Fencing and Botanical Science exams.
so in result, she'll be here longer than most of the semi-permanent transfers. in curtesy, were going to make sure she has a large room, there are only two other transfers that will be taking both exams so the three of them will be here for approximately six months."
she looked between the girls; checking their reactions. miraculously, Enid had a more sour look than Wednesday which made Weems' eyes widen, Wednesday looked almost happy, but she wasn't smiling.
"Principal Weems, there's probably some bigger rooms she can stay-" Enid said with a wobbly smile, trying to sound polite about not wanting a normie roommate but Wednesday cut her off.
"Sure, I can set a bed up for her later." she turned back to her typewriter only to be typing faster than normal. alarmingly fast yet it was the only thing that could be heard for a few seconds as both Weems and Enid were stunned at the girl actually saying yes to something, let alone some sort of volunteering.
Weems took that as the only win she was going to get and snapped out of her state, smiling brighter than before she grabbed two of the bags that belonged to you that were resting outside the door and brought them inside the room.
"then ill leave her in your care, girls!" she got out of the room as quickly as possible before Enid could even have the chance to refuse.
the girl with Harley Quinn coloured hair faced you with a tight pained smile and said,
"heeeeeeyyy new roomie...my name's Enid and that's Wednesday. Don't worry, she's just a bit of a murdery angsty teenager so don't be offended by her if she says anything!"
she backed away and sat down on her bed and a few seconds later, the sound of a timer went off on Wednesday's desk, her writing time was up. she placed her typewriter to the side and turned to you, Enid watching the interaction like a hawk.
"i believe it's my turn to give the new student a tour." standing up from her desk; she walked towards you and grabbed a few of your bags, moving them closer to her side of the room. then walking back to the door.
"if you would follow me." she said in her normal monotonous voice.
you did as she hence commanded and followed her with a grin on your face, which not only made Wednesday feel a flutter in her heart but made Enid feel paranoia. what were you going to say to Wednesday to make even her feel hurt. even if it's a little, Enid will get some blood on her claws if Wednesday even so much as has a bigger frown than usual.
walking down the dorm hallways with your girlfriend in silence was comforting. however, Wednesday broke the silence which led to the most gentle conversation back and forth asking each other things and providing answers.
"how are you, Cara Mia? Letters weren't enough for me." Wednesday said in her tone she only reserves for you, it seemed like a hum but it was also so quiet it was barely above a whisper. it made you weak in the knees.
it was close to when students were required to go to their dorms, however, there is an exception if there is currently a tour for a student.
the halls, classrooms, and the quad were empty, deeming it safe, Wednesday carefully reached for your hand and intertwined your fingers, her gently rubbing her ice-cold thumb over your warm hand. it made you shiver in the best way.
hands intertwined as she softly explained where the quad was and showed you what it looked like, it was empty as well. you took the time to lean against the wall, admiring not only the scenery but your girlfriend who was just gently gazing at you.
never would you have thought that those black eyes would have such a soft edge to them that could make your heart slide into your throat. you were so lost in her eyes, that you didn't even notice her advancement towards you, one hand still interlocked with yours meanwhile the other went to your cheek, her cold hand sending a shock to your nerves yet it felt like it was burning when she touched you.
she feels your warmth and her heart swells at feeling you once more in front of her, in person, and able to shower you with love.
your foreheads were pressed against each other, however, neither of you knew that there was a window that faced the quad, that widow was connected to Weems' office. she's seeing the whole ordeal with a gentle smile. knowing that all Addams are the same. she was the spitting image of her mother with the same tastes yet the same romantic as her father. guess thats where his genetics come in.
she smiled and closed the curtains that showed the two girls just staring into each other's eyes, once the curtains closed, the gap between their lips shut as the softest kiss was shared, one with a message of 'I missed you' and unconditional love. to think this love blossomed from middle school to now. how time flew.
the kiss stopped only for you two to just gaze into each other's eyes, the eerie scenery of the school's quad, the darkness surrounding you both with its creepy blanket, the paranoia of being caught, the mixed emotions of relief, happiness and longing all colliding together as you make up for the time you missed with each other.
"hello, amore..." you mutter with a smile, feeling a tingling warmth in your chest, regretfully pulling away but keeping a hand interlocked with hers.
you indulge in an intimate conversation for around ten minutes; one consisting of your school, families, and current dilemmas which results in pecks and gentle affections. it's unusual to see Wednesday like this. you don't hate it at all. You've only ever seen her like this with you so you'll take it as a compliment.
once you heard footsteps approaching that seemed hushed, almost trying not to be noticed, you two backed off each other and started talking professionally again. as though you didn't know each other.
Wednesday with her houndlike nose was able to sniff out the smells of acrylic and other cheap paints; all around just the scent of art supplies. Xavier.
he seemed to trying to sneak up on the pair of you, trying to gauge any sort of understanding the two of you had; if there was about to be a fight that would break out. turning to face each other after both of you noticed the James Bond behind the pillars, you both nodded to each other.
walking in paced footsteps towards your dorm, the third pair of clumsy feet dispersing at the midpoint of your journey obviously coming to some sort of sense that his journey was a hopeless escapade.
walking in without knocking, you see the room is empty apart from a messy bed belonging to Enid and a mattress that seemed to have fought and won against Enid as it was slanted and barely out of its corner. that brought a snort out of you, making Wednesday's eyes flicker to you only for her to try and see her brain with how hard she rolled her eyes.
you patted the goth's shoulder and walked towards the mattress strewn across the floor, picking it up with ease and placing it on the line that separated the preppy colourful werewolf and the psychic' room. the bed being slightly more pushed onto the soulless girl's side.
of course.
Wednesday's nose couldn't pick up on the K-pop-loving girl, nor the scent of expensive hand lotions with the scent of lavender and bergamot, gathering her thoughts, she "accidentally" knocked you over onto your mattress of the floor that you just applied some bedsheets to and clean pillowcases with a fresh blanket, falling onto your face, but the landing nullified by your pillows, you turn around to glare at the girl, who sat herself down on the edge of the mattress with poise and elegance, but that was thrown away when she laid down on the bed, grabbing you by the back of the collar.
a strangled gargle left your throat as you were choaked by the collar and were RKO-ed onto the shitty mattress, feeling a leg wrap itself around your leg, and her arms strangling your arm but not really strangling it, she just prefers that term over cuddling.
you softly chuckled and undid her braids, raking your hands through her hair softly, marvelling at the texture, humming a tune that's either a sombre tone or one with a tragic story behind it.
her denying the fact she's savouring the moment with you, her actually letting her guard down and falling asleep.
you keep her up with a soft tug at some of the strands of hair, in case her roommate decides to come back, her brows furrowing each time. Her trying to shoo your hand away, for once wanting to sleep instead of keeping up with her insomnia streak of 7 days for her experiment to prove the Russian sleep experiment wrong. She was willing to throw that all away in the comfort of your presence.
you wouldn't let her fall asleep though, it was late into the night after all, Wednesday found the night and darkness comforting but you, my god you...you lulled her to sleep like she was listening to a thunderstorm after she committed murder. you were even more comforting than that.
yet you wouldn't let her sleep? you bitch.
she grumbled out a groan and strained her body to be face to face with you, heads centimetres apart but Wednesday wasn't phased, she just forcibly grabbed your chin and kissed you, it was soft but you could damn well tell it was a kiss saying, "I love you but I will beat the shit out of you."
it made you smile how softly and lazily she kissed you, like she was falling asleep at the wheel and her brain was the car. her breath became slow in the kiss as her head slowly started to drop and your lips followed until she was resting on your shoulder, you were still chuckling lightly as your girlfriend can be the biggest romantic you've ever known sometimes.
kissing you to shut you up, how original.
as she rightfully put you in your place, even half-conscious, she seemingly was inhaling as much as she could as she was basically buried in the crook of your neck, not weird at all. but in all honesty, there are scents that people find comforting, that homey smell, that's what you remind her of, you are her home. you don't smell like dust and insects unlike her actual house, but you. you were her home. She loved that scent. you could smell her as well, it didn't smell like shampoo or anything, just black coffee and burnt sage, it was an unusual combination but you would not expect any less from your Addams.
a kiss to the forehead put a gentle look on her face; like you were blessing her with horrific nightmares and hoping she woke up in shock. just as she was about to gratefully slip into those nightmares, both of your necks snapped towards the sound of a camera shuttering and a bright flash somewhere by the door.
Wednesday sitting up in alarm, now wide awake about you still recovering from looking directly into the flash, slowing sitting up yourself.
you wish you were prepared for the rest of the abuse your body would take and your ears felt like they were going to become hell's new Niagara falls as this grating squeal tore though the room.
"O M G! Wednesday you have a girlfriend?! what happened to our BFF pact?! Didn't you just meet today?!?! I have so many questions!!" the voice was of that werewolf girl who looked like she would rather hang herself publicly than share a room with you but she was now smiling and awing at the both of you like you were some stupid romance novel?
as you blinked back into the real world, you saw the blonde pacing by the door, a severed hand jumping off of her shoulder and crawling its way towards you.
"hey thing, you got her out of here on purpose didn't you? That's my man." you mumbled quietly but Wednesday still heard you, giving you a dead glare for less than a second as you fist-bumped the little fella.
mistake on your part as Enid shouted once more "THING YOU KNEW?!-" Respectfully, you wanted to rip your ears off, you were just about to get her to sleep too but this is why you kept her up, because you thought this would happen and she's grumpy when she's woken up.
this lead to Wednesday explaining vaguely and Enid apologising for judging you. you and Thing were signing back and forth, talking about what's happened in the other's life that wasn't transmitted through Wednesday's censorship.
safe to say, Enid and Thing were not only under close monitoring about shutting the fuck up whenever they were in public or in school about you two, but they gave you grace periods alone together which was nice of them, sometimes clothes or makeup had to be touched up before they came in and sometimes clothed had to be put back on entirely. not only is Wednesday good with special effects make-up therefore hiding any marks she leaves or you give her,
but she's good at hiding things with make-up as well. you two managed to fly under the radar for nearly the whole six months you were attending nevermore until the last week, Bianca saw you two holding hands at lunch and publicly announced it, thinking it would embarrass Wednesday, all it did was get her to lean on you.
for that, you'll always thank Bianca. because that night she didn't care about how loud she was or how loud she made you be that last night. with actions or with words.

Kitchen Capers.
Pairing(s): Jenna Ortega x fem!reader
Summary: Jenna and R's attempt at 'cooking'
Warning(s): fluff
Words: 1k+
A/N: Not a big fan of this, but kinda enjoyed writing it. Hope you like it!
Request
"Babe." Jenna poked my cheek as I concentrated on beating my highest score on Flappy Bird.
"What?" I said giving her a quarter of my attention.
"Babe." She poked my cheek again.
"Whaaat?"
"Babeeeee" She said as she repeatedly poked my cheek.
I groaned as I stared at the 'Game Over' on my screen just a few points away from my top score. I looked at her sitting beside me on the couch giving me her best innocent smile as I glared at her.
"Now what exactly do you need me for, Your Highness?"
She climbed up on my lap, straddling me, as she squished my cheeks together causing me to look like a duck, she repeatedly pecked my squished-up lips as I sat there with my arms crossed, which I eventually melted into cause who could resist her kisses? Certainly not me.
"Stop being cute and tell me what you want." I said as I caressed both her thighs exposed from her shorts while she caressed my neck, still in my lap.
"I was thinking we could make pasta to take to my mom's tonight."
"Okay...that sounds easy enough?"
"It's not."
"It's not?"
"I was thinking of making it from scratch..." Said Jenna trailing off absentmindedly playing with my shirt.
"Oh like not the store-bought kind?" I asked and she nodded.
"Well...can you?"
See, after recently moving in together we realized neither of us are all that big into cooking, with me lacking the skill and Jenna's career keeping her away most of the time. So, I've taken up some cooking classes to at least be able to feed both of us. But it's only been like a week so my skills are nowhere near good enough, I don't wanna accidentally poison someone. That's why we've been striving off of takeouts and dinners in her parent's place every once in a while.
Which is also why we've been invited to her family's house tonight for dinner, and Jenna being Jenna was determined to show them that she's capable of living alone without their help.
"Of course I can, I've watched my mom make it a hundred times." She said as she looked at me with furrowed eyebrows.
I chuckled and said to her, "Babe I'm sure you're aware that there's a difference between watching someone make it and making it yourself."
She stared at me annoyed, "Obviously, but how hard can it be right? I'm pretty sure I know all the stuff that goes in there."
"Are you actually sure? Cause we can call your mom an-"
"No! I want to do it all by myself and without her help for once."
I sighed at her stubbornness and said with my eyes narrowed "If I die tonight because of your food, I'm haunting you for the rest of your life."
"Wouldn't want it any other way, baby." She said with a chuckle and a quick kiss to my cheek and got up from my lap already on her way to the kitchen.
I sighed as I fall back on the couch and I pulled out my phone again to try and beat my score for the 5th time, but as soon as I got comfortable Jenna's voice boomed through the house.
"GET YOUR ASS IN THE KITCHEN Y/L/N, I WON'T SAY IT TWICE."
I groaned as I got up and made my way to the kitchen with slumped shoulders and mumbled a quiet "Yes mom."
Jenna immediately turned towards me again and asked with a glare "What was that?" Making it clear she heard me.
"Nothing." I said avoiding eye contact with her.
"That's what I thought. Now, get to work." She said then went back to taking out all the ingredients, which I followed to do after dramatically groaning.
**********
"Uh babe are you sure we added the right things?" I said as I looked at her trying to massage the watery dough.
"I mean, yeah, I'm pretty sure." She said with furrowed eyebrows and flour covering almost every inch of her face. I chuckled as I took a towel and turned her face towards me as I gently cleaned her face. After I was done, I gave her a kiss on her nose as she smiled at me softly and I smiled back.
"Thanks." She whispered.
I caressed her cheek with my hands as I replied, "You're welcome, gorgeous." She kissed my chin then went back to her work.
I watched her struggle for 10 more minutes as I say, " Uh we can check google if you want?"
"No! Nope! I said I'm not taking any help tonight. I'll figure it out myself." Jenna's stubborn ass said.
I sighed as I leaned back against the counter knowing it's gonna take a while. I would try and help her normally, but in these situations I'm even worse than her.
I watched her for a while, now with an hour and a half till we need to leave. When finally, she groaned and pushed away from the dough. She turned around almost into tears. I open my arms for her as she stumbles into it, her holding the back my shirt as I rub her back while trying not to instinctually move away from the wet dough smearing on my shirt from her hands.
"I really thought *sniffle* I could do this."
"Hey it's ok babe, don't be sad. I can totally become the perfect housewife/trophy wife for you after I'm done with my course. I mean, c'mon, at that point I'll almost be a professional chef."
"Shut up." She said with a giggle as she backed away from the hug and wiped under her eyes with her dough hands as she froze.
I saw her analyzing everything with wide eyes, to my dough-covered shirt, to her dough covered clothes from vigorous stirring of the dough, to her face now filled with dough to her hair and the kitchen floor covered in flour. Then finally, her eyes landed on the clock above my head which read exactly an hour left to leave.
"Shit!" She exclaimed as she ran for the bathroom.
"Hey! I need to shower too!" I yelled after her.
"Join me!"
I smirked at that and was about to respond, when she said, "Without your unholy thoughts!"
I laughed to myself, as I quickly cleaned the floor and threw the dough away while trying not to touch it. After about 10 minutes I was done, as I stripped my clothes along the way to the bathroom and threw it on the floor of the laundry room.
I finally got in the shower, as I saw Jenna washing her hair butt naked. I smirked and went to slide my hands around her waist, when she abruptly turned around and said with narrowed eyes.
"Don't even think about it."
I threw my hands up in surrender as I exaggeratedly looked her up and down with a teasing smile on my face. She groaned and went back to showering as I joined her under the water.
**********
After showering, I wear some slightly baggy jeans with a button-up and my converse, while Jenna wears something similar too.
We both nod at each other with an approving smile, as we run towards the door with us already being 15 minutes late.
We enter their house with Nat standing and pointing at her watch at the entrance. We both sheepishly smile as I give her a quick hug and Jenna gives her a kiss on the cheek as we both move on to greet the rest of the family.
"So, how's everything going back home? Settling well?" Jenna's dad, Ed asked us after we all finally settled on the table for dinner.
"I'm sure they are, was probably too busy 'unpacking' to get here on time." Aliyah said while quoting 'unpacking' with her fingers.
I coughed as I picked up my glass to drink my water so I didn't have to reply, while Jenna subtly kicked her under the table. I saw Aliyah wince as I struggled to hold my chuckle in.
"Everything's going great Dad." Jenna clarified.
"Except." I said as Jenna's head snapped towards me as she threatened me with her eyes.
"Don't you dare."
"Her attempt at spaghetti ended up failing so bad, it was hard to distinguish the edible part."
Aliyah and her parents burst out laughing, Jenna glared at me and smacked my shoulder with her hand as I stuck my tongue out at her.
"You could have asked for my help mija.”
I saw Jenna’s shoulder slump and she pouted at the table.
“I know but I wanted to prove a point.” She grumbled as she shoved bread in her mouth.
“Yea you proved it very well.” Aliyah said sarcastically.
“I’m still proud of you for trying at least, God help me I don’t wanna step foot in a kitchen anytime soon.” I said exasperatedly.
“You ever plan on cooking?” Asked Aliyah.
“Of course but only when I have the assurance I can cook something decent and won’t burn the house down.”
“Take all the time you need, Y/N. At least in this way I get to see my daughter more often.” Said Ed taunting Jenna.
“Daaaaaad.” Whined Jenna
“What?” Said Ed laughing at his daughter as she sat pouting again.
“Okay that’s enough, let the poor girl eat.” Said Natalie as she shook her head smiling.
**********
I unlocked the door as Jenna stomped in and went straight to our room as I sighed at her child-like antics. How can a person be so poise and yet childish? Fuck if I know. I locked the door behind me as I approached our bedroom slowly dreading what I’d have to face. I get in the room to see her getting ready to wipe her makeup already in her sleeping clothes. I stood there staring at her through the reflection of the mirror. Her eyes caught mine as she raised her eyebrows at me as I squinted my eyes at her.
“Do you have something to say?” She asked.
“Uh no…do you?” I replied as I stared at her confused.
“No…?”
“Oh okay great!” I brightened up significantly as I thought she had forgiven me.
I happily walked to the bathroom. Did all the necessary things, emptied my stomach, changed clothes, brushed. I happily trudged back into my room to see Jenna taking up the whole bed and my pillow nowhere to be seen.
Uh oh.
“So uh dumb question but where’s my pillow?”
“Oh they’re on the couch.”
Well, shit.
“My I ask why…?”
She just stared at me blankly as she faced away from me. I sighed and groaned as I flopped on the bed, half on her and half on the bed.
“I’m sorryyyy, we just always joke about your culinary skills and I thought you wouldn’t mind.”
“I told you I was trying to prove my independency to them, but you saying that proved the opposite.”
“Jen I’m pretty sure they know you’re independent, you literally travel country from country shooting films, most of the time alone.” I said as I looked at her quizzically.
“Well…yea but they were still reluctant with me moving in with you.” She countered back.
I laughed as I pull my head up to look at her and say “That’s because you’re their little girl and of course they’re gonna be sad and kinda worried about you moving out of their home for the first time.”
Jenna groaned as she put a pillow on top of her face and said “I knowww it’s just them being so, I don’t know, over-protective this way makes me feel like they don’t trust me with taking care of myself.”
“At the end of the day, they still let you right? focus on that. I think they let you ‘cause they know I’ll be here.” I said with a smug smile as Jenna rolled her eyes at the bullshit I just spewed.
“Also I think you’re parents think we’re like, some sort of, sex crazed people...oh my god is this why they were reluctant?” I said as I made a ‘mind blown’ face.
“No, of course not why would they think that?” Jenna said as she looked at me confused.
“Well with the way your mom makes sure we have weekly check-ups and your dad’s The, by the way very terrifying, ‘Talk’ he gave me I’m pretty sure they do.”
“Oh my god, shut up you’re being ridiculous.” Jenna said laughing as I smiled finally hearing it.
We laid there for a while, me half on her and half on the bed as she stroked my hair. After a while, she stops and says.
“I’m still mad at you though.”
“Oh please, woman you’re not fooling anyone.” I say as I get up to get my pillow back.
“Ugh you’re lucky you’re cute." She said and I responded with a 'duh' face.
"The lower half of my body is numb because of you asshole.” Jenna said as she wiggles her toes in my face as I stand in the doorway of our bedroom and smack her feet away.
“This is what it feels like being the bigger spoon most of the time, except it's the upper half, so now YOU deal with it.” I say as I quickly stick my tongue out and move out of the way as a pillow comes straight to the door. I stuck my head in again as I look at the pillow and her on the bed with deadpan eyes and say.
“Hahaha you miss-“ a pillow smacks against my face.
“Now go get your pillow and hurry up I’m tired.” Jenna said as she situated herself on the bed again.
“Yes ma’am.”
**********
“Does it actually feel bad to be the bigger spoon?”
“No, it doesn’t.”
“But you just said.”
“I like it as long as you’re my little spoon.”

Can you please do a Wednesday Addams & Enid Sinclair x Male Reader imagine? Where Reader is from a popular family of hybrids and tribrids, where Reader is a Vampire, a Witch and a Shapeshifter. And the three of them became roommates temporarily because there were no more available rooms for him in the boys' dormitory.
Tri-problem (Male)
Art by TanyaF2022 on X/Twitter.
You sigh as you feel the bumps of the road as the family chauffeur, Jack drives you to Nevermore Academy. You pull out your phone and start swiping on Instagram to see all your "friends" stories and whatnot. Rolling your eyes you start to block them all one by one. "Are you okay young sir?" Jack asks as he looks at you in the rearview mirror. "I told you to call me Y/N," you said annoyed. "But if you must know I'm just annoyed. Why am I being punished for something that my parents agree was the right action?" "Well, I doubt the school board was happy to hear you almost ended the life of your classmate," Jack said causing you to roll your eyes. "Please. No one would've missed him. He deserved it. He assaulted Normies to feed his ego. There is no excuse for that." "Yes, but you decided to, hex him, suck out almost two liters of his blood, and shapeshifted into a silverback gorilla to break both his arms," Jack said flatly. "And?" You said as if it wasn't a big deal. Jack just sighed.
"Well Mister L/N your father had informed me of your... predicament," Larissa Weems, the principal of Nevermore said as you sat across from her. "We have had your uniform custom made as your family requested but... I- uh..." she stumbled over her words causing you to raise an eyebrow. "We have no space in the boy's dormitory... and well... since you have no family in Jericho... I'm afraid you'll have to stay in the girls dormitory..." "You gotta be kidding me..."
She was indeed not kidding... here you were... standing in front of a dorm in Ophelia Hall... "Fuck my life..." You sigh and knock. Not like you had a choice all your stuff was there... "Enid. The door," you heard a flat cold muffled voice on the other side of the door "Coming~" you heard a second, sweeter warmer muffled voice. Soon the door was opened. "Hello...~ oh- I don't think I know you... have I seen around?" The girl asked her wide smile which showed off her sharp canines never faltering. She was about 5'2, had fair skin, rosy cheeks, pale blue eyes, blond hair with pink and blue tips, a pink sweater with white and maroon diamonds, a maroon skirt, and white thigh-high socks. You see that inside the dorm another girl was sitting at a desk writing in a typewriter. She had pale skin, black hair that was tied into two even braids, anthracite eyes, and a blank yet focused expression. She wore a pair of black boots, black jeans that went over the boots, a black shirt with white stripes that were slightly above her belly button, a black shirt with Ghostface on it that was the same length as the undershirt, a black vest, and a pair of black fingerless gloves. Before you were able to answer the blond girl's question, the ravenette turned and looked at you, her cold piercing gaze locked with your gaze as she spoke. "Y/N L/N. Correct?" Her voice was cold and monotone. "...Y-Yeah..." You mumble as the blonde's expression lit up. "You're our new roomie!" She exclaimed grabbing your hand and pulling you inside. Now inside you, we're able to see the room clearer. It was split in half, the spider web window was only halfway filled with color on, what you assume is the blonde's side, the other side had no color and was just normal glass with no tint. The blonde's side of the room was very colorful. Her bed frame was white and her blanket was splattered with multiple colors, her bed was on top of a puzzle-like rug with each piece being colored differently, ribbons were hanging from the ceiling, and a desk littered with notebooks, markers, pens, etc. A bean bag chair, posters, and so much more. The ravenette's side was the complete opposite. There was a lamp, a black cello, a black sheet music stand, a desk with a black typewriter, a black bed, and a black leather chair. All your stuff was neatly set in a corner of the room. The blonde let go of her hand as she looked at you her grin somehow wider. "My name is Enid Sinclair! I'm a Fur, AKA a werewolf! Nice to meet you roomie!" Enid said excitingly as she went to the ravenette and grabbed her cheeks making her look at you. "This is Wednesday Addams! She may look gloomy but she's a softie!" Enid exclaimed before Wednesday leaned away scowling. "...Nice to meet two..." You mumbled. "So~," Enid said as she leaned closer to you so close you could feel her breath on your face. "What are you? Fur, Scales, Fangs, Psychic, or something else?" She asked curiously. "Personal space Enid," Wednesday reprimanded her from her chair causing Enid to lean back pouting muttering "I was just asking..." under her breath. "I'm a tribrid... I'm part Vampire, Witch, and Shapeshifter," You explained as Wednesday stood from her typewriter. "Your family is known for that are they not?" Wednesday asked rhetorical. "Your family is known for giving birth to Hybrids and Tribrids," She said monotone with her cold expression. "Yeah... they are," you said as Wednesday nodded. "Weems had informed us of your... incident. Try to behave yourself," Wednesday said as she headed for the door. "Unpack and try not to make a mess of things," she said before leaving. "She always like that?" You ask. "Pretty much," replies Enid.
As the next two weeks passed you got accustomed to living with the two. You found out that Enid would try and snoop when you were on your phone or laptop to find something to put on her blog. When you caught her she blushed and turned away but after that day she would randomly ask to things, favorite color, would you rathers, song taste, etc. You got used to "Addams schedule," as Enid calls it. Basically when she did her writing when she wanted to be left alone, when she would leave for coffee, etc.
As time went on Wednesday had admitted she got used to your presence and even let you watch her write. Yoko, a fellow vampire and friend of Enid said that most Vamipres have a calming presence around them. Ironic. So since Wednesday hadn't really spent a prolonged time near vampires she was getting a heavy dose of it.
Enid on the other hand would paint your nails, do your hair, take you on friend dates, etc. You would talk to her about werewolf stuff, since you had cousins who were part werewolf you could relate in some aspects. After five months of living with the roommates, Weems came to visit.
"Hello girls, and Mr. L/N." "Yo," you did a two-finger salute from Enid's bed, your head in her lap as she dyed the tips of your hair. "I have news, one of the boys has moved out of his dorm as his parents found a suitable house in Jericho, so that means that Mr. L/N here will finally be moving to the boys' dorm. Fun!" Weems said with a smile but Enid stood up causing your head to fall onto the mattress. "What!? B-but he can't- I mean-," Enid stammered but Wednesday spoke I'm her usual monotone and cold tone. "What Enid is trying to say is we don't wish for Y/N's leave. He's been here for six months now. We have grown attached. So much so," Wednesday said as she stood from her desk and walked over to you, who had sat up. She cupped your face, causing you to raise an eyebrow, she then leaned down and kissed you softly. Her hands were cold to the touch. Her lips were soft and plush and tasted like coffee. Wednesday soon pulled away and looked at Weems. "We've started a polygamous relationship," She said as she looked at Enid who was blushing. Enid quickly walked over to you and kissed you as well. She was nervous, unlike Wednesday. Her lips were warm and soft. They also tasted like milk tea. Weems blinked a few times at this action. "W-well... this certainly complicated things..." she said as she looked at you. "I will... talk to your mother... see what she says about this...," She spoke before leaving. You were flustered and confused. The room was silent for a few seconds before Wednesday spoke. "I have him Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We share Sunday." "T-that works..." Enid mumbled. "The fuck just happened?" You ask as Wednesday rolls her eyes. "You just got two girlfriends."

Know You Don't
Pairing: Wednesday Addams x Reader
Summary: Knowing didn't always translate to understanding, and loving Wednesday meant learning that the hard way.
The reality of dating someone rarely goes exactly as expected. Sometimes, this is for the better. Sometimes, the love transforms into a waltz of teaching and learning; a journey beyond yearning and into accepting and understanding. Sadly, however, most of the time it's not.
When it came to loving Wednesday Addams, you knew from the start that loving her would be unlike anything else.
How could it be?
From the beginning, the girl had been reserved and unaffectionate, more likely to commit murders for you than hold you through spouts of tears. And though you had always known better than to expect anything more than that, it would still prove to be your greatest oversight.
Because knowing did not always mean understanding, and for all that you might have tried to ignore this fact, it was the inescapable difference that doomed your relationship.
Watching the girl now, you held back your sigh of frustration as she rolled her eyes at you. The action made you bristle, and if it had been from anyone else, you might've snapped. Yet, because it was the girl you loved, you fought against the urge to let your irritation show.
Even as the lines around Wednesday's lips deepened, conveying her displeasure and etching it onto her face, you made every effort to remain composed. In that moment, you couldn't help but notice how her expression still bore traces of the stoic stare you had become accustomed to - once wonderfully intriguing. But now, those traces served only as a painful reminder of just how little Wednesday seemed to care, sometimes.
"I don't think I'm asking for too much," you pleaded, your voice tinged with a hint of desperation as you searched for any glimmer of understanding in her darkened eyes, "Just a little more affection, Wednesday, a small gesture here and there to let me know you're there for me when I need it." Your mind wandered to the countless sleepless nights, of the loneliness that always followed. It was during those times that Wednesday seemed to disappear, leaving you to confront your thoughts and solitude alone.
"In what ways, Y/N?" She pressed, her arms crossed defensively over her chest, as if erecting an imaginary wall between the two of you.
Not that it seemed to really matter either way. Even when she was physically present, like she was now, it still felt like Wednesday was a world away. Her physical proximity held no comfort. Her gaze had no empathy. It felt as if your struggles were inconsequential to her; as if you were inconsequential to her.
“Affection?” There was the beginning of mockery in her voice, causing a pang of defensiveness to course through you, “As in physical gestures? You want me to embrace you?” Her words felt demeaning, as if your deepest desires were being reduced to childish wants. But just as likely was the possibility that it was simply your imagination playing a cruel trick on you.
"Yes, physical gestures, Wednesday," you replied, your voice attempting to stay calm despite how you might have been feeling inside.
It was as if your plea was falling on deaf ears, though, Wednesday's expression remaining unchanged - as if she couldn't even fathom what you were saying. You were just stopping short of practically begging the girl to show you love, yet the only emotion you found within her gaze was something akin to boredom. And when the raven hair girl finally spoke again, her words were measured and deliberate, only fueling your frustration further.
"I simply don't see the point in such trivial things," she replied, voice carrying a cold detachment, "Are my options for affection really limited only to meaningless, physical touch? Can I not express my love in any other way?"
Her words struck you uncomfortably, causing a knot of confusion to tighten in your chest. You had hoped for even a glimmer of understanding, any willingness to find common ground. Instead, Wednesday was challenging the very essence of your request, leaving you questioning your own needs and desire for affection.
"It's not about triviality or limitations!" You explained, a mix of frustration and yearning in your voice, "I know that you express your love in your own unique way, and I love that about you. But sometimes I just need tangible reassurance. Sometimes, I just need to know you're there when I get lost in my own doubts and worries."
But, in reality, the last sentence remained unspoken; the words that exposed your vulnerability lodged in your throat. Your hesitation was tangible as you found yourself unable to admit your need for reassurance any further, as if exposing your deepest desires would be an admission of weakness.
“I just…” You attempted again, but once more finding the right words escaping you. The unfinished sentence dangled in the silence, leaving the conversation unresolved.
Despite everything, you allowed yourself to silently hope that Wednesday would grasp the depth of the situation without your explicit pleas; that she would understand the importance small gestures of affection could have on the chains around your heart. But as the silence stretched on, it became clear that the unspoken plea would remain unheard; the usually acute and observant Wednesday somehow missing all the signs you were desperately trying to convey.
"You're not understanding," she exhaled, voice carrying a weariness that matched the heaviness you felt.
Suppressing the retort that it was her who failed to understand, you locked your jaw. The words teetered on the tip of your tongue, ready to be unleashed in a moment of frustration and pent-up energy. But as you looked into Wednesday's eyes, vacant and unbothered, you felt all the fight drain out of you. The startling realization of your situation suddenly dawned onto you.
"I'm sorry, you're right," you admitted, the words slipping out with a sigh, carrying with it resignation and the bitter taste of defeat. The apology was empty, devoid of genuine remorse. It was like nothing more than an obligatory olive branch in your attempt to reconcile.
Wednesday, however, nodded, as if your admission was something she had expected all along, accepting your apology with an air of anticipated detachment. A silent scoff almost escaped your lips in response, a bitter reaction to her lack of acknowledgment.
But eventually, resignation seeped into your bones, and acceptance settled heavily onto your shoulders, weighing you down with the realization that your battle for understanding had been a solitary one - waged against an opponent who hadn't recognized the fight in the first place.
Wednesday turned away without a second glance, effortlessly resuming her day as if nothing had transpired, rubbing salt into your wound as you were left to wallow in the futility of your efforts.
Perhaps this time, it was she who had missed all the signs you had desperately tried to convey, consumed by her own world. But, you couldn't help but feel like the eternal fool, allowing her to emerge victorious once again, surrendering your own world to be lost in hers.

Love Bites
Pairings: Wednesday Addams x gn!reader
Summary: Your love language is biting.
Warnings: biting, fluff, short, making out (for like one paragraph), for my lovelies that adore biting (Luciano), spelling mistakes. Honestly, it was supposed to be worse than this.
Word Count: 0.4k
You loved biting.
Whether it be nibbling on Wednesday’s neck in the midst of a heated make out session, or biting her shoulder for no reason in the middle of class. Wednesday had to be honest and say that she didn’t exactly hate it. In fact, she loved it. The pain when you’d sink your teeth into her shoulder was more than pleasurable. It had her stifling a moan with her hand at the back of your History class.
Your canines were pointy and sharp, resembling that of fangs, and so you often broke her skin. At first you were apologetic, but Wednesday would just look at you with dark eyes and order you to do it again and continue. You’d smile and bite her again, causing her to groan out in ecstasy.
Wednesday was sat on your lap. Back-rolled and head throw rearwards. Pain and pleasure mixed together as your teeth gnawed on her neck, surely creating a mark that would last a while. Once you left her neck to breathe, she held your face and pulled you into a sweet kiss. Her shirt had been opened for you to bite her where you pleased and so her breasts were pushed up against your collarbone.
It was no lie that Wednesday was completely enamoured of you. The way that your teeth would reflect the light when you smirked, canines on full display. How you’d always wear sunglasses, for no reason whatsoever other than the fact that you liked how they fit your face. If you told Wednesday that you were a vampire, she wouldn’t have thought twice about it.
In English, you and Wednesday were sat in the back corner. Wednesday was writing with her left hand as you held her right one, doodling in the margin of her notepad. You then raised her arm and bit her suddenly. She didn’t even flinch, just hiding a smile as you leaned down and began nibbling on her forearm.
“y/n.” You looked up at the teacher with Wednesday’s arm in your mouth. He raised an eyebrow and you dropped it, frowning. The class carried on as normal whilst Wednesday admired her new wound. Sure enough, a speck of blood flowed out of the bite marks and Wednesday’s lips quivered upwards before you groaned and rested your head on the table.
Enid had no idea how you slept the way you did. Wednesday with her arms crossed like she was in a coffin and you curled into her side, subconsciously biting her torso. She has taken pictures and showed them to you the next day, asking how. You just shrugged her off with a wide smile.

the archer’s arrow part 2 (w.a.)
are you hiding something?
part one | next part
a/n: teehee i am so sorry for the wait but i hope y’all enjoy this one <3
pairing: wednesday addams x female reader
warnings: mentions of blood & death
➶ ➶ ➶
thwip!
it was your arrow, definitely your arrow.
“go! wednesday! go!”
and your voice, definitely your voice.
wednesday gasped awake, sitting up instantaneously. she gripped her chest, bunching the fabric of her shirt up into a fist. her head turned to look at her alarm clock.
she was awake ahead of schedule but she was grateful she woke up when she did. she immediately got dressed, the stomping of her boots lining the walls of ophelia hall.
she reached your room, knocking thrice before stepping back.
you were already dressed, today was an early practice day.
“wednesday, you’re early.” you tilted your head, stepping aside to let her in anyways.
“i value punctuality.” she lied. she was getting better at coming up with them in her efforts to try and hide her true intentions from you.
a bit of her looked disheveled, like she had rushed to get there. you noticed her braid a little out of place and her socks mismatched— both black but definitely not from the same pair.
“right. well, let me finish this and i’ll be ready to go.” you took to your chair at your desk, settling back down.
wednesday noticed that there were a couple of envelopes littered across your desk. you were in the process of writing letters.
“you’re writing.” she pointed out.
“yes, wednesday. thats something i can do too.” you joked back, she remained stoic.
“what are the letters for?” she inquired.
“mainly family but also for some of my friends at the academy.”
“i understand your family lives remote but surely your friends have phones?” she furrowed her brows.
“they do, but we think letters hold more sentiment.” you clarified, scribbling more words onto the piece of parchment paper you had aquired. “and it’s always nice to receive things in the mail.” you shrugged.
“i suppose you might be right.” she agreed. you were surprised to hear her validation.
her eyes followed the ink that your pen left behind. it caught her attention particularly when you drew a heart next to someone’s name on the envelope.
you sealed the letter and then proceeded to stand, grabbing your gear from your closet. you opened the door for wednesday, allowing her to exit first.
you two walked side-by-side down to the practice range.
“did you have many friends at the academy?” she asked as you exited ophelia hall.
“many? not many. but a good handful. they were all very kind. i would love to know them forever.” you smiled, reminiscing at the memories you shared with them.
“any more than friends?” she asked, not looking at you. you looked at her with your lip curled. at the back of your mind, you questioned her curiosity about your romantic life.
“who’s asking?” you retaliated, a smirk plastered on your face. you glanced at her only to be met with a glare. you knew you would certainly meet your end if you left the question unanswered.
“yes, wednesday. i had a girlfriend.” you sighed, rubbing your eyes. it was a bit of a sore spot, this topic.
but wednesday cared not for sore spots.
“what happened?” she pryed further. why was she pushing those buttons so much?
the memories of her rejection flooded through your brain. she had no right to ask these things. you remember how the look on your face was probably the single most heartbreaking thing most of your fellow students have ever seen.
“why are you asking about this, wednesday?” you practically hissed at her.
“i’m not going to take advantage of your practice times and not get to know you.” she spat back.
“you… hm.” you paused. “i never thought i’d be answering questions from wednesday addams. you’ve changed too.”
“so answer them if my question intrigue you so much.” she continued walking at your pace.
“fine. we split up because i wanted to come back and we couldn’t do the long distance.” you answered openly. “but we’re still friends. she and i were very close, she helped me through a lot.”
you continued to stride towards the forest as wednesday simply watched you. you had someone, but were fine giving it all up to come back. the feeling opened a pit in her stomach, if only you had known what she was hiding.
—
she had taken a liking to your routines in the wilderness.
“i purposefully try to miss.”
you had told her that was the closest thing you could get to immersing yourself into your environment. murder of fauna in the nevermore woods was frowned upon, so you had to learn control.
“isn’t that counter productive?”
she asked back, but you proved her wrong. your control was incredible. nicking a squirrel by the hair of its tail, she watched the focus on your face as you tried to ensure it’s life.
“it’s harder to hunt down animals and make sure they live rather than die.”
today, she sat with a notebook. she said she just wanted to focus on writing up ideas for her novel while you practiced.
it was like she was your body double, just a shadow that lingered around while you did your thing. somehow, it worked. you felt more productive and so did she…
if she was working on her novel.
her pen glazed across the yellowed paper on her notebook. the ink morphed into the image of your bow. on paper, your body was facing the trees, arm reaching for an arrow from your quiver. wednesday captured your physique, how your body flexed with every move you made.
thwip!
wednesday did not flinch.
but she nearly did.
an arrow lodged into the tree trunk, directly above her head.
“i can literally feel your stare, wednesday. you’re making me nervous.” you teased. her eyes grew dark at you.
“try that again and you won’t have fingers to shoot an arrow with.”
you couldn’t help but smile at her empty threat. you knew wednesday more than either of you thought. you knew that she wouldn’t take your fingers, they would stay with you.
you drew your bow again, pointing an arrow straight at her jokingly.
“try me, addams!”
the statement made wednesday’s head shoot backwards, her eyes clouding over.
“try me addams!” you yelled at her. you were younger. your cheeks were fuller, you hadn’t quite grown into your face yet.
but there you were, back then, the object of wednesday addams’ affection. but she could never admit that then.
you were on your back, pinned against the ground with wednesday on top of you. she remembers this fondly, she was trying to steal back her hairties that you had stolen as a joke.
you were laughing. it was the most joyous she’d ever seen you. she didn’t know how she was getting that reaction from you.
she was reaching as you held the ties above your head, swinging your arm around to make sure she didn’t get it. she was growing frustrated.
she groaned and drove two of her fists down into your chest, robbing your body of air. you coughed as a response and caved in, handing her the hairties.
“okay addams!” you choked out, sitting up to be closer to the girl. you laughed softly, coming face to face with her. “i just wanted to play a prank on you.”
“pranks are a waste of your time. you have better things to do.” she said, standing up. “you’re going to be late for practice.” she looked down at you. you remained seated.
“they’re not a waste of my time if it means i get to spend time with you.” you said, honestly. sure, you were mildly flirting but you were geniune. wednesday didn’t know how to process the admitted desire for companionship. she returned the sentiment, but it wouldn’t come out of her.
“i’ll come to your practice then.” wednesday said, putting the hairties in her bag. “i’ll sit there and wait for you.” she held her hand out for you to take so she could help you up.
you grinned up at her from where you were.
that grin, she would have killed for it.
“deal!” you jumped up excitedly, a proud smile on your face. you took her hand to stabilise yourself.
and it was then she got her first vision of you.
you were older now. definitely older.
you were still in the forest, holding wednesday’s hand just like how you were in the real world.
your bow was in your left hand, like you had just come from battle. blood was dripping down from your ears.
you had blood staining your shirt. and it looked bad. something most people wouldn’t be able to recover from.
and it flickered between the image of your eyes crickling from how huge your smile was and the sight of you donning crimson in front of wednesday.
“wednesday!” you cried out to her, catching her in your arms.
and then she was back to reality.
“wednesday!”
a vision of a future in a vision of the past? that was new for her. her powers might have been trying to tell her something— something more urgent.
she remembers leaving you alone at practice that day, taking back her deal to you. she had to sit alone and process.
three days later, she broke your heart.
“you still get those often?” you asked, sitting her down against the tree trunk.
“of course i do.” she snapped, her conscience pounding from the double vision she just had.
“sorry, stupid question.” you said, regretfully. you sat in front of her, still holding her back to steady her. “do you want to talk about it?”
she hated how you cared.
“no.” she shook her head. “it was just… nothing. nothing important.”
“you and i both know your visions have saved countless lives, wednesday.” the way you said her name had her head reeling. “is there something we should be worrying about?”
“no… no.” she waved you off, pushing you away. you sat there nonetheless.
“okay well… are you feeling okay?” you worriedly questioned her.
“i would feel better if you stopped asking questions.”
you recoiled, knowing it was best not to provoke her like this. her heart twisted at your concern, they made her feel almost guilty for pushing you so far away.
she had broken you down slowly, she knew that now. you poured your heart into your affectionate manner, it was something that scared her.
you sat in silence, taking in your surroundings and letting her recover from the vision. you were around when she first started getting them, you knew how badly they affected her.
she almost wanted to apologise, tell you that she was sorry for snapping. but she couldn’t let you get close again.
“we should go soon, lunch is in 30 minutes.” you spoke up first, breaking the peace. she simply nodded at you, helping herself up. you followed suit, yanking the arrow you had previously stabbed into the tree out and putting it back into your quiver.
➶ ➶ ➶
you sat across from wednesday. she recalled a time you would fight for the seat beside her, but instead, you filled the space next to yoko.
“you’re already thinking about the rave’n?” you asked enid, munching away at your food in between sentences.
“of course i am!” enid jumped up. “it’s our last year here! we need to think about these things!” she turned to you and grabbed your hands.
“and it’ll be your first & last rave’n back! we have to make it good!” she squeezed your hands. you rolled your eyes but couldn’t hold back a smile.
“okay well, you’ll help me shop then.” you held your pinky up, which the blonde gladly took in her own.
“good! and you, wednesday?” enid turned to the shorter girl, tilting her head.
“my rave’n experiences haven’t exactly been pleasant, enid.” wednesday brushed her off. “maybe this is the year i skip out.”
“you shouldn’t. i would like you there if it’s my first one back and last one i’ll ever have.” you said, forgetting that such desires were usually turned down by wednesday.
but that was somehow enough to convince her.
“fine.” she grumbled, a contrast to the smile that was now stuck to your face.
“never thought that would be so easy. you must be the sentimental type, addams.” yoko commented. the mental image in wednesday’s head was her brutally bashing the vampire for saying that.
“do you know the theme?” you asked enid. the werewolf was finally asked to head the planning of the rave’n, she was perfect for the job.
“yup! since it’s halloween— we’re doing guts & gore!”
you swear you saw wednesday nearly crack a smile, this was right up her alley.
“and glitter!” enid added in, you were unsure if she was joking.
the joy on wednesday’s face faded slowly, you softly laughed at the change of expression.
“don’t worry, addams. i’m sure you’ll look fine bedazzled.” you joked, snickering. yoko laughed beside you.
she glowered at you, your smile persisted. did she no longer have an affect on you in these situations?
you really had grown.
“i would rather choke and die before covering myself in sparkles.” she took an angry bite of her food.
“don’t worry, wends, i’ll forgive you this once.” enid giggled. “gore is still your element, i’m sure it will be reminiscent of your first rave’n.“
“i heard about that.” you chimed in. “pig’s blood, right? maybe you can work with real blood this time, nobody seems to know the difference. and you’d probably enjoy that better.” you had said that almost too casually, it bothered her.
she was like an old book you hadn’t picked up yet still knew the insides and outs of.
“yes. maybe i will.” she answered briefly. you returned to your meal, finishing up and picking your bookbag up.
“gotta go, i have some botany homework to catch up on.” you said, turning to wednesday quickly. “did you want to join me for archery club later?” you asked.
she paused for a second, debating her answer.
“no, i can’t. i have homework i need to do in my room.” christ! why did she say that? she meant to say yes!
perhaps it was her defense mechanism, she wanted to keep you at arm’s length after what happened in the forest today. she needed some time to process.
“no worries. i’ll see you guys later!” you jogged off and waved as you left.
“is it weird hanging around her again?” yoko asked, she realised she hadn’t talked to wednesday about your return much.
“i suppose.” wednesday nodded. she had grown closer to yoko overtime, finding herself being honest towards her. “she’s changed a lot.”
“i mean, yeah. her entire environment changed in a whim. that makes you grow up.” yoko agreed. “you two seem to be getting along just fine.”
“indeed. but we can never go back to how we used to be.” wednesday tried to put up a front. “i’m sure she wouldn’t want that either.”
“given how you tore her heart in half last time you saw her? i wouldn’t put it past her.” yoko sighed, “but you can’t hold it against her forever.”
“i can and i will.” wednesday scoffed. yoko squinted at her.
“are you hiding something?” the vampire asked. yoko had an excellent talent for reading people, it infuriated the addams girl.
“no.” wednesday responded firmly, standing up abruptly and gathering her things. “i have to go. i’ll talk to you both later.”
enid and yoko shot each other worried looks.
wednesday stomped off to her room, a scowl evident on her face.
she hated this. all of it.
she hated that her visions were getting stronger, they were so loud that they were making her entire body hurt.
she hated that she would once again become responsible for saving someone, she was always thrust into the world of the weird. was it such a crime that she wanted some normalcy?
she hated you. she hated that she was forced to reject you in order to prevent your impending doom.
she hated you. she hated you for returning and making her feel things again.
she hated you. she hated that she was terrified of your death.
she hated you. she hated you. she hated you.
but she had to save you.

Her Heartbeat, Chapter 1: Her Anger.
Summary: Wednesday's anger got her into trouble, Where do you come along?
Warnings: There isn't really any warning but I guess WednesdayBeatingPeople???? FLUFF!!!! No angst in this chapter, but who knows what happens in the future...
Masterlist
Wednesday sat there, in her dorm, right in front of the half-colored half-dead window.Your diary in her hand. And for the first time in her life, Wednesday felt anger. Anger was for people who lost control, who let their emotions drive their actions, who lashed out in fits of rage. Wednesday was never angry. She was annoyed most of the time, but angry? Never. At least that's what she kept telling herself. But inside, her blood simmered with a quiet rage, an anger that she had never considered a flaw but rather a necessary tool for survival. It was not an issue—it was a tolerance bar. And God help whoever crosses it.
So when those boys at Weathervane decided to mock Enid, they unknowingly signed their own fate. The day was already going bad and Wednesday's tolerance bar had reached its limit, and she had done what she deemed appropriate. Enid had tried to stop her, of course, pulling on her arm. She was still in control, right?
Okay fine! She broke a few bones, dislocated a jaw or two, and made sure they would remember to keep Enid’s name out of their mouths for as long as they lived.
When the cops came to the scene, Wednesday was still standing over the boys, wiping her knuckles with a napkin. She was arrested for the third time in her life. Or was it fourth time? Those boys were arrested too, but somehow it was only Wednesday who ended up with a mandatory sentence: Anger Management Therapy sessions. How utterly ridiculous. What could possibly be wrong with expressing herself in a way that ensured she was heard, understood, and remembered?
"You cannot say no, Wednesday, if you do not attend and pass this therapy session, I will have no choice but to expel you."
Ugh, why did Weems even survive Thornhill's poison?
And that’s how Wednesday found herself stuck in this new circle of hell. It was infuriating. It was unjust. And it was a complete waste of time.
The sessions were held in a nondescript building just off the main street in Jericho, where people who had done things they "shouldn't" were supposed to fix themselves. They were meant to "reflect," "heal," and "improve." Wednesday didn't need improvement. She was perfect as she was, she was everything they could never be: self-sufficient, rational, and unapologetic.
The group leader, David, was an insufferable man in his mid-thirties. And much to Wednesday's dismay, he was the male version of Enid. He was incessantly cheerful, overly intrusive, and sickeningly optimistic about everyone’s potential for change. Wednesday found him exhausting.
David had made it his mission to get Wednesday to "open up," constantly encouraging her to share her feelings, recount her past, and dig deep into the source of her "anger." But Wednesday refused to play his game. She sat through the sessions in stony silence, expressing her disinterest as the other participants spoke of their mistakes and regrets. The only sound she made was the tap of her boots. Maybe she can annoy David enough to get kicked out of this nonsense.
She showed up late, ignored his questions, and rolled her eyes whenever he tried to address her. But David was unflappable. He would only chuckle softly, as if she were some mischievous child whose antics were endearing rather than infuriating. Every time she pushed, he merely pushed back with more patience, more persistence, and an infuriatingly steady resolve. After a while, she realized he would not break, and she would only be prolonging her sentence by continuing to fight him.
She attended every session and waited silently while the others poured their hearts out. She refused to say a word, they didn't deserve to know a thing about her. Maybe things aren't exactly too bad. She can just go through alone without causing any trouble so David can finally give some positive feedback on her report and let her be free.
But he had thrown a new wrench into her already miserable routine. He announced, with that obnoxious grin plastered on his face, that they were now required to bring a "partner" to the sessions. Someone who can vouch for them, that they are making progress outside of the therapy session too. Someone who could act as their support system, their "anchor" in times of distress. As if she needed an anchor.
The mere thought of dragging someone else into this circus wasn't exactly unpleasing. At least she could pass her time watching them suffer.
But the problem was she didn't have a line of volunteers waiting to join her in group therapy
Enid, unsurprisingly, had refused immediately, citing her “makeup sessions” with Yoko as an excuse. Wednesday could see right through her, though. Enid’s answer wasn’t about makeup; it was about not wanting to spend her Fridays and Saturdays in a gloomy room with a bunch of disgruntled teenagers and their annoying leader. And honestly, can Wednesday blame her?
Eugene was a possibility, but he was too innocent, too eager to please. He would end up making her look ridiculous in front of the group.
Xavier would have jumped at the opportunity if he hadn’t transferred out last month, much to Wednesday’s relief. Wednesday needed someone but Xavier? Ew, Wednesday wasn't that desperate.
However, she was desperate enough to ask Bianca, who, getting the chance, mocked her before refusing her, “You got yourself in this mess, Wednesday. Surely you can get yourself out,”
That left no one. Not a single person who would willingly subject themselves to the torture of these sessions, and certainly not for her sake. But David had made it clear: no partner, no progress. And no progress meant more sessions, dragging on into the foreseeable future until she complied.
Fine. Screw Bianca. Screw this whole place, this entire ridiculous therapy group, and all its pointless exercises. There wasn’t even a single murder to investigate, no mysteries to solve, nothing to occupy her mind except these meaningless tasks assigned by the so-called professionals who think they can ‘fix’ her. Wednesday was done. Maybe she should run away again. Yes, she could slip out, make her way to Weathervane, and catch a bus to anywhere but here. No one would miss her, and she wouldn’t miss them.
Wednesday was so engrossed in her thoughts of escape that she didn’t even notice when someone approached her. It wasn’t until she heard an exasperated voice that she snapped out of it.
“Hey! Are you even listening?”
She blinked, her gaze shifting to the source of the interruption. A girl stood in front of her, arms crossed, looking more annoyed than intimidated. Wednesday’s eyebrows knit together.
“Who the hell are you?”
“I’m Y/n.”
Wednesday raised an eyebrow, completely unimpressed. “Congratulations. So what am I supposed to do with that information?”
"Ugh" you groaned “Well, I need your help,” you stated, trying to sound confident but there was an edge of uncertainty in your voice.
“No.” Wednesday didn’t even bother to ask what you needed.
“Oh, come on!” you shot back, clearly annoyed by her immediate dismissal. “At least ask what I need help with! I heard you’re quite good with these kinds of things.”
Wednesday’s eyes narrowed suspiciously. “What things? If you’re talking about murdering someone, then sure.”
“No, not murdering someone!” You glanced around nervously, almost mumbling. “It’s… umm… kind of like that, but not really… how do I say it…”
Wednesday cut you off with a sharp glare. “Waste my time, and you'll be the one getting murdered.”
“Okay, Jesus, calm down,” you muttered. “I need your help kidnapping someone.”
Wednesday blinked, taken aback. Her expression flickered with surprise, but it was quickly masked by her usual indifference.
"Why would you even think I’d help you? Wait, first of all why would you even think I’m qualified for this job?"
"Because you’re bored," you said plainly, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "You see, I missed the last few months of last year, so I missed your grand entrance and your Hyde case, but I’ve heard about your reputation. How you took down Crackstone and how you saved the school. But I know you didn’t do it for the school—you did it for the thrill. For the challenge. You like going against the system."
She hated how accurate that was. It made her uneasy, like you could see right through her. Still, she wasn’t about to admit that you were right. Instead, she said, “No,” once more and got up, ready to walk away.
“Wait, I can give you money.” you blurted out.
The audacity... Wednesday stopped in her tracks, turning to glare at you. “What on earth is wrong with you? Do you really think I’m some kind of hired goon? Someone you can just pay off?”
Your face flushed, and you quickly shook your head.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean it that way. It just… slipped out. Please, I really need your help. Just tell me what I have to do.”
Wednesday should have turned around and left. She should have put as much distance between herself and this ridiculous request as possible. And yet… there was something in your audacity that intrigued her. Besides, she did need a partner for her therapy sessions, and making someone else suffer through them could be mildly entertaining.
"Fine," Wednesday said, her voice low and measured. "I’ll help you, but in return—"
You didn’t even let her finish. "Okay, done, agreed."
Wednesday blinked, momentarily thrown off by your eagerness. She hadn’t even told you what you would need to do, but you didn’t seem to care. You grabbed her hand, pulling her along with you as you headed towards the main gate.
"We don’t have much time," you said hurriedly. "We need to kidnap her right now."
Wednesday stumbled slightly as you dragged her along. Why wasn't she yanking her hand back? Her brows furrowed in confusion.
"Right now? Without any plan or any information?"
"Yeah, yeah," you said dismissively, waving your hand as if that was a minor detail. "I’ll tell you that on the way to the asylum."
“The what?” Wednesday’s voice rose slightly.
You just kept walking, your grip on her hand firm, and for once, Wednesday found herself caught up in someone else’s madness instead of her own.
CHAPTER 2 : Her Touch

You didn't really notice that until you were fifteen years old, the young tragic age you turned blind. You were the one in a million that was born with thrombophilia (blood clotting disorder) which resulted in you getting vessel occlusion in your eyes, making you slowly become more blind as the years passed until it completely vanished.
It was horrible in the beginning, to tell the truth but as the years passed the more you got used to being blind and the more you became okay with it.
The one thing you didn't appreciate enough when you had sight was people's voices. When that was the only thing that could help you detect who was talking to you, you became entranced by peoples voices.
The soft spoken people, the gruffly sounding people, the neutral sounding people. You loved hearing people's voices, but there was one voice you had completely fell entranced to, like a pirate to a sirens mystical voice.
A actresses voice.
You have never heard such a soft and relaxing voice before in your entire life. It was as sweet as honey; warming your heart as a smile played on your lips whenever you heard the voice.
The first time you heard her voice was when you were sixteen, your friend had invited you over to watch a random horror movie 'The Babysitter: Killer Queen.'
In honesty you didn't enjoy the movie at all, finding it boring and annoying at times. But one thing compelled you into watching it; one voice.
The voice of the character Phoebe who was played by 'America's It Girl' Jenna Ortega.
Her voice was so soft spoken yet it had that gentle raspiness to it that captured all of your attention, her calming voice soothing you in a way that even surprised you.
You were utterly fixated on it.
After that day you proceeded to find out what other movies she had been in, listening to them all at least once.
The more movies you listened to, the more you became in awe of the calming voice of Jenna Ortega.
As you grew up, your fangirl behaviour died down. You didn't religiously listen to her voice as you did in your teens, but you'd never forget her sweet voice.
—————
"C'mon Yelena." You whispered to your guide dog, the grip to her harness in your left hand while your right hand was occupied with your mobility cane, running it along the pavement as you walked down the street, the golden retriever leading you towards your favourite cafe.
It was a warm Thursday morning, the sun shined brightly over the town you lived in, warming you up as you walked down the quiet street.
You didn't have a particularly busy day that day, so you decided to head down to the local cafe.
The place was a family run cafe that you absolutely adored for a myriad of reasons. Its loving atmosphere, the best coffee you ever had and your own signature booth at the corner of the cafe.
It was honestly like your second home at this point.
As you rounded the final corner you smiled to yourself and walked over the one crooked step on the sidewalk, remembering exactly where it was like the back of your hand.
With a few more steps you felt Yelena slow down as she prepared to face the cafe door, you smiled down at her as you gave her a quick pat before you pushed the door open, the familiar ring reaching your ears as you entered the cafe.
You and Yelena walked over to the booth in the corner with a smile on both of your lips. As you reached the booth you loosened your grip on Yelena's harness, knowing you'd be okay without her and the fact she was an extremely well behaved dog.
Leaning your cane against the corner booth seat, sighing as you listened to the sound that filled your ears.
Idle chatter heard was the first thing you could hear the second being low music that played throughout the cafe, a Taylor Swift song that you didn't know the title of.
As you focused even further you suddenly heard quiet breathing from the booth. You snapped your head instantly in the direction of the noise, flushing red with embarrassment.
"Oh god, I'm so sorry, I didn't know someone was in the booth." You rushed out slightly embarrassed, not expecting someone in so early and in the booth.
A quiet whimsical laugh filled your ears, you tilted your head to the side. You knew that laugh, it sounded so familiar.
"No it's my fault for not saying anything before, I'm really sorry." The woman apologised back, a small laugh still noticeable in her voice.
Your eyes widened dramatically behind your thick black sunglasses, you definitely knew that voice.
As you tried not to physically explode when you realised Jenna Ortega was sitting in front of you, you rubbed the back of your neck as you smiled crookedly.
"I should've asked if someone was here, nobody's usually at this booth, especially this early in the morning." You explained to her as you clicked your fingers, Yelena swiftly moved to your side, her harness already between your fingers.
"Honestly you don't have to apologise, we can share the booth if you'd like?" She offered in a honey sweet voice, her voice enchanting you as it did when you were sixteen.
You honestly couldn't believe your absolute luck, I mean it's not everyday you'd run into Jenna fucking Ortega.
Loosening your grip on Yelena's harness you gave an eager nod to her, smiling brightly. "Yeah that sounds great." You told her as you slowly sat down, Yelena moving to sit down on the floor next to you.
"I'm Jenna." She says, you smile at her as you extend your hand to her direction. "Pleasure to meet you Jenna, I'm Y/n."
Her soft hand met yours as she gave it a gentle shake, her fingers having a strong yet a gentle grip on your hand. It was as if electricity coursed through your veins the moment her palm connected with yours, tingling your entire body from your fingertips to your ears.
Your and Jenna's hands lingered there for longer than any handshake should be, as if both of you didn't want to take your hands back.
Slowly, you and the brunette did eventually pull away as you smiled nervously at her, still heavily intimidated that you were currently sitting in a cafe with Jenna Ortega.
"Are you a regular here?" She asked once the two of you had duly pulled away, her hand grasping around her mug. You nodded your head as you smiled softly. "Yeah I've been coming here for years. You?"
Jenna smiled at you as she sipped her coffee, a gentle smile toying on her lips. "I just found this place a few months ago and have been coming here at least two times a week ever since then. I've never seen you here before though."
You snorted out a laugh. "I've definitely not seen you."
Jenna stumbled over her words as she let out a nervous laugh, not knowing how to respond to your joke. Most people didn't know how to react whenever you made a joke about your blindness. They'd always get flustered as if they'd offend you if they'd laugh at your joke.
"You can laugh, I wouldn't have said it if I didn't want you to laugh." At that Jenna finally let out a genuine laugh, not a nervous awkward laugh people do when they don't know whether to laugh or not.
Your heart fluttered in your chest the same way it did when you were sixteen as you heard her laugh, it still being one of the most heavenly things you had ever heard.
As her laughter died down Jenna was leaning on her hand as she gazed at your features, a smitten smile already on her face.
"Why've you been coming here for years?" Jenna asked curiously, her sole focus still on you. You purse your lips momentarily as you think of an actual reason. "Well, I've been told the place is beautiful and they serve the best cinnamon latte I've ever tasted."
Jenna grinned as her eyes flickered down to her drink, a cinnamon latte; her favourite.
"Is that your favourite?" She voiced as her slender fingers wrapped around the warm mug. You nodded your head with your own smile on your lips. "Yeah, been my favourite forever. The ones here are just so strong it beats any other cafe."
Jenna hummed as she sipped her latte. "That I agree with."
You grinned at her as you felt more relaxed with the entire situation, relaxing into your chair as you listened intently to her.
Footsteps were heard coming in your direction, light but they were still noticeable. You moved your head in the direction of the footsteps as you smiled, you already knew who it was from the footsteps.
"Nance, great to hear you again." You greeted her with a grin, the old woman cackled as she arrived at your booth.
"Y/n, my favourite customer. How've you been, dear?" She asked as she bent down to place the dog bowl full of cold water and a few ice cubes for Yelena, the golden dog greedily began slurping away at the beverage the moment it touched the ground.
You nodded your head weakly. "Mediocre but much better now since I arrived here." Nancy let out a quick chuckle as she shook her head. "One cinnamon latte, I'm guessing?"
"You know me too well." You answered with a smile as you turned back to face the woman sitting across from you.
"You want another one, Jen?" She asked as she turned to face her; Jenna nodded her head with a polite smile on her face. "Please."
Nancy nodded her head as she scribbled away on her christmas notepad. "Two cinnamon lattes for the two lovely ladies. Enjoy your date girls." She said with a mischievous grin that only Jenna witnessed before she turned away to go make your drinks.
You blushed heavily, looking down as you hoped Jenna wouldn't notice it. Little did you know Jenna herself had a soft blush that tainted her cheeks beautifully.
Coughing, you covered your hand with your mouth as you picked your head back up, your face facing Jenna's.
"Great minds think alike?"
Jenna laughed lightly as she looked at you in awe. "Only the greatest."
You quickly realised that conversation between you and Jenna flowed by swiftly.
Jenna eventually did bring up the fact she was a well known actress, to which you simply replied with what you knew.
She was slightly surprised but it didn't change how she spoke to you, and it never changed for you once.
Both you were so lost in your own small world in the corner of the cafe neither of you even noticed how much time had passed.
As you were telling her the story of how you almost died twice in the same holiday her phone rang loudly, interrupting you quite rudely.
Jenna groaned as she glanced at the screen, her face souring as she noticed her time with you was up.
"It's my manager, probably wondering where I am." She explained as she declined the call, clicking the 'Sorry, I can't call right now.' option as she shoved her phone into her pocket.
You exhaled as your fingers played with the empty mug in front of you. "Duty calls?"
Jenna frowned as she nodded her head, growing the urge to throw her phone out the window as she felt the low vibrations of the text messages from her boss.
"Unfortunately." She grumbled as she looked at her half empty cup of latte. You smirked at her as you stopped moving your fingers. "What, you don't wanna leave me or something?"
"Nah, I just don't wanna go listen to my manager yap for hours."
"Wow, being mean to a blind woman? I'll cancel you for that, Ms Ortega." You remarked with a playful smile, chuckling yourself.
Jenna shook her head amused as she ignored the onslaught of messages from her manager.
"Cancel me? Oh no, what could I do to make you rethink your decisions?" Jenna asked, her voice dripping with sarcasm as she lifted her mug to take another sip of her drink.
Your mouth was running much faster than your mind, before you could even process the words coming out of your mouth you replied back to her in a confident voice.
"Take me out on a date." You answered in lightning speed with a nervous smile, a blush appeared on your cheeks moments after you noticed what you said.
Jenna was silent for a moment, in that small moment your confidence was easily diminished as your fear began increasing as fast as your heart beat.
"I'm sorry, I don't know where that came from. I know we just met and I probably just made you really uncomfortable." You apologised as you tilted your head down.
"Y/n." Jenna said.
You ignored her as you kept apologising to her, you had already convinced yourself she was going to reject you and thought you were weird.
"I honestly don't know what came over me, I probably just ruined any small potential of a friendship we could've had by that." You carried on apologising, unaware of the delighted smile on Jenna's face.
"Y/n." She said with a more firm tone, her voice raised to steal your attention. Gingerly you lifted your head, that scarlet red hue still tainted your cheeks.
"I'd love to go on a date with you." Jenna exclaimed in her sweet voice that practically made your nervous frown flip into a boisterous smile.
"Really?" You asked in disbelief.
Jenna laughed as she nodded her head, her smile so wide she was showing her pearly whites to the world.
"Really." She confirmed as she lowered her empty mug, placing it next to yours. "I'd love nothing more if I'm being honest."
You beamed at her words, your heart never calmed down as you still couldn't believe Jenna Ortega said she wanted to go on a date with you.
Abruptly, Jenna's phone rang loudly once again, making you and Jenna annoyed at the distribution.
"Can I have your number?" Jenna asked you as she ignored the ringing, you nodded your head eagerly.
"Oh thank god you asked for it, I was so scared you were gonna say something like 'fate will bring us together again.'" You replied as you took out your phone from your pocket, passing it over to Jenna.
She giggled as she looked for your number on your phone. "You don't believe in fate or something?"
You shook your head. "Oh no, I believe in fate. I just don't think fate would let me magically see you and spot you in public." You joked as Jenna began entering her own number into your phone after she was done with hers.
Jenna didn't say anything as she chuckled quietly, passing your phone back to you.
"I really have to leave now, otherwise my manager will actually send a team looking for me." Jenna apologised with a sigh. You laughed softly as you smiled as softly at her.
"I'll call you?" She asked as you heard her shuffle out of her side of the booth. Your head followed the movement of the noise, nodding your head with a smile.
"I'll be waiting."
"I won't make you wait too long."

pocket size - P. Hynes White
masterlist
mentions of: height? idk let me know if you find any!
synopsis: percy liked that you are shorter than him
a/n: i’m no longer writing for him so plz no hate!!!!
12 inches. a whole foot shorter. you were 5”2 and Percy was 6”2. he liked how he could tower you. he liked the way you would have to look up at him. he especially appreciated when it was sunny outside because you would have to look up and the sun would catch your eyes making you scrunch your face. he also enjoyed how your hands would be wayyyy smaller than his. but out of all these things, his favorite thing about how short you were was putting his head on top of yours and wrapping his hands around your waist.
You and Percy have been dating for a year. you bumped into him in a pharmacy, trying to develop your film. Percy was waiting next to you holding his camera and you with yours.
“you take pictures” he tries to start a conversation with a girl he found attractive
“yeah, just started with this, I have an actual camera,” you say smiling weakly
“I think you should keep using a disposable camera so we could bump into one another more often,” he says trying to secure a date with you
“or you could just ask for my number” a date you wanted
“would Instagram be included in that bundle” he tried to stalk you, he tried to find out who you were as a person
“or maybe on the other hand I actually don’t have a number” you try to joke
“no don’t be like that” he’s a little flustered now
a few days later after that interaction, you were on a date. after that date led to more dates than asking for you to be his officially. it was nice to have someone to call yours and be excited to hang out with whenever possible.
—-
“ready to head out,” Percy says wrapping his hands around your waist as you’re putting on the final touches of your makeup and hair
“yeah, one second,” you say putting on some perfume that Percy got you during his time in Romania. it was vanilla-scented. your favorite
you were ready to go out on your date. the date was a dinner and you wanted to bet Percy that he was going to move your seat next to his to be able to sit next to you.
right, when you were seated across from each other Percy gets up and moves his chair in the middle asking you to do the same and you did. the thing is that you thought that the distance between the two of you was perfect, but in Percy's eyes he thought differently, he scooted your chair so his practically touched. the whole night after was him with his arm around your shoulder or his hand lying on your thigh.
—-
during car rides, Percy likes to put his hand on your lap. squeezing it and making his fingers dance around. when it was summer he liked how you would dangle your head out the window. how your hair would dance in the wind.
he also liked how in the winter you would bundle up and wear his hoodies because they were so warm but you secretly liked the smell of them. he liked that you would wear the hood and sit on the car seat with yours legs held to your chest because you were so cold.
—-
he never cared about the arts really until he met you. he liked being able to take pictures of you in his bed in a small form but never liked actually making the art. he never learned from the lessons that Netflix made him do.
he liked how you would look when putting your head on his bicep. while you would observe the art. he would have you wrapped around his arms. his head on top of yours. you would talk about all the details of the painting and he would listen nodding and humming in amusement.
one thing the two of you had in common was liking films. every Tuesday heading to the closest AMC theatre. you would watch films and analyze them together afterward.
the theatre had reclining seats and you could move the middle cup holder up so the both of you could cuddle together. and that’s what you did.
every film no matters if it was scary or not you would lie on his chest while he wrapped his arms around you. (the same way you both slept) you liked the way his heart would beat speed up when he would look down on you. you could tell because his head would move around. and you could tell his shit-eating grin was on his face once again.
of course, afterward, you would talk about the film going back to your shared place. he would laugh at your theories of the film. he would play your theories in his head on the way to sleep and they would always make sense.
—-
he also liked baking with you. he liked how you would move around a lot and get the batter on your face somehow. he liked that you had your hair back in a messy style and would have an apron on. sleeves rolled up ready to take on whatever you were doing
“perc! I need your help” you yelled and saw him resting his body on the wall that splits your living room from the kitchen
“what do you need my highness” he bows down
“I need you to get me the pink bowl on the top right cabinet” you point to the thing causing your pissed-off state.
you never understood why he never got you a stool. maybe he liked being of help and being able to be in your bubble while you bake. because he never once got in the way of your work.
he never once let you put the pan into the oven because he was scared you would burn yourself. which never happened when you were on your own.
“why can’t I do it,” you ask feeling like all the work he has done
“don’t want you to get burnt,” he says opening the oven and putting in the pan
“there are mittens for a reason, y’know they aren’t decorations”
“but you look so pretty all healthy and smooth,” he says getting the brown batter from your nose and licking his finger clean
he liked cleaning up with you. playing with bubbles and splashing you with water. he grew in love with your face, he grew to be able to read your facial expressions. enough being said he could read how pissed you were but he knew to not mess around anymore.
waiting for the pastry was enjoyable. he liked waiting on the couch with you. you were in between his legs and your head rested on his chest. you would scroll on your phone and Percy would watch. when the pastry was ready you both would always burn yourselves it was like you never learned. and you would both laugh at each other. but it was enjoyable and you both would finish it in a day.
—-
the get-together was at his place. it was strictly just the cast. they slowly started to pile in through the door. he was excited to be reunited with them. he found the friends that he loved. and you were happy for him. as he greeted everyone he was ready to sit down on the couch and you were close behind. he was holding your hand guiding you to your seat.
another thing Percy was extremely mad about was you sitting on his lap. no matter if there was plenty of space everywhere else. he loved sitting with you. he especially did this when you were laying on the couch watching some TikToks and he would make you get up and lay on top of him. it would make you go crazy and not in a good way. but it made him happy so you let it slide.
“so how long have you two dated” hunter asked
“About two years,” Percy says playing with your hair. twisting it and fiddling with it between his two fingers
Emma was trying to get your attention. she thought you were interesting. she liked the way you probably have a lot to say but just keep to yourself. she knew deep down you were funny because well you were dating Percy.
“what’s something that Percy has done here that no one else knows about,” Emma asks looking directly at you. you start laughing at the thought
“no-“ Percy says trying to hold you from saying it
“he…he sings t swift when he’s bored” Percy tried to cover your mouth before you finished the sentence, but it was too late because what you said was out and everyone was laughing
“so- uh- so who wants to play uno” Percy says trying to move the conversation
wanting to get the Uno cards that were under the coffee table. in a red tin box that once contained chocolates, Percy got you for valentines day. once you got it you were walking to his kitchen. all the seats were taken and Percy put you on his lap. he shuffled the cards and something about that no matter who did it, was attractive. Percy however liked the way your hands made the Uno cards look humongous while he made them look tiny.
“Are you both teaming?” Jenna asked
“should we” Percy whispers in your ear sending butterflies straight to your stomach
“Sure,” you say kissing his cheek and everyone started teaming up.
halfway through the game, Percy has half the deck with him.
“I should've never teamed with you” you laugh at just seeing the cards
“I’ll make us win don’t worry” he had his eyes wide like he was determined. and that he was because he always kept his promises to you.
and by the end of the night you both did. he liked the way your eyes would sparkle with joy that only lit up with winning. how you would wrap your hands around him and laugh.
—-
one thing Percy hated was high heels. it was like they were enemies. you never understood it. it wasn’t like you would get whiny about the heels hurting you. in fact it was the opposite. you would run dance jump all of it and all Percy’s face was saying is how much he hated those things giving you height.
he liked that you would have to tip-toe for him but those were easy access they took one of his favorite things about you. and if he could he would destroy them all.
he liked that at the end of the day, you would dress in his clothes to go to bed. it was practically a nightgown for you. he liked how you would clean your face and make sure you felt clean. he liked the way you would be ready to go to bed and not even act like you didn’t want to be by him. because you did you wanted him to wrap his arms around you because it is reassuring and comforting. and wake up in that same form in the morning.
