Just got my wedding dress and cape back from @gracegowncare and it looks beyond perfect! I was hesitant to send it so far away to have it cleaned and preserved but it was 100% worth it and I couldn't be more impressed. Nadine and her team went through the entire cleaning and preservation process with microscopic precision and documented everything in video links with them going through every single layer of the dress, and also through Zoom calls. They updated me every step of the way, even though Covid had gotten in their way. When I got my gown and cape back, they were packed in two beautiful display boxes, each with a clear window to see each item.
