Also increasingly aware that a LOT of people "manage" getting through the 40+ hour work week by sleeping less than is healthy and relying on stimulants like coffee and energy drinks to keep them going.

For people who are unwilling or unable to do this...work really does just dominate your life. Like we really should not have to rely on unhealthy practices just to have a social life or keep on top of housework or whatever.

okay so. basic gist of the au: thespius and click clack are living their best lives as mortals, and thespius just got elected for godhood. exciting, right? weeeell… he ends up dying shortly before ascending (+ before click clack could ever confess his feelings), and clicky's forced to go on without him. there's no new god that year.

another 33 years pass where click clack's just (barely) trying to survive without thespius. they still become a god. they still become Click Clack—but something is off. how can a god live for the rest of eternity without his other half? how can they live for centuries knowing that they're eventually going to forget everything about their beloved?

click clack tries ignoring this. he tries to find every opportunity to be with thespius. he sleeps and sleeps (despite gods not actually Needing sleep)—but it's all slipping away from him. his memories of thespius are fading. but they still miss him. they still love him as much as they did the day he died.

Maybe it was the added steam between the both of them, or the closeness you could get when cramped inside a shower stall. But he really couldn't resist much when the blonde invited him into the stall.

The water was a bit too warm, for Johnny's preference, but it was still relaxing all the same. He could feel Simon's hands on his mohawk, muttering about how 'bloody ugly it is' and how 'I 'ought to shave it off one day'. He ignores Simon's vaguely offensive comments and focused on the feeling of Simon's hands carding through his hair.

It wasn't everyday you get the privilege of getting time off with your loved ones in the military, nor is it often that Simon gets some time off for once. He could smell the fancy lavender conditioner from behind, Simon pulling at his hair as he applied the flowery oil.

'Didnae knew you enjoy these, L.t, saw your cabinet full of mouthwash'

He comments, almost cheekily staring at him before getting smacked right side up on the head for his admission of sneaking into Simon's office.

"Bastard. I'll get you next time"

Johnny could only admire the slight wrinkles around Simon's eyes as he gave out a puff, how his freckles seemed more obvious in the heat of the bathroom.

"Awhhhh, are ya blushing now, Si? Proper schoolboy couldn't keep it in, yea?"

He didn't move fast enough to avoid a second smack, though it hardly deterred him. He could see Simon rolling his eyes as he yanks his mohawk, guiding him towards the water. Johnny could feel Simon's hands again, this time lathering his body with soap.

Johnny could feel his blood rushing south as Simon leaned in far too close, close enough to press him against a wall and speak into his ear.

'Disgusting fella with a damn right filthy mouth, aren't ya? Let's see how much you act like a schoolboy then, hmm?'

Johnny lasts a ground breaking record of 12 minutes before tugging Simon back to bed, soap still clinging onto their bodies as they fucked.

while i definitely get everyone's reasoning, it's a bit funny that ford trying to restrict his diet to healthy food is such a popular hc cos the family spoiled stan for a week by giving him all his fave foods (to the point that they just have like. bowls of bacon on the floor) plus we have ford being the one to give stan alcohol on multiple occasions and i doubt anyone can break stan's pitt cola addiction....

also if ford still keeps up his training regime i think stan would bully him for that- 'oh look at me i do 1000 pushups every morning and eat steamed carrots for fun!!' 'nutrition pills actually' 'that's worse!!!!! you do know that right!!!'
