realized this morning after my second migraine, red hot rash on my face, extreme skin sensitivity, hella fatigue, not being able to sleep, that whoops! maybe I am indeed in a flare up
#I think it’s because I tanned for like 2 hours in 10 UV yesterday#and i’m really stressy lately#can we talk about the skin sensitivity tho????#it feels like my entire stomach is bruised and also being stabbed with needles at the slightest touch#usually is my arm or something so stomach is interesting#personal#lupus#well….lupus???#we’re still up in the air im gonna be seeing a new rheumatologist soon
