Amazon may have listened when we asked for twink Annatar but they sure as hell did not listen when we asked for Matt Berry as Tom Bombadil and for that I can’t forgive them

#lotr #rings of power #tom bombadil #my biggest casting dissapoointments of the year were not getting michael sheen as regis in the witcher #and now no matt berry as tommy b?? its just not okay #we were so close with twinky halbrannatar but alas #i should’ve known better #i’m genuinely scared to know what they will do with tom’s character #i really want to like this show but they don’t make it easy #honestly the only good thing is the diverse casting which is what a lot of people who hate it complain about #like I have no problem with casting people of color in middle earth but leaving out matt berry is a sin i can’t forgive
