#buys out companies#wonders where all the monry went#lays off and shuts down entire companies#entire 60 person studio shut down with 0 notice#LIKE WE STILL WENT TO SCRUM#AND THEN NEXT MEETING WE DIDNT HAVE JOBS#its been 12 hours since the news dropped#ive already cried buckets of tears and had heart to hearts with my coworkers#vaguely threatened that i knew how to make molotovs cause it was one of the things I coded lmao#we still had somr laughs and reminiscing but i think im just numb now#i loved every single one of my coworkers#and im so FUCKING gutted that im never going to be on a team with all of them again#i know everyone clowns on the 'we're a family' thing with jobs#but we really were like one
