Truly the most bull shitty bullshit happens on the last run of the day
Didn't die though!
#nearly fucking died today but didnt!#like actual legit thought i was toast for a good 15 minutes#we missed a turn off and ended up in some horrible land full of steeeeeeeeeeeeep narrow chutes between dense pine trees#it was horrible!#we had to side slip down and across and back and forth through it and i almost cried! but didnt!#mostly because my uncle managed to not panic and navitated us through it but boy oh boy i really was genuinely scared for my life#and not in the usual “i need to have a social interaction” anxiety like i actually could have acquired serious injury and or death#my bad leg was down hill holding the brunt of it for at least 75% of it too!#and like it was not good skiing it was literally slow calculated painful scratchy side slipping down#low key will probs have nightmares about it#it was so goddamn QUIET in there too not peaceful quiet#more like a “no one to hear you scream” quiet#which added to the whole thing bc truly if we got injured or stuck in there no one would know what happened they wouldnt find us#except by accident#im feeling good though!#probably the endorphins from the whole “im not dead!” of it all#it was really a good day up until the#we love skiing!
