Oh dear! It would be a real shock and horror if a silly little guy did a pure evil act and- GASP!!- decorated somebody's house for them!!!
A drawing as part of @mesevents Halloween gift exchange! I saw @ascelhire 's little guy Impy and knew immediately what was required of me. With that description of her horrific act of folding an unsuspecting victim's laundry, I knew he was the one :D
