Assuming that Thritf and Bay ARE Moon's parents, and considering that Thritf is not mentioned as pregnant at any point in Star, I think it's safe to assume that between the end of ASC and the beginning of CS, about 8 moons will pass. Let's assume that the ThritfBay kits and the SunNight kits are the same age.

Cats stay pregnant for two months. After that, we have another six months until they become apprentices. So, assuming CS starts with Moon's apprentice ceremony, at least 8 moons will pass.

This makes the Haven's, Cinnamon's, Blossom's, Lark's, and Feather's litters old enough to be apprentices, and all current apprentices old enough to be warriors.
