kinda hard to explain this one honestly. and I literally dont know what the transitions are through this story. like, I try to go back in time a little bit, but it just looks weird so please if this looks weird, dont judge me-. i'll be honest with you guys here, i dont really like the way this one turned out, but maybe you guys will, so dont be discouraged to read it by me! here's the prompt, and the creator is @write-it-motherfuckers. stay safe, kith 😙💖💕
Kokichi teases y/n about confessing until they do
Lately Ouma had been teasing you to no end. Anytime you're even close to him, he'll walk over and begin teasing you.
"Hey, Y/n-san! Who do you liiike?"
"Nobody, Ouma-kun, I've said this before."
"Awwwh, that's too bad. I totally coulda hooked you up!"
"Sure, Ouma-kun."
Everyone had always found Ouma annoying, but you actually found him quite interesting. Of course he was still irritating at times, but you preferred to look over that and try to see if you could break his emotional mask.
Over time you seemed to be the only one close to Ouma. Your peers always strayed away. Well maybe except for Saihara sometimes, but those interactions were usually initiated by Ouma.
You two were practically joined at the hip. Ouma mainly following you, but you wouldn't hesitate to find him if you were bored or needed someone to talk to.
It had been about three months of school and you two were known in your class as the top couple.
There's actually a top five chart in your class. #1 goes to you and Ouma, #2 is Kaito and Maki, #3 is Saihara and Akamatsu, #4 is Tenko and Himiko, and #5 is Kiibo and Miu.
Your class is.. awfully strange.
You had always brushed the chart off, just wanting to pay attention to your studies and how you could break the leader's mask.
But Ouma tried to use it against you.
"Y/n-san, look! We're the number one couple!"
"Ouma-kun, we're not even dating."
"Maybe we can change that.."
You were only caught off guard the first few times he did it, now you only scoff and blush slightly.
The closest you've ever seen Ouma to breaking was when someone showed him general genuine affection and when people would call him out on a well hidden lie.
You found these out through your friendship. You being you, you did it on accident the first few times, but after realizing it, you would study it and try to use it against him.
"Ouma-kun, come here."
"Yeeeess?"
You stretch out your arms, clearly stating what you want.
Ouma seems to get tense for a second, his facial expression a slight look of surprise, but changes quickly to a smile.
Ouma jumps into your arms and somehow manages to get his legs around your waist so your carrying him.
He takes his head off your shoulder to look at you.
"Nihihi..~ are you sure we're not a couple, Y/n-san?"
You could see some blush on his face with how close you two were.
"Ouma-kun, are you blushing?"
Again his face shows surprise, quickly going back to normal.
"Y/n-san, just answer the question!"
"Yeah Ouma-kun, I'm sure."
"Awwwh! And here I was hoping you'd kiss me."
Your face flushes red as he jumps from your arms and runs off like nothing just happened.
That was awhile ago. Now you usually end up just carrying Ouma, him even coming to you when he claims hes tired.
Now you had been in school for about 6 months and you were getting stressed.
All this time you were trying to break the Ultimate Supreme Leader's mask, yet you seemed to be breaking yourself.
You had never really known someone so strange and so normally unlikable.
And yet you seemed to be slowly falling in love with the Ultimate Supreme Leader, Kokichi Ouma.
You decide to tell him at lunch that day.
You grab your lunch from your locker and begin walking down the halls. Surprisingly, Shinguuji calls your name as your walking.
"Good evening, y/n-San. How are you?"
"I'm doing pretty good actually. I was just on my way to lunch. Did you need something?"
"Ah, yes, I noticed how close you and Ouma-kun were and I was wondering if you perhaps had romantic feelings for him. I pay no regards to that silly chart our peers have made. This is from my own studies."
While Shinguuji was trying to explain his reasoning behind his prediction, your face lit up like a christmas light.
Was it actually obvious?
You had no time to dwell on that now.
"Y-yeah.. I think I do like him, but I have to go now! Dont want my lunch to get cold! Bye Shinguuji-kun!"
You run off hoping Shinguuji wont be mad since you just kinda left. You get to the lunch room and see Ouma sitting at his usual table alone. Like usual.
You sit down and a smile appears on his once bored face.
"Y/n-San! You're late, what happened?"
"Oh, Shinguuji-kun wanted to talk to me. I tried to get here as quick as possible so I had to run away. I really hope I didnt make him mad."
"What'd he want?"
You remember what Shinguuji asked you and you feel your face heat up. But you quickly get yourself together so you can get these feelings off your chest.
"I have to tell you something."
"Oooh~ are you about to profess your undying love for me, y/n-san?"
"Yes, I am."
"....What?"
You confess to Ouma, all the while, looking down. When you finish, you look up and see that Ouma's face is mostly unreadable except for the harsh blush on it.
Had you finally broken the leader and his mask?
"Holy crap y/n, did you break him!?"
Kaito seemed to take notice of Ouma's state and made you two the center of attention.
"Hey guys look! Y/n broke Ouma!"
Suddenly, a somewhat surprising amount of your classmates gather around your table.
"Ah, so it is true that you have romantic feelings for Ouma-kun."
That was the last thing you heard before you felt someone drag you off.
"Ouma-kun?"
"Nihihi~ You cant just confess to me and not expect attention from those idiots y/n-San! Now..."
Ouma suddenly stops and grabs you by the shoulders.
He pulls you close and softly kisses you. Ouma pulls back after a few seconds and grins.
"Nihihi~ look at you y/n-san! You're all red! *Gasp* Does this mean we're dating now!? Are we, are we!?"
You stood there in shock for a second. You honestly got lost in thought for a second. But you regain your thoughts again and look down at Ouma.
You kiss Ouma on the cheek before smiling at him softly.
"Yeah Ouma-kun. If you're sure."
"O-of course! Nihihihi~"

Drunk uncle Dante explains: How babies are made
The sequel nobody asked for! Drunk uncle Dante is back with another disastrous story for poor innocent baby Nero.
Written purely for laughs and giggles, so it’s not meant to be taken seriously at all. Also, this is merely a parody of a series of videos called ‘Drunk uncle explains’, you can check the original video right here if you want to (It’s in spanish however, but subtitles are available).
Warning: Slight NSFW? I mean this is Dante we are talking about, do you seriously expect him to behave properly and watch his mouth? Obviously not!
……….
Dante was currently sitting on his old worn out leather couch, a warm cup of tea resting between his hands. He gently blew on it to help cool it down before taking a sip, the bitter taste overwhelming his tastebuds and making him contort his face in disgust. He didn’t understand why his brother Vergil insisted so much on him to start drinking more tea instead of beer and whiskey, still he didn’t have the heart to reject the warm cup Vergil had prepared for him previously.
Of course, one shouldn’t expect Dante to behave for once. Eyeing the whiskey bottle on the table next to him, he reached for the bottle and poured a generous amount of alcohol into his tea.
Taking another sip, he smiled in content. ‘Much better’ he muttered to himself, leaning back to enjoy some relaxing time.
That is until a light set of footsteps hurriedly approached him. “Uncle Dante! Uncle Dante!” Little Nero skipped excitedly before sitting on the floor right in front of his uncle.
“What do you want now kid?” Dante asked before taking a sip from his beverage.
“How are babies made?”
Spitting out tea out of sheer shock and surprise, Dante looked at his baby nephew with a bewildered look on his face. Whelp, he definitely wasn’t expecting that one at all.
“Ewww! That was gross uncle Dante!” Nero giggled while looking at the disaster his uncle made on the carpet.
“Whoa kid wait a minute now, why did you come up with that question?”
“Please uncle Dante, I’m curious to know!” Oh no, not the puppy eyes again...
“Alright, alright then kid. Let’s see.” He cleared his throat “How babies are made.”
“Yayyy! Thank you uncle Dante!”
“No need to thank me buddy, after all, I know for sure that you have a reeeally irresponsible father. But luckily you have me, a smart and educated uncle, a man of the world-”
“Silence you sovereign buffoon!” Vergil’s angry voice interrupted from inside a nearby room. “Or should I remind you about the time you failed preschool?”
“C’mon Verge! I’m saying that I’m a guy who reads a lot, books and all that stuff-”
“Porn magazines don’t count as books you scum!”
“I already explained a thousand times, those are artistic nudes goddammit!”
Letting out a frustrated growl at his brother, Dante calmed down before turning once again to Nero who was looking at him expectantly.
“Now, let’s see how babies are made. Once upon a time, there was a little bee. A very handsome and well-endowed bee who had the biggest stinger in the entire world.” Dante smirked to himself, the man obviously picturing himself.
“Oh really?” Vergil called out once again. “When you were born, our father mistook you for a baby girl!”
“Well if you saw me now, the joke would totally be on you...” Dante muttered under his breath before clearing his throat and continuing with the story. “Anyways. This bee was seeking a pretty flower to hang out with, but because he didn’t have enough cash to get into a strip club, the bee ended up getting into a bar.”
“Wait uncle Dante, what is a strip club?”
“Well let’s say it’s kinda liiike... a luxury flower shop.”
“Really? Can you take me there to get a flower? Pretty please?”
“Ehhh no because emm...” Dante now struggled to find a good excuse to stop Nero from wanting to go to a ‘strip club’, that is until the light bulb in his head finally went on. “The flowers are actually fake! They may look pretty but really they’re made of plastic. But if you insist, once you turn 18 I promise to take you to one. You’re paying tho.”
“Yayy! Thank you uncle Dante!” Little Nero beamed, blissfully ignorant to the truth.
“So! The little bee walked into the bar where he found his flower, and man what a flower she was! Beautiful, gorgeous, with enormous bouncy petals and-” he described as both his hands made grabby gestures above his chest.
“COULD YOU STOP TALKING TO MY SON AS IF HE WERE ONE OF YOUR ACQUAINTANCES?!”
“Whatever, sheesh...” Dante rolled his eyes. Seriously, his brother was no fun at all.
“And then did the little bee give the pretty flower his pollen?”
“Oh not yet, little buddy! First he invited her a few drinks to get to know each other a little better, like a nice glass of honey on... the rocks. And then, the little bee took her to the bathroom.”
Nero’s eyes filled with confusion “The bathroom? Why?”
“Because the flower ehhh...” this story was getting harder to explain for a drunken Dante, the last time his brain had to work like this was Christmas last year. “She needed some water! Yeah, that... except the flower may have misunderstood the intentions of the little bee.” With his head down, he quietly muttered his next words “Damn, I can still feel the slap she gave me.”
“I once dressed as a flower for a school play.” Nero added proudly and Dante couldn’t help but chuckle at the adorable image in his mind. How fondly he remembered that day, to this day he still kept the pictures he took.
“The little bee tried his best to flirt with the other flowers but with no success, that is until a special flower walked into the bar. She was quite the pretty thing, with bright eyes and a personality like no other... truly a beautiful lady.”
“Wait, Lady? The woman who you now owe lots of money and because of that she took your car?”
“No that ain’t true! She only borrowed the car temporarily!”
“And now here you are!” Vergil’s voice rang throughout the room, ready to complain about Dante again with no doubt. “Living in my house like a pathetic parasite!”
“You are still making me pay rent, though?!”
“You owe FOUR months already!”
Dante sighed in defeat. What a rotten luck he had in life.
“Okay, let’s continue with our story. The little bee had no luck finding a flower, but surprisingly, his uglier and way smaller twin brother-” he voiced rather loudly so Vergil could perfectly hear “-actually did get one. He took the flower to his hive where he gave her some pollen; however, the ugly bee couldn’t pull out his teeny tiny stinger on time. And nine months later, a new baby bee was born from the flower: a beautiful white-haired bumblebee named Nero.”
The devil hunter smiled warmly at the boy sitting in front of him, whose arrival to their lives was truly a blessing to the rather odd family they had going on.
The boy giggled cutely, a faint blush on his round cheeks. “Thank you for the story uncle Dante.” The man smiled in return before taking a sip from his spiked tea. For a moment he believed that the little one would now get up and leave as he would normally do after one of his stories. Oh how wrong he was.
“But there’s something I still don’t understand.” Nero questioned “In which part of the story do the sperm, the penis and the vagina come in?”
Dante did another spit take, the carpet once again completely soaked in tea and alcohol. “Wait WHAT?!”
“Contrary to you, my dear brother,” Vergil entered the scene, picking up little Nero and carrying him in his arms. “I do actually make sure to always give my son the best and most complete education possible. Now if you excuse us, it’s time for Nero to go visit his friend Kyrie like I promised him the other day. Say goodbye to your uncle, Nero.” At the mention of his friend’s name, the boy beamed and tightly hugged his dad, thanking him over and over.
“See you later, uncle Dante!” And with those words, the stoic devil hunter turned around and made his way to the door with his son in arms, leaving Dante with a rather flabbergasted expression on his face.

tj comforts cyrus after he sees andi kiss jonah at open mic night. doesn’t have to be romantic tyrus
but anon, ima make it romantic. anyways uh disregard every interaction between tyrus after the j*ndi kiss; because they get together in this, thanks bye. canon divergence time fellas. I accidentally made this a tad angsty and also sprinkled in jealousy oh no. also its 12am n im too tired to edit tonight ill do it tomorrow on ao3 lmfao.
meet me in the park.
AO3
TJ was almost terrified to make eye contact with him. They sat on the swings, as they had weeks before, and a couple times after that. TJ had been excited to see Cyrus come walking over, until he got close enough to see the look on his face. Cyrus had been going off on a ten minute rant about Andi and Jonah kissing back at open mic night in Red Rooster Records. TJ listened intently the whole time, but with every piece of Cyrus’ mind that fell from his lips, his heart sank down a little further.
Cyrus definitely sounded like he was jealous.
“…Why is it weird?” TJ had asked him.
“Maybe because they’re my friends? I don’t know. I’d probably understand if I had actually kissed someone before.” Cyrus stopped talking, and wanted to slap himself for ever opening his mouth.
TJ’s tone didn’t change. “You’ve never kissed anyone before?”
Why not? You’re too cute for no one to have liked you. I can’t be the only one.
“Is that bad?”
“No.”
“Well,” Cyrus bit his lip, hesitating. “I did…once. A couple months ago, I think. Amber introduced me to this girl– Iris– and we ended up dating for like a week. We kissed at some point. It was awful, I don’t remember it too well.” He shifted uncomfortably on his swing, his hands gripping the chains rather awkwardly.
Why are they sweating?
“Huh. She never told me any of that.” TJ paused, going back over his memories of ‘mean Amber’, that weren’t too difficult to recall. “Come to think of it, all she did back then was complain about Andi and all of her exes.” Cyrus laughed, and caused a smile to come to TJ’s face. Cyrus noticed, and found himself wishing he could see it more often.
Cyrus’ own smile vanished when TJ spoke up again. “Cyrus? Are you jealous?” His head snapped to meet TJ’s gaze, where he was staring right at him. He shut his eyes so maybe when he opened them, TJ would have disappeared. He opened them after a moment, when he realized that he really didn’t want him to leave. He’d heard that question before. With Buffy, when he first told anyone that he liked a boy. That he liked Jonah. But maybe things had changed since then.
“I think I used to be.” TJ tilted his head at this, confused.
“I guess,” Cyrus paused, and drew in a deep breath. He considered his next words carefully. “…maybe, I thought…I’d be the one to have…Jonah…like…me…back.” He voice grew quieter with each word, and he simultaneously hoped TJ had and hadn’t heard Jonah’s name leave his mouth.
TJ felt frozen. He was relieved, but also could have vomited. Because Cyrus liked a boy. His crush liked a boy.
And it wasn’t him.
“Cool,” A voice in TJ’s brain was screaming at him, berating him for shutting down like he always did. But he almost made himself vulnerable, he made Cyrus vulnerable; and in the end it just fucked everything up.
Because Cyrus didn’t like him.
I’m an idiot.
“Great story, underdog, but I think I should be going.” He stood up, shoving his hands in his pockets; and turned his back to the swingset, so the other boy wouldn’t see him trying to blink back tears.
Cyrus voice was soft, but it cut so sharply into TJ’s ears that he almost bolted and ran home right there. “TJ…” He knew Amber would be pissed if he did. He’d shared too much of his feelings for Cyrus with her since the day they first hung out at the park. She had been pushing him to say something for weeks now.
TJ could feel his legs shaking now, threatening to give way beneath him. Why couldn’t he handle being open for ten fucking seconds? He hadn’t even said anything, all he had done was ask Cyrus a question.
“TJ,” Cyrus repeated, more serious. The other boy had to force himself to turn around and look him in the eyes. TJ was thankful the dark would be hiding the deep red painting his face right now.  “I don’t like Jonah anymore, if that’s what you’re worried about.” He watched as TJ’s eyes widened.
“How did you–?”
“All four of my parents are shrinks,” Cyrus reminded him, only half joking about it. “I’m going to be honest though, my romantic feelings for people are…really messy,”
“Mine aren’t.” TJ bragged, shrugging his shoulders.
Cyrus raised an eyebrow, and finally got up from his swing. “Oh, they’re not, are they?”
His heartbeat picked up as Cyrus stepped closer to him. “Nope,” He brushed the question off nonchalantly.
As Cyrus got closer, he noticed the thin streaks of water marking the boy’s cheeks. He reached out to put a hand on TJ’s face, and wiped the tear tracks away. “Then what is that?”
TJ could have sworn he went into cardiac arrest when his body maneuvered to connect his lips with Cyrus’. He hadn’t really meant to, but Cyrus didn’t pull away when he did. If anything, he seemed to be holding on for dear life, his hands moving TJ’s shoulders, and then up to his neck.
When the pair broke, TJ was grinning like an idiot. “Nothing much, just everything I never told you about me.” Cyrus scoffed, and flipped TJ’s hood up, pulling the strings so everything but his nose and lips were hidden.
“You’re so stubborn!”
“That’s ridiculous,” TJ laughed, and struggled to pull open his hood so he could see the boy he had just kissed again. “You love me!” Cyrus crossed his arms and tried his best to hide his smile and the butterflies swarming his lungs and stomach.
“Maybe I do, I don’t know!” Cyrus smacked TJ in the arm lightly, and TJ stumbled back like he’d been hit in the gut.
“You like me, you liiike me!” The other boy teased him, running in circles as Cyrus pretended to chase him around. TJ, being the one that was clearly more physically able, ended up catching Cyrus in a hug from behind, to which the smaller boy protested with trying to squirm from his grasp. He gave up when TJ hugged him tighter, and turned to kiss him again.
And this time, it felt right. It wasn’t because Iris liked him, or because other people wanted them to be a couple. Cyrus was doing it for TJ this time. After that night, he was pretty sure he’d do anything for him.

bird books (stan uris x reader)
Tumblr media
a/n: this is my first stan fic and i had so much fun writing it, i love my son so much ((,: enjoy!
Stan watched the door of his physics classroom intently, waiting for Y/N to walk in. Three other students walked in, momentarily followed by the girl Stan had been waiting for. She saw him and smiled, quickly making her way to the back of the room and sliding into her desk beside Stan’s.
“Hi Stanley,” she said cheerily, placing her textbook down on her desk.
“Hi, Y/N, how was your day?” Stan asked, realizing immediately how awkward he sounded.
“It was alright,” Y/N replied thoughtfully, “but it’s better now, as always, cause I have this class with this really neat guy named Stan.”
Stan laughed, but secretly felt elated by her comment. “Yeah, sure. This class is insanely boring, as am I.”
Y/N rolled her eyes, and they both focused on the teacher as he called out to the class, explaining their assignment for the day and passing out worksheets. She and Stan finished their work rather quickly, and spent the rest of the period talking about different things; she asked about Stan’s birdwatching, he filled her in on the new birds he’d spotted, which was the highlight of Stan’s day. She may not have actually cared, but if she didn’t she did a very good job of pretending that she was intrigued by him and his birds. All too quickly, the class began to draw to an end, and Stan’s elated mood began to drift downwards into disappointment and boredom. The bell rang, and Y/N asked Stan if he’d like to walk with her to her locker so she could give him the history notes he’d missed from a few days ago. He nodded, and walked beside her through the halls, feeling insecure and a little worried that someone would make a comment about them being together, but no one did. Y/N sifted through her shelf of notebooks and binders, found the one labelled World History, and handed it to Stan. As she explained what they’d gone over in class, Beverly spotted them and walked over.
“Oh, hey Bev!” Y/N exclaimed, “I forgot to ask you during class, but do you have plans for tonight? My parents are going to Bangor for the night and I don’t wanna house-sit alone.”
“I’ll be there,” Beverly replied, smiling.
“Great, I’ve gotta get going. See you later!” Y/N closed her locker and headed off down the hallway, while Stan watched after her longingly.
Beverly nudged him in the side, narrowing her eyes at him suspiciously. “Geez, Stan, you’re practically drooling.”
“I am not!” he retorted, looking over at Beverly. She laughed, before her expression transformed into a thoughtful, calculating one. “Do you liiike her?”
Stan shrugged, walking off to find the rest of the Losers. Beverly quickly caught up with him, walking beside him and questioning him about his crush on Y/N.
“Okay, okay, fine- yeah, I like her. But she’s way out of my league, so it’s pointless. I just think she’s really great, she acts like she’s not embarrassed to be seen talking to me, and she asks about my birds, and she’s just so nice and smart and pretty, I can’t help but like her!” Stan explained, though he felt sure that she was only his friend because she was a nice person, and felt bad for him.
Beverly grinned. “I’ve got you, Stan, I’ll get you guys together by tomorrow! She likes you too, I think, she always tells me about you.”
Stan blushed, finding it hard to believe, but Beverly wouldn’t lie to him about something like this, or at least he hoped. “Yeah, I doubt it… but go ahead. If I make a fool of myself though, I’ll never forgive you.”
“Don’t worry, I know what I’m doing,” Beverly assured him, patting him on the back.
Later that afternoon, Beverly and Y/N were sitting on Y/N’s living room couch, watching some random movie they’d found laying around. Neither of them were invested in it, but it just so happened to be an overdramatic romance movie, which reminded Beverly of her task. She looked over at Y/N, who, instead of watching the movie, was looking at a book about birds.
“What’s that?” Beverly asked, peering at the book.
“It’s a bird book,” Y/N replied, glacing up, “I found it in my dad’s office a while back and thought I’d read it so I could kind of understand what Stan was talking about when he talks about birds in class.”
“Oh yeah, he is really into birdwatching,” Bev responded, “so… are you into him?”
“Huh?”
Beverly rolled her eyes. “Don’t ‘huh’ me, Y/N. Are you into Stan?”
Y/N looked away, pretending to watch the movie although they both knew that she wasn’t.
“So you are.”
Y/N shot Beverly a glance out the corner of her eye. “I- yeah, but don’t you dare tell him, Bev! I don’t want him to get weirded out and not talk to me anymore.”
“That wouldn’t happen, trust me. You guys should totally get together, yeah?”
“No way that would ever happen, I’m definitely not his type,” Y/N argued, looking at the couple on the TV screen kind of sadly.
“How do you know what his type is? I think you’re definitely his type- trust me, I’ve known Stan Uris for years and you’re the first girl he’s ever showed any kind of interest in,” Beverly assured her, wrapping an arm around her friend, “Trust me, Y/N, he’s crushing on you, no doubt in my mind about it!”
Y/N sighed, admitting defeat, mostly just so Beverly would drop it. “If you say so, Bev.”
“You’ll see, just wait.”
The next morning, Beverly found Stan before school, a huge grin plastered on her face. “Stan the Man, I worked my magic. She likes you a lot, so be ballsy and ask her out today, okay?”
Stan blushed, hiding his face behind the door of his locker. “I can’t believe you, Bev.”
“That’s not much of a thank you, but it’ll do I guess, you can thank me later after your wonderful date with Y/N,” Beverly teased, leaving Stan a blushing mess.
“Hey- wait- what do I say?” He called, but Beverly was gone. He sighed, shutting his locker and making his way to his first class, a giant ball of anxiety and excitement.
The day went by agonizingly slow, but once he got to his last class, he found that he was painfully nervous, and wishing that his other classes had gone by slower. Y/N came in, looking a little nervous as well, but remaining cheerful as she made her way to her seat and slid into the desk. “Hey Stanley,” she greeted him and they maintained their usual routine, both of them being unbearably nervous, completely unaware of the fact that the other was just as tense. When the bell rang, Y/N said bye to Stan and walked out. Mentally kicking himself, he rushed after her and caught up to her at her locker, awkwardly leaning against it.
“Hey, Y/N, I, um.. Shit, this is so embarrassing, I’m already messing up,” he sputtered, pausing momentarily to gain his composure. Y/N was looking at him, an amused expression on her face. “Would you maybe wanna go out for milkshakes with me tonight, and catch a movie or something?”
“I’d love that, Stanley. And, do you think maybe we could go birdwatching tomorrow? I’ve got this one bird I really wanna try to find,” Y/N’s face lit up as she talked, causing Stan to blush even more as he was captivated once again by how amazing she was.
“Yeah, yeah, we can absolutely do that,” Stan replied, marvelling at how lucky he’d gotten seemingly overnight, “I’ll see you at 6?”
Y/N nodded, a teasing smile forming across her pink cheeks. “I’ll be waiting.”
As Stan walked home, his mind raced. He had finally gotten the courage to ask Y/N on a date, after months of longing after her but fearing they’d only ever be friends.
Thank God for Beverly and her persistence, he thought to himself, a content grin on his face the entire way home.

Angst day fic
Summary: Dean finds a case and takes Sam to go and fight it, but doesn’t tell his friend Y/N. she takes matters into her own hands to find the man she loves.
Characters: dean x reader, Sam x Eileen, Platonic!reader x Eileen, Cas
Warnings: lots of swearing and drinking, torture(not very graphic), canon-typical violence
word count: ~4k
A/N: hey guys! this is my contribution to angst day! i dont know how i feel about it so feedback would be much apreiciated! also its my first fic thats over 2k words yay me!
I had fucked up. I knew it. He knew it. Hell, even Sam knew it.
I don’t know what made me say it. It wasn’t a new thought to me, I had always known, but what possessed me to say the actual words to him (and in such a way??) was beyond me.
When those words left my mouth i knew i had forever changed what we had.
Dean Winchester had found a prophecy and of course like the idiot I knew him to be he went and tried to handle the whole thing on his own. Needless to say, he landed us all in a pretty shitty situation. We had angels after us, not really what ya want on what was supposed to be a chill week post-apocalypse (but who were we kidding that wasn’t gonna happen).
Dean came rushing into the bunker at God knows what hour in the fucking morning shouting about the warding, waking Sam and I from our semi-peaceful slumbers.
“Fuck! FUCK! Where is the goddamn holy oil when you need it!” He said to himself as he tore apart our store rooms.
“Ok, Dean. What the hell is happening? Why the hell are you freaking out?” I sleepily scolded when I walked into the room.
“Angels.” Was the only response I got.
“Well, yeah, I kinda assumed with the holy oil and all,” I snapped.
“Its-there was a-I fucked up,” He finally admitted.
“What did you do?” Asked Sam from his spot in the doorway.
“Prophecy. Pissed some angels off,” He explained in half-sentences while still frantically searching. If whatever he did scared even him we were in big trouble.
“That’s helpful.” Sam snarked as he walked out of the room.
“Ok, look, D. Whatever it is we can figure it out,” I said softly, kneeling next to him.
“Not this time.” I had never heard him sound so defeated.
“Dea- Dean! will you stop and listen to me? Come on, of course, we’ll fight this. No matter what.” I knelt down and grabbed his shoulders making him look at me.
“No. This is my war. You and Sam need to stay away.” I fell back on my heels and threw my arms up.
“Holy shit, I am in love with an idiot! you really think that Sam and i will let you go off on your own and get yourself killed??” I had said it before I even realized. It just slipped out.
“I’m sorry? You’re what?!” He sounded shocked. I mean, he had a reason to be, we had only ever been friends. I mean it’s not every day your best friend say something like I did.
“It doesn't matter, what matters is that we’re not leaving you to do this on your own.” With that, I stood up and tried to walk out of the room with as much dignity as i could. “I’m going to bed, we’ll deal with the angels in the morning,” I called over my shoulder before I left earshot.
I laid on my bed staring at the ceiling, my head just playing that conversation over and over until I finally fell asleep. I can’t believe I actually said that to him. And what the hell are we gonna do about the angels? And why are they pissed in the first place? Oh, tomorrow is gonna be just fantastic.
I woke up around noon the next day dreading what was gonna happen when I saw Dean. When I finally got the balls to get up and go downstairs I threw on my favorite flannel and began my hunt for caffeine.
“Who drank all the goddamn coffee?!” I shouted out of the kitchen. When no one answered I went to go see what was up. I looked around the entire bunker and didn’t find them. I pulled out my phone and instinctually started to put in Deans number before stopping myself knowing that wasn’t something I wanted to deal with yet. Instead, I called Sam. And got his viocemail.
“Hey? Umm.. I don’t know where you guys went but please call me back soon. If you’re hunting/running from something you better tell me where the hell you are so I can come and save your sorry asses.” I paused and took a breath, “And if you idiots are dealing with our angel issue without me I’m going to kill you. Like, you will need Chuck to put you back together after I’m done with you. Call me back.” I slammed the phone down on the war room table. “Fuck!”
I spent the rest of the day fuming that they left me and doing all of the things they didn’t like me doing. I left all the dishes in the sink, I revved all the engines in the garage, I rearranged the books in the library- in the proper way i might add- and just generally screwed around. I finally crashed on the couch at like 2 am. I woke up the next morning expecting to have a call from one of the boys but my phone screen was still ominously empty.
Two days later I still hadn’t heard anything from them despite calling and calling and I was starting to get really worried, so I did the only think I could think of: I called in reinforcements.
“Cas? Yeah, hi its Y/N, I was just calling to see if you’ve heard from the boys at all in the last few days?…..You haven’t? Ok, thanks…..Yeah, I’ll keep you posted if I hear anything…Thanks again, bye Cas,” Next I tried Eileen.
“Hey Eileen, have you heard from Sam at all in the last few days?” I signed through my webcam.
“No, what’s up? Is he ok?” she asked.
“No idea, a few days ago I woke up and they were both gone and they’re not answering any of my calls.”
“I’m like a state away if you want me to swing by and help you look for them?” I must look as worried as I feel for her to offer.
“That would be great, and you know there’s always a bed for you here.” After hanging up with Eileen I felt a little better, at least I wasn’t on my own with this anymore. The next step was to track their phones, if they haven’t turned them off already that is.
When Eileen got there we indulged in true Winchester fashion and got really fucking drunk. Don’t get me wrong, we were doing our best but coming up empty. Therefore, booze. Once we were good and wasted we got to talking, in a way that only two people that share the same worries can.
“I just don’t want them….Dean…to have gone into this without a plan. Or back up! And I- I can’t leave things with us they way they were. I don’t know why I did it but,” I started to talk really fast and skimp a little on my signing, “I need him to talk to me again,”
“Whoa, whoa. Slow down. I can’t follow when you talk that fast.” She reminded me before continuing, ”But I’m sure they will be ok. They’re smart. Whatever it is, they can handle it.”
“Yeah sure, yours is smart. Dean? he’s reckless.”
“What do you mean ‘mine’?” She sat up so she could see my hands better.
“Ya know? Sam. Don’t you guys have something going on?” I questioned. I could tell Sam had a thing for her and now I just had to find out if it was reciprocated. If I couldn’t have my Winchester, the least I could do was help a friend get hers.
“What? No. I mean…he’s tall and strong.. and smart..and kind..but no! We’re just friends. He wouldn’t want to hook up with the Deaf girl anyway,” She sounded sad.
“Bull. why do you think I can sign? He made me study with him every night so he could learn your language and make sure you never felt left out. And you liiike him! You so do!” I scooched closer to her so we could really talk.
“Really? But why…?”
“Because he is head over heels, girl!”
“Fuck. We gotta find those dumb asses.”
“No shit. But why the new energy?”
“So that I can climb that mountain,” That made me laugh, “and you can work out your issues with Dean.” She finished as she got up and started to walk away.
“Wait! Hold up! Where are you going?” I called after her before remembering that that wouldn’t do any good cause she couldn’t hear me. So I just followed her to the kitchen.
“Coffee?” She asked searching cabinets.
“Pantry. Why are you making coffee?”
“So that we can sober up and keep searching for our boys.” She said matter of factly.
“Our boys?” I questioned.
“Yeah. I’m not the only one who has a Winchester’s heart.” She turned to me.
“No.” I shook my head, “You should have seen his face when I said I loved him. That was not the face of someone who felt the same.”
“I think that’s bullshit. You were literally wearing his flannel when you called me. You are the only other person he lets drive the Impala. You guys are aggressively domestic. I don’t know why he made that face but he definitely has feelings for you too. We’ll just have to figure it out when we find them.”
“Any ideas? So far, I’m thinking we should call Cas, see if he can find them.”
“Sounds good to me,” She said before chugging her coffee and shouting for Cas.
“Yes?” Cas said as he appeared behind me making me jump, I may be a badass hunter but I don’t have nerves of steel.
“We need you to look for the boys. We tracking their phones but it didn’t work,” I explained.
“Ok let me see if I can sense them,” He stood there with his eyes closed for a minute before speaking again, “I can’t feel them they must be warded from me.”
“Makes sense, Dean said he was having angel trouble before they left, Crap!” We all did as much research as we could on special angel types and kelp asking Cas about things that could piss of the angels.
“Wait!” I exclaimed pulling my head out from my book, “A few months back I borrowed Dean’s car to go on a solo hunt and they found me, Dean put a tracker on the Impala. If I can find the tracker I can find them. If its still on the car anyway.” I excitedly pulled out my laptop and started typing away.
Almost an hour passed before I triumphantly slammed my computer shut.
“I did it! I know where the car is!” We all got up to go get our stuff together and Eileen pulled me into a hug.
“Thank you. I knew you could do it,” She whispered into my hair.
“Let’s go get our boys!” I signed once she pulled away and could see my hands again.
“Our boys, huh? Finally coming around to my way of thought?” She teased.
“Shut up, go get your crap together we gotta go.” I jokingly shoved her away.
Cas had said he couldn’t get involved with the angels but to call him if someone really needed healing so, for now, it was just the two of us. We loaded our shit into the back of the fastest car in the garage and sped off on our hunt for the men we loved.
About a million miles later we finally got to the place they were supposed to be. I slowed the car as we passed what looked like an abandoned motel, I pulled the car into the parking lot searching for that familiar black beauty of a car. We finally found the car but not its owners.
Once we checked in the office and found out that it was indeed abandoned we went and checked its entry log.
“Agent Halen and Agent Nicks. That’s them,” i said confidently.
“how do you know?” Eileen asked.
“I know them.”
We snuck over to the room, guns at the ready. After knocking on the door and getting no response Eileen kicked down the door. What we saw in the room is not what we were expecting. Both of the boys were gone, but it didn’t look like there had been a struggle. I poked my head into the bathroom and found a very knocked out person laying in the tub. I waved Eileen over and we dragged the man into a chair and made sure he wasn’t going anywhere before we threw cold water on his face and slapped him so he would wake up.
“Who are you?” I questioned when he was conscious again.
“Who I am is of no importance. What I am is what you should worry about, girl,”
“Oh joy. Another smartass creature who thinks he’s better just cause he’s a guy.” I silently signed to Eileen. “Ok. I’ll bite. What are ya?” I said to the man.
“Oh darlin’, I’m an angel. I’m everything you’ve ever wished for-” his voice got all syrupy sweet
“Don’t try it.” I cut him off “I recognize angel hypnosis when I hear it. This isn’t my first rodeo. Now, you are going to tell me what happened to the Winchesters. And if you cooperate I might just make your death as painless as I can.” I threatened, pulling an angel blade from its sheath on my thigh.
“I don’t know where your boyfriend is. I was busy being knocked out when they were taken.” He was clearly lying, angels don’t get knocked out. Meaning he wanted to be found.
“Who took them, “ Eileen asked.
“Now, why would I tell you that? And miss all the fun when you realize you’re too late! They’re probably dead by now anyway,” I sliced his cheek with the blade allowing the light to break through his skin.
“Tell us who has them or I will make this as painful and slow as I can. Now I’m no Alistair but I have a few tricks up my sleeve.” I leaned in real close and spit in his face.
“Doesn’t matter anyway. By now your boys are dead and the angels have exactly what they need,”
“And what, pray tell, might that be?” Eileen questioned.
“You girls really don’t know anything, do you? Oh, it’s not any fun this way. Fine. The hot-blooded gentlemen you so desire were being held in the penthouse apartment of the one nice building in this hick ville.”
“Thank you, we appreciate your cooperation,” I said before I stabbed him in the face.
“God, he was a dick, but at least now we know where to start,” Eileen said.
We got back into the car and drove around until we found the place we were looking for. the one fancy building in the whole town. we grabbed all the guns we could carry and a few extra angle blades in case the boys lost theirs and went in.
We went in the back entrance not knowing who or what might be in the lobby, we got to the stairs before anyone noticed our presence, by the time they had caught up to us we had already gotten half way up to the penthouse.
I felt something grab at my ankle and kicked, hard, sending myself off balance. Eileen and I fought as hard as we could to get away from the angels but we were no match for the six angels that had found us. They took us and dragged us up to where the boys were being kept, on the way up they took all of our weapons, or at least they thought they did they missed the blade I hid in my cleavage. We were blindfolded when they took us and tied us to the ceiling.
When the blindfolds were taken off I could see that we were in what appeared to be the love suite, complete with heart-shaped bed. I looked around, I was one of six victims, the boys were down the line a little ways but they looked to be alive.
“Who are you, ladies? And why have you come?” A woman in what looked to be a hookers outfit approached us.
“You have something of ours.” Eileen spat.
“And we’re here to take it back, bitch,” I shouted. I saw sams head perk at the sound of Eileen’s voice and smiled a little knowing they would be happy if we could get through this.
“What the hell are you smiling at?” The woman asked me, grabbing my face.
“I just know that we are gonna get out. Ya know why? Because we have a motivation you clearly don’t understand. Pure human love. And also you don’t know how to tie a knot!” I pulled my arm down and punched her in the jaw. I pulled out the angel blade I had hidden and killed her. I cut everyone down before the rest of the angels came in.
“What the hell are you doing here?” Dean asked when he took off his blindfold.
“Saving your ass apparently. Now help me kill the rest of these douches,” I answered, not looking at him.
Between the four of us, we managed to kill all the angels and save the civilians. As I slid the blade out of the last I looked over at Eileen. She marched right over to Sam and pulled him down into a kiss. He wrapped his huge arms and kissed her back with everything he had. I was very proud of Eileen. This did, however, leave the car arrangements up in the air and somehow it was decided that I would ride with Dean and Eileen would drive my car with Sam. Great. An 8-hour drive with Dean. That’s gonna be real fun.
The first few hours of the drive were silent save for Deans cassette tapes. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore.
“Ya know, normal people say thank you when someone saves them from getting killed by psychopathic angels,” I snapped at him over the music. He turned it down but didn’t say anything for a minute.
“Is that coming from a hunter or someone that’s in love with me?”
“Let’s forget I said that ok? For now, let’s just be happy you forgot to turn off the tracker on Baby,” I said. I wasn’t ready to deal with the feelings part, not while he still seemed so pissed. I was just so relieved that he was ok.
“Is that how you found us? And why was Eileen there?”
“You didn’t answer your phone for days, I called her to see if she had heard from Sam, needless to say, she hadn’t and so she decided to come and help me find yall,” the rest of the car ride was done in silence. When we got back to the bunker we split and went our separate ways, I went up and crashed, I didn’t pay attention to where Dean went.
In the morning I went down to the kitchen for coffee like normal and was met with everyone talking about the night before.
“Hey, anyone wanna fill me in?” I asked with a mug held at my chest, when I started talking Dean walked out of the room.
“Dean found a prophecy about the end of the world and the angels were after it, they were a doomsday cult-like branch-”
“So like extra douchy,” Eileen cut same off. I was happy to see them being cute and cuddly.
“Exactly, well anyway, they wanted the prophecy but we had it…so…yeah,”
“Good thing they’re all dead now,” I commented as I walked out of the room.
The day went on as normal, or as normal as it could be with Dean blatantly ignoring me or walking out every time we were in the same room. That went on for days before I decided I needed to get out of my head.
“Hey, Eileen. Wanna go shoot at the range downstairs? I need to not think for a little while,” She and I went down and had target practice for a while and it really did help. Finally, I was done and headed back to my room. But on my way, Sam grabbed my arm and dragged me to one of the spare rooms. When he opened the door a very frustrated looking Dean was standing there.
“What the hell is this, man?” Dean asked.
“Putting you two together in the car didn’t work so now we’re putting you I here until you figure your shit out. I’m don’t watching you guys be weird,” Sam said closing the door after him. I groaned when I heard the lock click into place as it shut and I knew we were stuck.
“Why are you upset at this? You get the good end of the deal.” Dean was being such an ass lately.
“Since when do you have an issue with people being attracted to you?” I snapped back at him. I didn’t feel like feeling with his bs attitude anymore.
“Why would you be attracted to me. Why would you joke about it? You said it yourself; I’m an ass, I’m an idiot, I’m reckless. What’s so appealing about that?” He seemed genuinely upset.
“You think it was all a joke? Yeah, I told my best friend that I was in love with him cause I thought it would be soo funny to make things weird between us. Haha. fucking hilarious.”
“You’re a nice girl, you could do so much better than me. You know that. So why would you go for me?” He sounded almost defeated.
“Some things you don’t get to choose. You didn’t choose to be raised into the hunter’s life. I didn’t choose to have feelings for my friend. Some things are out of our control.” While I was taking I was slowly walking toward him.
“It would have been better if I hadn’t been born into this. So many people would still be alive.” He turned his back on me but not before I saw his emerald eyes start to swim.
“So many more people would be dead if you hadn’t been there to save their lives. To stop the apocalypse. To kill Hitler. You are a hero. And that’s what I fell in love with. Because even when you make stupid decisions it’s because you care so much. You are a good man. And that’s what I fell for.” I put my hand on his shoulder and slowly walked around him so that I was standing in front of him with one hand on his chest and the other wiping away his tears.
“Do you really love me?” He asked. His voice so low I almost couldn’t hear him. I nodded in response.
“Every piece,” I answered in the same quiet voice. He closed the small distance between us and pulled me into a tight hug, wrapped in is arms.
“Thank God,” he said into the top of my head. His voice still low and gravely from emotion.
I could tell that I was where I belonged. And I would stay there as long as he needed me to.
