Saying that the gpda should go care about something important, as if they aren't - for the first time in DECADES - taking a definite stand against the sports governing body publicly for all to see, is something.

And their issue about being told not to wear jewellery and bring told what underwear is more about the fact that they were told by the media, rather than by the governing bodies themselves directly in a meeting where the drivers could share their perspectives.

There is zero transparency from the FIA in an issue we now know has been raised since at least 2021. What is the FIA hiding? Because there is no reason why the drivers should not be allowed to see where that money goes, or at least no legitimate reason.

welp, I've reached the point where I'm genuinely considering starting a new save file in FoP. I've been in the mood to play lately but until the new story packs come out (which I think is supposed to be over the summer) there's just not really anything left to do in my current save, other than Kukulope's daily/weekly challenges which are usually pretty easy.

On the one hand it'll be fun having real quests again, and early game should go a lot smoother than it did the first time now that I have a better understanding of the controls and mechanics. On the other hand though, having all the skills/stats reset, low-level weapons/gear, and the map re-polluted is gonna suck 😅 and there's definitely a handful of quests that I remember really struggling with that I am not looking forward to repeating. Well...we shall see

okay want to preface this that the new ancient breed I genuinely like so much more than the other recently released ones (the sandshark guys + the moth alien ones, edit: completely forgot about grass snakes bc they were so mid to me). The design feels very cohesive/strong to me AND weird in a way we haven't super had yet with the headshape (BALD!!!) + limbshape (those huge+few claws <3). like this isn't just Tundra2 but bigger or coatl2 but it's more snake-y.

HOWEVER............ they literally coulda been moderns. like pllllsssssss no more ancients with the 2-wing 4-leg format bc I'm just gonna look at them and wish they are moderns so I could dress them. Like design coulda been vastly improved IMO if they got isopoded-up and just slapped 4 more legs on that thing, imagine legs on the tail section that woulda be great. think they also coulda made it fatter bc we haven't got a fat breed in so damn long but that's also my bias.

Had a blast singing along to the songs, watching the video presentations for the orchestral movements (two new ones were added for our showing!!!) and just being there. Wish I could repeat the experience but change a couple of *ahem* details but alas, I think I should prioritize getting my own place instead

[Hot take but the reason botw/totk aren't in the same timeline with the rest of the games is because they just did whatever they wanted with the lore, story, etc. and then realized they couldn't fit it in anywhere. THANK YOU ∋( :] ✨ I have already said this but I do think the concept of Ultimate Hal/Ult!Hal can be an interesting one. I do Not have the memory that many others fans do and I don't remember like 90% of the comic. That said, I guess it can be an interesting study of the character?

Like 💭 he's usually considered just another splinter, but part of his character is to not just be 'another Dirk'. At some point, even if he is Dirk, he is not Dirk (am I making sense). He finally gets an identity of his own, to the point that he has his own splinters. Also because I think we were robbed of more Hal content but that's just me (c'mon bro where is my Halsprite.... so sad)

I have a joke that he remains mostly the same, even as an Ultimate Self, because most of his splinters don't change much from each other LMAO. And I like to think that, even if now he has power of his own (as a 'person' + Witch of Heart), feels animosity towards that other fucking Ultimate cunt. But I like to play it more as siblings bickering lol

And about his hair... that's just how. I draw Dirk's hair to be honest 🧍‍♂️ I've mostly drawn Bro, so no matter which splinter, that way of drawing Dirk's hairstyle has become ingrained in my memory
