I have always been a fan if this product but even more so this morning! I just completed my first Phat Camp! It was amazing!! But it was a insanely intense workout! Basically a weeks worth if workouts in 48 hours! I am less sore this morning than when I hit the sack last night! And it helped me sleep like a baby! @mytransformationaventure. The drive home today will be a lit better due ti thus amazing gem! P.s.
