Season 9 Special Episode 1: The Husbands of River Song

ok... I may have skipped ahead...but i had good reason! my mom wanted to watch one more but like all of season 9 are two parters and river is a favorite of her so we skipped to this and boy am i glad we did! this is a great episode, rivers best even if i think silence in the library is a better episode this is better for river. she has such an amazing life outside of the doctor! and im so glad we got to see that, and her speech about how she doesn't expect to be loved back by the doctor, followed by 12 saying hello sweetie, AUGHHH! it took matt smith leaving and her (as well as everyone else matt smith was with) having better chemistry with capaldi and showing she does indeed have a life outside of the doctor to make me actually really like river song, shes just amazing here, her and the doctors dynamic is perfect, and that ending god that ending is so amazing, river song may have had a whole lot of questionable writing in the in-between but her introduction and ending are both amazing

My feelings about Twin Peaks are mostly "this would be so good if it were good" (this does NOT apply to the movie, which is amazing), but it really says something about how little I've been enjoying Interview with the Vampire that I jumped at my friend's offer to rewatch Twin Peaks rather than finish season 2 of IWTV. And I don't think I'll ever finish the vampire show because it's serving absolute mediocrity and I don't give a flying fuck what happens to these people.

first half is the blackout plot... it was so cute. 😭

keroro loses hope quite easily, but he can get it back just as easily. he's fickle but like a phoenix.

not a lot to say but I enjoyed it.

second half... I remember this ep clearly from when I was a child!! it really stuck with me. I think for good reason, this half is Amazing.

ok so lets get it out the way, the only reason for your second "real" episode (the first 4 being 1 movie) to have a title like that is if you intend to heavily merchandise the rabbit. Im going to assume that the rabbit, though not uncannonical to DC mainline, is probably not at all significant (maybe barely named) in cannon. (unless there's some Sabrina The Teenage Witch-kind of plot in Zatanna cannon. IN which case). Basically: i suspect Its Mascot Time! ---- Ok so we're not mascotting the rabbits (multiple rabbits= no mascot. mascot must be unique to be a mascot). Its instead going to be a Gremlins parody episode.

Taking all bets: is it a "bunny's reproduce" joke or are they just magical tricksters that get more powerfull united (leading to a lesson about teamwork etc. etc.)??? girl. he settled in so comfortably (we are in the middle of an intense battle) and said this in the softest voice

Season 14/Season 1 Special 4/Episode 0: The Church on Ruby Road

They are saying doctor what instead of doctor who we are so back!!! i love ruby already, shes so fun! glad we're back to following the companion around and being introduced to the doctor through them, this episode was so good augh! and so gay! its just the vibe but like okayyyyyyyy. the songs! i want a musical episode now please please please their singing was so good! the goblins being creatures that prey on coincidence and going after ruby after they couldn't get her baby sister born on the same day was so cool! and the doctor is inventing things! something i think doesn't get brought up enough! and the fractured timeline, where Ruby's mother is crying but doesn't know why, Vincent and the doctor callback??? either way its so good! i love this episode and i love ruby and the doctor already, great episode can't believe they're making me wait until spring for more!
