The Holy Luang Phu Boon, the abbot of Wat Klang Bang Kaeo, living between BE 2391 to BE 2478

Luang Phu Boon, born Boon at Ban Nang Sao, Talad Mai, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province on July 3, BE 2391 in the reign of King Rama III of Bangkok. Boon started his primary education at the age of 13 at Wat Kongkaram or today Wat Klang Bang Kaeo, Nakhon Pathom Province under the care of Pra Palat Thong, the abbot of Wat Kongkaram. At the age of 15, Boon ordained as a novice. At the age of 19, Boon got very sick, and quitted being a novice, after recovery, Boon ordained as Buddhist monk at the age of 22 at Wat Kongkaram. Pra Palat Thong was the abbot of Wat Kongkaram, and a teacher of Luang Phu Boon at that time. Pra Palat Thong had very high power to stop flood, Wat Kongkaram which is next to Nakhon Chai Si River, and had never been flooded while Pra Palat Thong was there. Once Pra Palat Thong dived into the river to do pile work his monk robe was not wet. Luang Phu Boon studied Dharma, Buddhist Sutras, Vipassana-Kammatthana (meditation), and Vicha-akom (magical power) from Pra Palat Thong. Tayland’daki Budist tapınağı Wat Samphran Tayland’ın Nakhon Pathom eyaletine bağlı Sam Phran bölgesinde yer alan, başkent Bangkok’a 40 kilometre mesafede kalan Wat Samphran Tapınağı, 80 metrelik bir Budist tapınağı. Toz pembe rengi ve pullu gövdesi, onu sarmalayan yeşil ejderha heykeli ile dikkat çeken silindirik yapı, 17 kattan oluşuyor. Tapınağın, tam olarak ne zaman ve kim tarafından tasarlandığı bilinmiyor ama söylenene göre yapılma fikri, 7 gün süren bir oruç ve meditasyon sürecinin sonunda ortaya çıkmış. 5 yıl içinde inşa edilmiş olan binanın 80 metre yükseliğinde olmasının nedeni ise, MÖ 563-483 arasında Hindistan'da yaşadığı tahmin edilen ruhani öğretmen ve Budizm'in kurucusu Buda’nın yaşadığı yıl sayısını temsil etmesi.

NHỮNG KIẾN TRÚC CHÙA, ĐỀN “ĐỘC NHẤT VÔ NHỊ” TẠI THÁI LAN

Trong cuộc đời của mỗi người dân Thái Lan, từ khi mới sinh đến lúc qua đời, luôn gắn bó và chịu ảnh hưởng đậm nét văn hóa Phật giáo. Các nghi lễ đều có hiện diện ảnh hưởng của Phật giáo. Chính vì thế ở đây có rất nhiều chùa, đền được xây lên trong có không chỉ có những ngôi chùa mà kiến trúc truyền thống thường thấy mà còn có những ngôi đền ngồi chùa có sự khác biệt đôc đáo thu hút khi lần đâu được nhìn thấy.

Chùa trắng – Wat Rong Khun

Như cái tên, Chùa có màu sắc chủ đạo là màu trắng, được xây dựng vào năm 1997. Kiến trúc của chùa là sự kết hợp hoàn hảo giữ nét đặc của các ngôi chùa Thái và phong cách tả thực do một nghện nhân người Thái thực hiện. Màu trắng nơi đây còn tượng trưng cho sự tinh khiết của Đưc Phật.

Trong khu vực chùa có 9 công trình khác nhau, đa phần làm bằng thủy tinh và thạch cao. Ấy vậy mà trong quần thể chùa này lại có một tòa nhà màu càng khác biệt, nếu ai lần đầu đến đay cứ ngỡ sẽ là một khu đền nào đó trong những công trình này nhưng thật ra nó là một toàn nhà vệ sinh hiện đại. Màu vàng của tòa nhà này cũng có một nghĩa đặc biệt – tượng trưng cho sự ham muốn của con người.

Chùa xanh – Wat Rong Seua Ten

Cũng như cái tên gọi của nó, màu chủ cho toàn bộ ngôi chùa là màu xanh dát vàng phía ngoài. Ngôi chùa được xây dựng vào những năm 2005 từ một tàn tích của ngôi đền cổ có từ hơn 100 năm trước đây. Màu sắc xanh của ngôi đền tượng trưng cho đức hạnh của Đức Phật.

Được thiết kế bởi một kiến trúc sư và người này chính là học trò của nghệ nhân đã tạo nên những quần thể kiến trúc ở Chùa Trắng – Wat Rong Khun. Một trong những điểm giúp tạo nên ấn tượng cho ngôi đền đó là tại khu chính điện nơi đặt bức tượng Phật bằng ngọc trắng tinh khiết. Trên các bức tường là hình vẽ tái hiện cuộc đời của Đức Phật vô cùng sống động.

Chùa thuyền – Wat Yannawa bên bờ sông Chao Phraya

Khoảng hơn 700 năm trước tại đây nơi này ban đầu đây chỉ là những bảo tháp để thờ cúng. Đến khoảng những năm 185 thời vua Rama III đã cho xây dung một con thuyền Trung Quốc dưới 2 bảo tháp. Trong đó 2 bảo tháp tượng trưng cho 2 cột buồm của chiếc thuyền.

Xây chiếc thuyền này lên mang ý nghĩa mong muốn giao thương với các thương lái người Trung Quốc để thúc đẩy nền kinh tế ở Thái Lan. Và cái tên đã được đổi mới được sử dụng cho đến ngày hôm nay.

Phía sau ngôi chùa là một dòng sông lớn. Theo lời kể người dân, khúc sông này có rất nhiều cá do Hoàng Hậu và khách đến lễ chùa phóng sinh.

Nếu đứng ở bến tàu rải thức ăn xuống sông, ta có thể thấy hàng nghìn con cá nổi lên tranh nhau thức ăn, đen cả một khúc sông trông rất thú vị.

Ngôi đền cá Sumeru nổi tiếng tại Ancient Siam

Là một trông những công trình kiến trúc trong những công trình đồ sộ nằm ở Ancient Siam, được xây dựng từ năm 1963. Ngôi đền núi Sumeru là công trình đặc biệt nhất trong Làng cổ, được canh giữ bởi con cá Anondha khổng lồ.

Đền Wat Samphran

Đền Wat Samphran được hoàn thành năm 1985, vẫn chưa rõ người đã cho thiết kế ngôi đền này. Ở đây có một bức tượng Phật khổng lồ bằng vàng cùng một số đền thờ và tượng nhỏ bên trong. Nổi bật nhất phải kể đến tòa tháp màu hồng 17 tầng với hình ảnh một con rồng khổng lồ uốn lượn ôm trọn tới đỉnh mà bạn có thể nhìn thấy từ đằng xa.

Đền Wat Sirindhorn Wararam

Ngôi chùa được xây năm 2497 theo lịch Thái, gần biên giới với Lào. Khi hoàng hôn buông xuống, ngôi đền rực sáng trong bóng đêm, những bức tranh ở mặt ngoài, bức tranh cây Kanlapaphruek và những hình ảnh biểu tượng của ngôi đền trên mặt đất bừng sáng ��ẹp mắt.
