I buy my tapes from various individual artists who make them and sometimes from AliExpress (online retail). I also trade washi tape rolls and samples with others at conventions. But overall it's a very extensive list of people that I bought from and it would be too long to write here. If there's a specific design you'd like to ask about please message me about it ^^

My best advice for this is to check the links of your favorite fan artists. If some of their art has been made into stickers, they might link their gallery on Redbubble or Teepublic - or better yet their own storefront. The majority of fannish stickers I have come from fan artists directly.

Here are some of my favorite places for stickers of all kinds outside of that.

Stickii Club - Offers monthly subscription sticker packs of different kinds designed by independent artists. You can also buy individual sheets from past packs from them, but you'll be hard pressed to find better variety!

Simply Gilded - A variety of stationery products, all designed in house. Some fannish themed and some not, but I love their stuff!

Pollia Design - A lot of fannish/nerdy themed stuff. I know them more for their enamel pins but they have great designs they also offer in sticker form.

The Washi Station - Has some stickers, but everything they do is designed by independent artists. They do themed collections pretty regularly and have a lot of neat stuff. If you're at all interested in washi tape, you can't go wrong here.

I've got a few other suggestions that are more geared towards bujo/vintage type stuff if you're interested, but those should be a pretty good starter!

I am on the hunt for stickers - both fannish and artsy and am aware that etsy is not longer as good a source as it once was. I would love some recommendations for places to buy stickers from your lovely readers (US and not-US sources v. welcome)

Aw, happy to help! I know that Etsy isn't ideal for shopping (I usually try to find out if the seller I find on Etsy has an indy store they sell through) but I have to admit I don't know the details.

I don't know if there's a better source in terms of a storefront that artists can use -- although if so, artists, please drop the link in comments. I think given that you (and I) just want to buy cool stickers, probably the best way to go about this is to just open it up to sellers, both on and off Etsy.
