I JUS T REALIZED SCARLET AND VIOLET CONFIRM DARWINIAN EVOLUTION IN POKEMON

yes yes yes yes yes yes yes i KNEW it, I KNEW IT. On top of regular pokemon evolution, there’s also evolution that takes place over the span of centuries or even eons! THE PINKAN ISLAND IS REAL! Due to the diet of pokemon on Pinkan Island, they evolved to take on a pink hue! AHAHAHAH

#BUT...what is the evolutionary reason for pokemon becoming seemingly metal in the future :thinking:#was it human intervention? was there a possible critical extinction period of pokemon?#or perhaps there was some other evolutionary purpose to turning metal?#:think: :think: :think:#i know i'm probably thinking too deeply about it bUT I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT!!!#professor turo was a hack; he should have been studying why pokemon evolved in such a way
